I had an amazing experience with an associate named Taylor. She gave the best costumer service possible. I live in Miami and called the store she gave me all her time and helped me over a few days with my purchase. She was answering all my questions with promptness and an amazing aura I could feel through the phone. She made this experience amazing I would go out of my way to visit this store!
Today I bought my first Yves Saint Laurent purse. I am more of a Channel girl but I have to say I was not disappointed! This location has most of their items in display which is great to figure out what you want! Justin helped me find the perfect item to match my style in no time.I have been a terrible client though as I thought the purse placed in the shopping bag was the wrong one (it wasn’t, they did everything right) and Justin texted me back right away to reassure me all will be fixed. In the end, only my crazy needed fixing but he has been very nice and professional all the way. I highly advise this store that will take care of you and guide you as you would expect it from any respectable luxury brand.
Visited the store on July 27th, during our visit to US. It was my birthday and my husband was desperately looking for some gifts for me.We live in Dubai where all the stores are available, but the collection is often limited or not available due to high sales.I liked a pair of shoes ( 2 styles ). I tried one, but there was absolutely no attention from the sales lady, once she gave me the box, she did not care about my satisfaction, whether the size fit or if I would like also other style, she was just chatting with her colleagues ( there were no or almost no customers ) …. Very disappointing service, hope she works on commission basis and she lost it. Was planning to get both! I bought both later on in another location.She would not remain a day in my business.
BUYER BEWARE I saw another review on here about this topic- while sales associates have great customer service company policies leave something to be desired. Its kind of shocking and appaulling that they dont take returns...I bought over $2000 in denim but wanted to return one pair because of cut (litereally went to return the next day with receipt, my credit card, all tags on etc...) Again as i read before in another review the sales associates were very eager to make the sale- no mention of the final sale policy. To charge top dollar for luxury clothing customers should receive luxury service. The website even does returns. This was very disappointing i have been a very loyal customer for 5 years since Hedi days and now- rethinking my brand loyalty for sure
Sales associates at this store are very friendly. :) Very efficient and not pushy at all. Have a large variety of leather goods, shoes and clothing.

I shopped with Meili at this location on a business trip, and I had the best experience ever! I was going in to look at a wallet and I couldn’t decide on the YSL and LV. I had went to look at the LV first then walked over to YSL and the experience sold me. Not only did they let me in right before closing, she sat me down and took the time to show me options. As I was not trying to hold her up, and was in a rush to look. She made a non pressure environment and she everyone else there that day, was so sweet! They didn’t pressure me to buy or to hurry. Really wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I purchased. She sat me down and brought me my options. I felt truly like a movie star, especially walking out with my purchase! She gained a forever client with me, and will wait just to shop with her again.

Went to the store to get a box and get my bag gift wrapped (because I did not get those during my purchase)...they did not even let me enter the store and made me stand outside and said they won’t even pack it for a present...worst customer service and the sales woman are very arrogant and very rude...avoid the store and YSL products in general

I recently visited this store twice and made two big purchases. spent over 4 thousand dollars. Store associates were very quick to charge my card and upsell. After finding a defect on one of the bags, and some buyers remorse i went back to the store to return it. What a surprise...they dont have a return policy.I want to make aware that at both my purchases, not once was the terms and policies introduced to me. The associates were very eager and quick to charge my cards but never once bothered to let me know that it would be a final sale. I would think that such a big and notable name brand would have the professional curtesy to offer some type of limited return or to the least make you aware of the final sale. I spoke to 3 different people including the store manager and i was basically told that im stuck with it...This is not an acceptable way for any retailer store to conduct business. It is extremely deceptive and unethical. I have lost all respect for the Brand in general for this misconduct.If i could give 0 Stars, i would!
