Loved my sales assistant - went out of his way with great suggestions on what to purchase. The experience with him was a 5/5However the other sale associates weren’t very warm upon exit. Kinda like they were staring me down. Brought the experience down to a 4/5

My girl wanted a new pair of Prada sunglasses so you know I have to keep her looking fresh. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to get her because I don’t know the first thing about women’s shades but the girl working hooked it up and showed me what she thought she would like based on her style.

Prada is what I love, and Prada’s what I came for. Unfortunately, customer service here has gone downhill as they refused to repair the tear in my barely worn jacket despite my husband dropping almost 3K on the thing! Still, they do have overall the same quality if you can afford extremely high prices, which is to say, top quality. Good location in Beverly Hills.

WORST STAFF IN BEVERLY HILLS. The manager knows literally NOTHING about any of store policies and just walks away from a conversation. Other employees are calling customers liars. Manager wasn’t even wearing Prada! She had some atrocious TARGET CLEARANCE BIN skirt and a belt that’s at least 45 years old. Completely turned me off of this dying brand.

Winning experience at this location with my favorite name. Attentive, pleasant and available; thats how Id describe the staff. This in the midst of some handling some very demanding and loud customers. Another reason to love Prada.

What can I say? Its Prada. The staff is very helpful and friendly, which always puts me in the mood to buy myself a little something.

After an unsatisfying experience calling the Costa Mesa Prada store, I called Beverly Hills about getting lenses replaced on a pair of Prada glasses I own. Wow, what a difference in customer service!! Lindsay had a wealth of choices I could try and sent them to me by text: new phone number, email and address. Thank you for the help :)

Prada has had my shoes since November 29th, 2019 to replace a worn out shoe sole. They claimed they needed to fabricate a new sole since the boot was no longer being sold. Yes, Covid 19 came along and New York was shut down for 3 months like the rest of the US. But does it take more than 3 months (Dec 1st to end of February) to make a shoe sole, assemble it and ship it back? I have no plans on shopping at Prada again.

I was surprised to find that for a high end store with value -a 40% product here could be available. Happy for my wife for her birthday present, she found a very nice purse that I could afford.

I was looking for the perfect belt bag and James helped me out. He went above and beyond to find it for me. Best customer service I experienced in this location. Thank you James!

This Prada store is quite large compared to some of the other Prada stores (especially ones in malls). It spans across three floors - the first womens, shoes, and accessories, the second womens, and the third mens. The store design is very unique, with clear ovals underfoot when you walk in (look down when you walk in!), to textured walls and amazing glass panels. You can take your time browsing in this store, no rush, they have ample couches and chairs to rest on if needed. Be sure to explore all three floors!Pro tip - when youre on the second floor, stop for a second and watch the glass walls. Keep watching. Whoa - did they just go opaque?!

Shoddy alterations and bad craftsmanship. If you fall in love with a dress here, I suggest you take it to your favorite dressmaker rather than trusting the seamstress here to alter it correctly or depend on the zipper fully functioning for your first wearing.

Great! Just so expensive! Diamond sandals were $800! Fresh air inside, nice feeling!
