The cost of the jacket was 15 390.00 - I paid 12 390.00. Already upon arrival home I found a marriage on this model. The next day, the husband went to change this purchase. What was refused to him because the same model of the same size was replaced only through a refund. I bought the jacket on my card, accordingly I need a passport and map.On Monday, September 16, 2019 I went to this store. The seller refunded me.Then he sells a replaced jacket of the same model and size to me for 15,390.00, arguing that the stock can be used once and you have already used this right.Next, the administrator comes and reports that the return did not need to be carried out, it could just be replaced. But they can’t do anything. It turns out that it doesn’t matter that the store employees made a mistake, it doesn’t matter the time we wasted. I didn’t buy the jacket again. I think that I should not overpay for the mistakes of your employees.
