We came to A First Impression Upholstery is easily the best upholstery company that I have ever used. I have been looking for someone that I could trust with our sectional and after seeing some of A First Impression’s work I was very impressed. They did a great job with our sectional and restored it to look better than it did when it was brand new. I’m genuinely so happy that we decided to use them. I just wanted to take the time to recommend them and their amazing work.

A First Impression is a great bunch of people and they do great work. I have used them several times and recently had them repair my sectional. Their work is awesome and they give you such great input when it comes to deciding on the fabrics and style you want. I really look forward to having them do continued work for us. I am so happy with their work and will be a continued customer for a very long time to come.

When a company that goes above and beyond like this they deserve a positive review. I had a hole ripped in my sofa during a party and was referred to A First Impression. They were able to make it look better than it ever had. They were able to match the fabric perfectly and they did it very quickly. I just really appreciate good service like this. Thanks guys.

We had our dining chairs redone by A First Impression. They had a huge selection of fabrics and colors for us to chose from. They really helped us pick the right style to fit into our home. The made some great suggestions and our chairs turned out great. It’s clear that we made the right choice. Their workmanship is beautiful. They definitely have better prices than any other upholstery company I have used in the last. The service was excellent. I would use them again.

I am so happy with the service and quality of work I received here. I had a few dining room chairs that were badly in need of repair. I worked with A First Impression and got an estimate and picked up the fabric. It only took them a few weeks and when I got my chairs back they looked incredible. I highly recommend A First Impression. Their team does fantastic work and they’re very reasonably priced.

The whole process of working with A First Impression was great! They had so many fabrics and patterns to chose from. They did such a great job with my reupholstering project. The chair we have them was past on from my great grandmother and they handled it with so much care. I couldn’t be happier with the work and look forward to using them again some day soon.

A First Impression did a fantastic job. I really couldn’t be happier with their work. The price was great and they only charged us exactly what they quoted. They really put so much extra detail into the chairs that I brought them. They even made some recommendations that made all the difference. They really know their stuff. I will be back to use them for any of my future upholstery needs.

This company definitely did not make a good first impression. I called on Monday to schedule a visit with one of their representatives for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning came and went. It wasnt until Tuesday afternoon that I got a call from Scott saying that he apologized for not making the appointment and asked if I would be ok with rescheduling for Wednesday morning. I told him that was fine. Its now Wednesday and what do you know, the representative doesnt show up for the rescheduled appointment. I called in the morning and was told that they would call Scott and figure out whats going on and then call me back. I never received that call. I called once again at around 2:00pm today and asked for Scott. The employee on the other end of the phone said Im taking over your account, what can I help you with? He then goes on to ask me for what I need replaced. Do you not keep a log of calls? or appointments? or order requests? If they did, then he would have known that I was looking for a repair and not a replacement. He then asks me to send him photos of the damage. THATS THE PURPOSE OF THE IN PERSON VISIT, HELLO!? I finally just told him that Id be taking my business elsewhere and hung up the phone.

Diabolical customer service
