I brought my align joggers that were starting to pull even though I had only worn them once before to see if there was something that could be done. They were very kind and let me exchange for a different type of joggers for the same value. I opted for the on the fly pant because it had less of a chance for pilling . This is why I go to Lululemon because they are willing to stand by their product and it’s nice to see that internationally they carry this standard forward!

Lululemon is always a place of quality and Lululemon in Ginza is no exception! Great customer service, incredibly friendly staff, both English and Japanese speaking staff, and a wide selection. The only cons is the men section is significantly smaller than the womens section and of course Lululemon is expensive. However I do not believe those are enough of a con to warrant a docking of a star because the quality for the price is expected. I would recommend this brand to anyone!

I dont want to buy it at this store anymore.I visited there because it has a good reputation for its design and durability, but a female clerk gave a very quick explanation, and the fun of shopping on an off day was halved. When I wanted to try on a product I saw online, I was told that it was not suitable for a hard workout at the gym, and I couldnt even try it on. I could imagine the reason, but I wanted you to say so, and personally I wanted you to try on the color you like depending on the type.The explanation of underwear was quite quick, and I heard some suggestions in the same black as well, but when I told them that design was important, some came out from the back that was not in the store, and I liked that. So the first explanation was a waste of time just listening.I also fixed the hem of the underwear and came back to the store about a week later. I received a call, but it was a mystery because it seemed to be a completely different store phone number.
