I went to swap my phones IPhone 8 & IPhone XS Max & the person who attended me did want to fix everything in the Sprint account but my Phone already had T-Mobile network so what she did was just messed up everything and couldn’t put the T-Mobile back in my phone after they were swapped & she didn’t telling me that. Disappointed but I appreciate her attempt of doing whatever she thought would work. She had to call Sprint in order to activate the line that was deactivated at the moment of swapping & updating phones. Now I have to go back to get T-Mobile network again since with Sprint I cannot be on a call & use data at the same time.

I’ve always had good experiences with T-Mobile but the customer service was very dissatisfactory. I’m going to try going to another store but I was so turned off by what I experienced.

AVOID this store!!! Actually avoid T-Mobile all together! I have had the worst customer experience dealing with this place. I gave them a whopping $514 deposit (cause it was the highest iPhone) and it’s now been 2 weeks since the transaction, tracking says my phone was delivered a week ago. Now no one is at the store!..it’s closed down! No explanation! No one at ANY of the corporate numbers has any answers. Zero communication. The experience was bad to start, ZOEY was the associate helping us and she messed up my husband’s phone order. She had to void the transaction, then didn’t know how to start a new one, she said to try another store.. WTH? Then after paying my deposit I was told 7-10 business days and that THEY would call me.. never called. After searching the tracking I see RICHARD signed for the phone. What kind of way is this to treat paying customers. Unprofessional! T-Mobile Beverly Hills FAIL!

This place is awesome!!! They treat you like how you wish people would treat your grandma!!! So much respect, helpfuness!!! The manager Jody is fun and cares for you. Hugo was the guy who helped me and oh boy, he wouldnt allow me to leave until I knew everything about my plan, my phone and my awesome sync up! You feel special in there! Thanks guys!!!!

Great great great service. Fast and friendly. Fixed my shattered iPhone screen in just over an hour. Would recommend to anyone! I will definitely always come here for any phone repairs I may need in the future.

Associate Hugo was more interested in what was going on in the soccer game on their tmobile TV and his cellphone than answer my questions about new phones. Walked out. Had my wife write this review while I drive. Dont text and drive.

The five stars are for Trent at the Beverly Hills store. He made up for the bad experience I had with another sales rep named George. I would have given one star if it wasnt for Trent. What a difference a good rep can make!!!

Im kind of torn to write this review - because the singla and prices of plans is great, but when you go into a store to get some service, its as if they are doing you a favor. HELLOOOO - you get paid to service. customer service will always win over new clients. best form of advertising!

I had a problem with my card, which was corrected in a nano second. The guy was very good...attitude and capability;.also, very friendly.This is my second time in the BH T- Mobile store and I think theyre doing a great job. I was waiting for him to make a pitch on for new cell. He did not:Dear merciful God!!

Since weve been going here, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. When we had issue with our product they were quick to fix the issue and apologize for the mistake. Just to have a company acknowledge an error goes a long way.

Seems T-Mobile hired these people without any training. They are confused and make repeated mistakes. For a simple unlocking of an old phone, they disconnected my phone line, then they unlocked another phone, and I still have not been able to resolve it. I have talked to at least 7 people; all confused. Yes T-Mobile itself is fine, but employees is sub par.

This T-Mobile store is on a small and busy street so it might be a little tough to find parking but the staff was very helpful and friendly. They sell phones and will give you a replacement sim card if you need one.

Normally dont write bad reviews but this store has done passed me off. Everyone that said that they would call me back never did! I tried to jump my phone and they ordered the wrong one and screwed everything up. After 2 weeks they still cant figure it out or dont care. Stephanie the manager was always too busy. Pretty bad for Beverly Hills. As an owner of my own business in Beverly Hills Im ashamed of their business ethic.

Walked a mile from my job to this location to upgrade my phone just to get denied by the store manager (Jody Zanardi) because my ID was “peeling”. I go to the store location every month but when I decide to go to this location I get told to go to the DMV & get a new license. RIDICULOUS!

This place is the worst!!! I went there to activate service and no one would say anything to me. I was a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. I wanted to come back when I moved to LA and they ruined it forever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever go to this place. I never like to be that guy who talks about race, however, every white person that came in they spoke to but me as a black man couldn’t even get a hello. That’s sad. T-Mobile I expected more.

Number still works as tmobile. went there today. great service got phone. if you have no reception in apt they have phones that can call over wifi. so far inet and service are good. did the jump plan. so far they are still as good as before when i was on them and service was good
