Not only does Oldcarpet have one of the best collections of Persian rugs that I have ever seen (in all price ranges); but they are some of the nicest most knowledgeable people I have come across. If you are looking for good quality Persian rugs this is the website for you.I bought the rug and the customer service was great. I highly recommend them.

I called the number and the guy called me a C word for asking for help appraising my Persian rugs. I didnt know who else to call. I would have sold him the authentic rugs my grandparents left me in their will for pennies on the dollar, but the ass who insulted me and hung up...For no reason!!! Blew it and blew away a customer. Never going here. One star? Deserves 0 stars.

Called to see if they give away their used carpet tubes and got some bad customer service. I was polite, but got short annoyed answers to my questions. Hopefully they are more considerate in the future.
