Great stock. Floor staff helpful and can be crabby. Cashiers usually friendly and efficient. Never seen the owner smile, ever.

Watch what you buy and match the price label if its on a rack. I was buying 2 kids water guns, the shelf sign said $1.50. The small print said, towels. The third water gun wasnt removed from that spot. Im glad i guestion my bill. I returned the 2 guns that were originally $3.99 ea. big difference. Other than that, they were 👍 great

Staff seem like they want nothing to do with you, and seem cold, almost as if they hate people, and somehow their life choices brought them to this one ace hardware. Also, for being a larger corporation, having just one restroom that ISNT avalible for customers use is a little unreal. Were all human, and if someone is going to soil themselves or just have an accident, they simply dont care and have zero problem sending you on your way. I wouldnt go here for a pack of AA batteries let alone shop to spend money. I try and leave my honest opinion, and well, youve got it. I hope this store really makes some changes especially being in a high traffic area.

The staff is very nice and is always helpful. The store is clean and so far they’ve had what I wanted every time. I like going into smaller neighborhood stores like this. It’s a nice break from giant big box stores like Lowe’s.

Love the simplicity of the store. Walk in grab my nuts and bolts I need and go. When I have extra questions the guys there always help and know whats right. A lot more selections than big box stores to.

Great Store! Found Some Shepherd Hooks for My Hanging Plants

Liked the ease with which you can find items. The store is very well lit and well organized. Lane headers are easy to see and guide you right to your desired items. Prices seemed higher than the big box hardware stores, but for a quick in and out purchase you cant beat it.

Its nice to still have a neighborhood hardware store where you can find everything from Soup To Nuts! With knowledgeable assistance!

I had the worst and always have the worst experience at this particular store. All the store managers are rude comment have no etiquette or customer service at all! Im a member of this community and visit the store daily and I will never step foot in the store again nor should you! This customer service is so unacceptable, I cant even believe these 2 bozos are still in business! Despicable!

I am so glad that Bill Damon opened this hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well-stocked, clean and well laid out, and parking is close and convenient. It is a pleasure to shop there for lots of reason, not the least of which is it allows me to avoid Home Depot, which is a mess and the staff are all but useless.

I like ACE over box stores when at all possible. This one is OK. They fall just short of the helpful hardware man. In general...good. A few others are just better. Thus the lower rank.

Fantastic hardware store because of helpful & knowledgeable sales associates. I take them a fix it or build it problem & they usually have the answers. I rated 4 instead of 5 because it is small and cant carry a wide range of stock. They do carry everything you really need.

The staff is very helpful and the store was immaculate. It would have been 5 stars but, the services are very very expensive. I spent $80 to have a window screen repaired and to get a replacement window screen.

I have visited this ACE multiple times and have found the employees are generally rude and not respectful.

I go to this hardware often and the personnel is always very helpful, but be careful when having keys cut. Some of the guys need a refresher course- I had to go back 3 times before they got them right. Overall you can not beat the service!

Horrible experience. The people working there are unresponsive barely understood what the hell they were doing and overcharged me. I would not go to this store.

I was a regular customer since their opening. Made it my first stop for just about anything. Have not been back to this location in over two years due to three separate unprofessional experiences with ONE very rude and belligerent staff member. Owner could not have expressed less interest in the situation.Otherwise, this was a well stocked, amazing location and the rest of the staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Two, the store is staffed - you can actually find someone who will assist. Three, the availability of quality product is there. I cant say Ive ever had better costumer service anywhere before. The owner literally cut a vent to size for me. I assumed he would have just told me what to buy but he went avove and beyond, took it in the back and made it to size right there. You dont get that service anywhere these days..

Asked about a sale on Weber grills that was advertised in the ACE circular. Got some really lame excuse from the owner that it was only for old models. All of the ones they had displayed were old models. Obvious that he just didnt want to honor the sale.

I had to wait forever to get help- even though I could hear employees in the back laughing and joking around. When I finally saw someone, the older man who helped me was very condescending. Checking out, the girl at the register seemed confused and incompetent, and was also extremely rude. Makes me think it is not worth the extra money to shop here. This was a HORRIBLE shopping experience, and I will not shop there again.
