Ive been getting facials and waxing services from Merle at Simply Porceline for more years than I can remember. I have always left with my skin and psyche feeling fresh and rejuvenated. She is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Her salon is spotless and inviting. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Oh, how I am missing her throughout the pandemic!! While my skin is missing her Im relieved that Im still able to purchase the skin care products Ive come to know and love. Until we can get back into the salon, I want to urge others to try her products. Your skin will thank you!

I have been going to Merle for years for facials, facial waxing, eyebrow shaping, and tinting and can vouch that she is a most outstanding esthetician. Although I live quite far from her salon, I dont mind the drive to Merles as she is so good and I wouldnt trust my face to anyone else. She is gentle and careful and although a perfectionist, she works quickly and efficiently. Her pricing is fair and I always leave feeling like I have been well taken care of. I would recommend Merle highly and with no hesitation.

Hello,I am a very long time customer, perhaps over 10 years and wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic facialist Merle is (as well as conversationalist!!). I had acne as a teenager and since getting facials every month with Merle my skin glows. I do also use some products from her skin care line which I have continued to buy during this time. I use the daily moisturizer and exfoliation, both are absolutely wonderful and leave my skin looking polished.I highly recommend going to Simply Porcelain for all your skin care needs.

I have been going to Merle for over 20 years now and have never had a bad experience - the place is beautiful and clean, ambience lovely and Merle is amazing at what she does. My kids all go to her for facials and waxing too. We have tried other places during covid whilst Merle has been closed and just cannot find the service and warmth we get from Merle - can’t wait to go back!

When I first met with Merle, I had major breakouts on my chin and neck region. It might have been a product I was using that was too harsh for my skin. Merle gave me some samples of her own products, and treated my skin with the appropriate facial. It took a couple of months, but my skin slowly returned to normal. I fully credit Merle with restoring my skin, and became a client for life. That was 10 years ago when I found her via Groupon. It wasnt that Merle was just trying to increase her business; I felt she truly cared about me and my skin concerns.Merle knows skin. She has several options on the menu, and will recommend the facial that bests suits your skin needs at that time (i.e., a more moisturizing facial during the winter or if your skin is dry, or something simpler during the summer months). She uses peels, but not the harsh kind. Ive never experienced any adverse affects from any of the products she uses.That was 10 years ago, and I have had monthly facials ever since. My skin is in the best shape possible, and I have dearly missed her during the COVID-19 pandemic when she was forced to close. I even bought a gift certificate to support her business during the closure. I cant wait to use it when everything is able to safely reopen.

I’ve been a client of Simply Porceline for many years now (too many to count) and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Merle is a fantastic esthetician and I’m especially a huge fan of her facials. She does an exceptionally thorough job clearing out debris and blackheads from your skin, and when she’s done it will be glowing and feel so clean. She’s also very knowledgable about the best products to use on your skin especially if you have sensitive skin like I do. I’ve managed to keep my skin clear using her all her products during Covid, and I’m so happy that I’ve been able to support her in that way. I look forward to her reopening when Covid is done and dusted.

Ive seen Merle twice and both times I was disappointed. Her lack of customer service made my experience less than what I expected. Second time she was rude and I wont be back again.

Darienne is INCREDIBLE! Ive been going to her for 7 years now, and she really has helped transform my skin. Shes not a product pusher, like a lot of other people Ive gone to in the past, and she is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about skin care, and new products coming out. She is so thorough and meticulous, she is the best. I absolutely adore her!
