Karen closes the store at 3pm now. USPS, FED X and UPS delivers after she closes. Its impossible to get my mail now. She use to close at 5pm until February which was great. I asked her why she closes early she just looked at me funny and said those are the new hours. I am seriously considering closing my box there and go to the one on pico. Karen doesnt care about her business or her customers. She should sell it or hire someone to work actual business hours.

Always closed! Plus, no amiability. Some people need to quit their job and leave it to someone who will be able to enjoy it.

One of the absolute best locations I have ever been to. They go beyond the call of duty to assist in every which way possible. Extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful. In addition to their assistance, the store provides so many more services than the typical mailbox store which makes it so easy for me! Highly recommended!

I come here sometimes because it is the one nearest to me but I dread going there because the lady is just so rude.. She always gives me dirty looks when Im dropping something off and she charged me $1 for a single piece of tape that I forgot at home! The other person that used to be there was so sweet and friendly but now at times I walk extra to go to a different post office..

I came in there to get a few things weighed to put on ebay, with the intent of shipping it through here. In the past this was never a problem. When I came in the lady acted annoyed for bothering her. I told her I needed to get 2 things weighed and was told that they do not offer that service there.. She told me to go buy a scale. Do not recommend, very unhelpful, unfriendly, and not about helping people out. The old management was awesome and so friendly and cared about their customers. Never coming here again!!!

Worst experience with this mailbox service. I live 1 min from here but WILL NEVER use this location. Owner is a fraud. I got an email that my box was expired and I had 5 days to make a decision on extension or returning the box, I called the owner to say thank you and that I will not be renewing my box and will return my keys, however as soon as she learned that I will not renew and pay her almost $150 for another 3 months, she said that I will not be getting back my $35 deposIt for key. I told her the email told me I have 5 days and she insisted that she will not give me the $35 back and it’s the “policy”. I will Escalade this as far is I need to inorder to get my money back. It’s very shady to keep someone’s Money just because they do not want to renew their service. Will be reporting to BBB as well.
