Danny is the man with a plan at Ardy’s! They have a wonderful selection of products for all styles and budgets. I am not the best when it comes to deciding what will look good with my home, but with a little guidance from Danny I leave feeling confident that whatever I buy will not only look great, but will perform and hold up even better! My most recent purchase was some new faucets that were overdue to be replaced, and I am so grateful for the help and guidance I received here. 10/10 would recommend.

I am literally horrified by my experience dealing with Ardys sales guy Daniel Denton. Never had I experience someone with so little professionalism and mannerism. Upon receipt of invoices, he insisted that I purchase the rough together with trim, I called him for a discussion to purchase the rough first and trim later. He responded not only with extreme aggression, but defensively, calling me wasting his time and just make a decision. So I said I will email him back with my decision, upon receipt of my email (to buy the rough first), he emailed back immediately saying hes not gonna do this business and will void the invoices and delete my credit card information. Seriously!? I could have a reasonable discussion and bought the whole set if it really causes inconvenience. Letting alone, I have spent weeks trying to decide which faucet to go with the bathrooms, he just canceled the order without my permission. I cannot believe this is how they treat their customers. Or perhaps it is just this guy, they should have every reason to replace him.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I just went to have my key duplicated. It was really easy. Ruben was fast and friendly! In and out in less than 5 minutes. It was 55 cents per key.
