Quick and easy ordering. Good communication. Shipping delays caused delivery to take much longer than expected, however customer service kept me informed of my order status and answered any questions I had. My piece arrived and it is beautiful. Worth the wait.
One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. This place is a joke. Zero costumer service. I would think twice before buying anything from them. Take your business elsewhere. They deliver damaged goods and take their sweet time to replace. Even when the replacement comes, it is damaged. Theyre a waste of your time. Everyone there should get fired.

Overall I had an excellent shopping experience! I was able to find a variety of high quality furniture and home decorations all at a great price! The sales team was also very helpful and prompt answering any questions I had online and by phone. All my items were also timely shipped and in great condition despite expected delays due to covid. Always very nice, transparent and efficient. Logistics challenges were expected due to Covid and that is ok. I would order again from Grayson Living without hesitation. I wanted my feedback on record. Was just great.
Absolute worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. Ordered my chair on 10/10/20. Grayson Living withdrew the payment from my account. Was told later the item was delayed until delivery of 12/7. I am still without my $2000 chair. Customer service has been mixed with some good representatives but nothing they have said has panned out. They deferred to their shipper Pilot whom is impossible to contact. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! And, this is my first ever online review.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will withdraw the total amount due at the time of purchase, substantially delay delivery and make it almost impossible to return the purchase. They charge an exorbitant amount to return items. I purchased a dining room table for roughly $1600.00 and this company is only returning roughly $800.00 to me for a brand new item— tags still attached. I followed their instructions to initiate a return (sending an email) and it took 2 months, several emails and phone calls to get a response; only for them to tell me they’re keeping 50% of my money.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Buyer Beware! I spent over $1,700 for a chair which was delivered damaged and Grayson wants to offer me a $100 and a correction pen because the damage is SUPERFICIAL! When you spend this type of money you want undamaged furniture and retailers that give a damn!! SMH
I had a wonderful experience with Grayson Living I must say. The sales person turned out to be extremely knowledgeable. This was one of the smoothest furniture purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Got assistance and all my queries answered from selecting the right item, matching the color with my interiors. I definitely recommend this place.
Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for a dining room table in September. I later received an email that the item was on back order until 11/3, I was okay with that. I then receive an email stating that my order has been canceled and that if I still want the item I can place another order for it. That alone was frustrating because I was fine with waiting on the back order. I placed another order for the dining table, now the item is on back order until the end of November. I called and they were no help so now I waited a month for a table that is not coming.
I made two purchases at Grayson Living. Both items were BDI entertainment furniture. Their pricing was very competitive. Overall my customer service experience was excellent. I was contacted when my shipment delivery was delayed because of COVID-19. Great organization.

I received my John Richard credenza today and am very pleased. The item is beautiful and I must say that the delivery service was excellent. The delivery process took longer than I anticipated, but I am totally satisfied with the results.
I was charged for the full order, bed and 2 night stands. Received bed and 1 night stand. Have been calling for two weeks and they just keep saying we will look into it and get back in the next day or so. Then I hear nothing. They have my money and my furniture which is not supposed to be able to happen in online purchases. Should only charge for items as they are received. I guess I will just start calling every day instead of every few days. Terrible service, every time I call I have to start all over with the explanation of where we are. Evidently nobody writes it down. Incredibly frustrating!If you can find the same furniture somewhere else, buy it somewhere else!
I purchased on 1/17 and was told my order would ship the week of 2/3 with shipping taking 2 weeks. That means the earliest delivery should be 2/17 and the latest should be on 2/21 according to their time frame. I emailed the week of 2/3 (on 2/4) and did not hear a response so I emailed once again on 2/11. I called and no one answered as well. Finally after my second email on 2/12 I received a response apologizing for the delay and was provided a tracking number. Oh, by the way, the tracking number system does not update or provide any updates in the meantime. I contacted again on 2/18 and 2/20 since it’s impossible to get ahold of their team. I was told the system is having “technical difficulties” and they will see what is “holding up [my] order”. By this point I am frustrated and give up on a delivery date, and I am in the “it will get here when it gets here” mindset. Finally, my order is scheduled for delivery on 3/4. Almost 2 weeks past what the latest delivery time should have been based on what I was told. Fine, it is what it is at this point. My troubles don’t stop there. Then the delivery team will not deliver the furniture up my stairs so I am forced to refuse delivery. I call Grayson Living and am told I will be charged a 35% restocking fee + additional fees if the item is not delivered to me. That is over $1000 for the item I have purchased. For what? For them to deliver late and then refuse to deliver into my home? Awful business practice, lack of customer service, and blatant lies. I will never purchase from Grayson Living again.

I wish that I had read the reviews before completing an online purchase with Grayson Living. The bedside table I ordered arrived cracked in multiple places. The issue was not the table, but, how it was handled. I contacted them immediately at delivery. I filled out their forms twice, called many times, and emailed several times a week. Examples of reply emails are things like she must have forgotten to send the return label or let me go check on it and call you back then crickets. It has taken exactly a month to get it resolved.
Grayson Living has an outstanding selection of furniture. The salespeople are helpful and have knowledge. When I visited the store with my family, they patiently listened to all my requirements.
I ordered an armchair online for myself from Grayson Living. I finalized the chair after chatting online with one of their customer service agents. To my surprise, I received it much before the delivery date given. Also, the chair is more beautiful in real life than in online photos.
I am renovating my home and wanted everything new, right from bed, sofa set, recliner, side table, cocktail table and dining table with chairs. I was worried that I would have to roam around in multiple stores, but after visiting Grayson Living, I found all of them under one roof. The salesperson helped coordinate all the pieces and even brought out finish samples for the custom items we ordered. Thanks, that saved my time!

Poor service and responsiveness. I ordered a light fixture ahead of time in needing it during a construction project. I purchased the item wellin advance because I was advised by Grayson Living that it was the last one available of its kind and no info available regarding if the product manufacturer would have more available for future. Grayson called the product manufacturer to verify this and this is what they conveyed to me. Once I reached the electrical/lighting stage of construction on project I opened the box to have my installer and electrician install the light fixture. Unfortunately, it was at that time that we noticed that none of the “unique” light bulbs were in the box that were supposed to be provided, which are listed in product description and a piece of the light fixture was broken. I immediately reported this to Grayson Living. I supplied photos and kept the box as instructed. I was advised they would submit a claim with Nuevo Living who manufactured the fixture and I’ve heard nothing back about rectifying the problem. Unfortunately, it is very disappointing to know that now I see on Grayson Living’s website that they have more of this particular light fixture in inventory for purchase/ ordering. If I knew that the item was still in production and available for future orders I would’ve waited until the stage of the project needed the item. Now I am stuck with a broken product in a newly designed space and no light bulbs. This is very poor service. Grayson Living has been quite unresponsive and untimely in providing any kind of customer service or assurance that they will resolve the issue.
This company is a scam. I had to file complaints with the California Attorney General and Secretary of State. Do not make any purchase to this company.
