I had hard time finding a local rep that can help us with the biz account. Many of the stores that service Verizon dont deal with Corp type of accounts so Im glad I found these guys. When I called for the first time I dealt with Nelson and I needed a wifi modem for a new employee that will be working remotely. He explained all the available plans then discussed the promotions.I ordered right over the phone and got it in a couple of days via ups. Nelson has a great attitude and is really knowledgeable.Since my first experience I have called and emailed these guys and they seem very responsive.
