I wanna thank their staff. They are very welcoming and very customer friendly. I love Tom Ford Suede perfume and their wood perfume is very attractive. I sometimes shop at Tom Ford Outlets but I like to stop by their store and check what’s new collection looks like.

As a luxury designer store on Rodeo Drive I would expect the highest of standards. Please educate your staff on your warranties and policies for all products. If i could remember the womens name I would love to inform corporate of her rude and unhelpful assistance including the 3 other people in the room who did nothing to aid in a myself (the customer) concerns or help find a solution to my issue.I love spending $600 on sunglasses and having an issue 2 months after with them coming loose and her telling me there is no warranty for them and telling me to go down the street to someone else and get them loosened.Why would i buy anything from Tom Ford again? Clearly your staff needs to read the website where it clearly states there is a 2 year warranty on all sunglasses which covers manufacture issues such as the hinge and screws. You lost a customer.

I breathe Tom Ford.I was at the Beverly Hills store to buy cologne and get an appointment for the custom-fit suit. First and foremost, the employee had no idea about the different fragrances. Secondly, they gave me the wrong bottle size. (I should never trust other people’s intelligence)Last but not the least, they were so disrespectful that I had to cancel my appointment for the custom-fit suit.PS - now I have to find another place for my suits. Any recommendations, please

What an elegant store. You can’t beat the champagne they serve in the dressing rooms. The displays are beautiful and it is pristine. The customer service complements the brand so nicely.

Who is writing the personalized notes on the gift wrapped items?! A blind 5th grader with no hands?! Tacky and unprofessional I expect more. Also no email was sent to me about shipping like the website said. Was left wondering where my package was....

OMG! I would be broke if this place was closer to my home! I absolutely love Tom Ford! The brand and the person! If you threw everything they make into a pile and randomly selected items of clothing to wear for the day you would end up walking out of the house looking AMAZING! I need to start selling more houses so I can afford to shop here more often!

I felt uncomfortable when I came in the store . I was looking at items but they didn’t have my size and color of the item I wanted. I was told that I don’t have money because I spent it all on Versace Never coming to the store. Just going to shop online.

They have wonderful collection of perfumes. Try my best taste from their collection like Black Orchid and Velvet. These are meant to be for women but I think they go unisex.
