Unfortunately, my husband had a very poor experience at this location. Not only was the sales person giving the wrong size (despite him very clear on it - Green slides), when the sale on the slides took place (and completely boxed up), she (Heidelle) didnt check and left one of shoes out of the box and she had to look all over the store for the right shoe. She was NOT apologetic.Luckily my husband went to check the box before leaving the store. I am lucky he did check as we dont live in the same country.

My super lightweight leather purse is purchased from BV a couple years ago. Still works fine, and I just went again yesterday to purchase some leather heels for me. Also ended up buying the bf a stylish, sleek wallet with case. The prices are high but the quality is superb. Staff are commendable in their dedication to customer service.

I use to come to this store all the time, but I will not be going back.The owner of the store is crude and discourteous. He treats others as inferior to him. I don’t know how owning a store can make someone act like they have the right to treat someone else like they are less than a person. I witnessed how he spoke to the construction workers outside his work and I was appalled, but that’s not even the worst of it..When I first walked He wouldn’t stop undressing me with his eyes and he made several passes at me when all I wanted to do was enjoy another shopping experience. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life.News flash not cool in this day and age. Somebody needs to knock him off his high horse before he looses all business for being cocky pervert.

In-house employees, including most security officers are extremely pretentious, arrogant, & snobby to anyone who isnt a client. Only fake smile to potential buyers. The worst ever!
