From scheduling my appointment for test drive to seeing the purchase through, and continuous follow up (I had to go back for a recall update) she has been great. She works in service of the customer while still doing her job on behalf of Cadillac.This is not a 5 star because even in 2021, and even with Cadillac of Beverly Hills providing the best service, the purchase is still long, tiring, and time consuming (6+ hours). We bought a Tesla literally the same day and was in and out in one hour. The other reason is there was confusion around lease credits and my overall purchase went up after confirming a certain contract structure and i spent more than I planned to lock in this amazing beauty.Service was great as well in fixing the recall and being attentive and professional. Feedback is do your best to ensure all recalls/updates/ are completed prior to purchase so clients dont have to return a week after purchase. I know the team did do this but the update didnt take. I would recommend to work with Pam in Sales and Allen in Service and overall with Cadillac of Beverly Hills. I used to work with Casa de Cadillac in Sherman Oaks and will not be going back.

We recently purchased a 2021 Escalade & Ivan (sales rep) was our sales rep. To say the least Ivan was excellent! He went over & beyond to meet our requirements, needs and most importantly he followed up with us. I initially called this particular dealership & Ivan was the person who took my info on the type of vehicle we were looking for. 2 months later I received a call from his the vehicle was available. We immediately drove down the same day & he had the vehicle we asked for too the T! Will definitely be doing more business with him.

The service department has me waiting 4 weeks for service at the time Im writing this. I called to ask how much longer it would be before I could get serviced, and theyre now telling me another two weeks! For an oil change and to fix a recall! I then left a message for a service manager. Bug surprise, three days later and I never received a call back.I called Casa De Cadillac and they had me in and out in three hours. Just go there.

I bought a commercial car on July 19, they didn’t give me even the temporary license plate after 70 days. When I follow up with the sale person Moe yazdanian, he said I wont spend anymore time for you. I was only in communication with Sam. He was very helpful with answering all of the questions I had on the 2018 Escalade I was interested in including the purchase price, the features on the vehicle, the carfax data, and the entire negotiating. He was very friendly and not pushy whatsoever. While giving it some thought, someone else had purchased the Escalade and he notified me promptly. Although I didnt end up purchasing the Escalade I was interested in, I felt Sams Customer Service was awesome, and at the bare minimum, deserved to have a 5 star rating. Dont hesitate to speak with Sam for any future vehicle youre considering at this dealership. Their pricing is very competitive, and they are willing to negotiate.

IMO, they lied to me about how long the service would take, twice, they kept my car many extra days causing me to incur $500 in rental car fees, when I called to try and pick it up on a Sunday they told me I could not and literally hung up on me.

Terrible buying experience! Purchase a 2020 Escalade and the check engine light came on when I drove the vehicle off of the lot. The dealership told me to just take it in for service. Very disappointing. A brand new Escalade should not have engine issues with 45 miles on the odometer! Stay away from this dealership.

We required a white exterior color and they were the only dealership that could identify it for us and have it transferred over (the white color for the model we were looking for was practically non-existent when we were looking).Their fleet manager, Diana Martinez, was especially helpful and delivered the car straight to our home herself. The agreement was made over the phone, and the paperwork took less than 15 minutes at our house. Additionally, she helped us get out of our last lease at no cost to us. The staff is very nice when purchasing the vehicle but once you drive off the lot you are a non-priority. When I purchased my XT6 it was on a Saturday and the entire process took up to closing time. There were a few details that needed correcting (delivery of a 2nd key, no navigation card, etc.). I had to call, email, and text many many times to get any assistance. In the end, I did not everything I would have received when you normally drive off the lot. I gave up after months of reaching out and wasting my time calling, texting, and emailing. Very disappointed with the service after the sale.

I was looking for a car and I still can’t believe I drove more than five hours to get it and Johnathan has to be one of the best sales person I ever worked with. Unprofessional, Root and Dishonest, you can trust them !!specifically Harry Panosian one of the manager.I went there to buy a 2021 escalade sport package according to their MSRP price was $103K check the attached pics.Harry was going to charge an additional $2600 to MSRP for additional dealer adds???!!I said to him all the options are part of the MSRP ! Harry said, No, this is a dealer that we did add, which is an addition to MSRP.I said, what is it?  Harry said, GPS.I said, What is is GPS? I want to be sure he is referring to GPS.Harry said: Global Positioning System.I said, Interesting, the car comes with a full Navigation system. What do you mean GPS? Its added on.He said, Navigation system is to tell you to go left-right. GPS is different.I said, Navigation system doesnt work without GPS. What you are telling me is not correct.Harry got angry and said, Im not going to sell the car to you.

Honestly, we had THE easiest, straight forward and honest car shopping experience ever here with Ray! Go in, be upfront with what your looking for and your real budget and Ray will find a way to make it happen.I casually dropped in and test drove a car, let Ray know my budget, what I wanted and that I wasn’t in a rush. He called me back in a couple weeks to let me know he found exactly what I wanted and we went in the same day and got the car!Stop in to say hi and start the conversation; they will beat your expectations!

Wow, great dealer. Service advisors Allen and Ricardo are friendly and professional. Allen Escobedo is the best service advisor in BH, he gives 110% every time. Techs do good work. Caddy of BH is reliable and they get the job done. I would recommend anytime.

Walked into this location in hopes of walking out as an owner of a new Cadillac! Sure enough Ray, the Internet Sales Manager provided me excellent customer service, had product knowledge from A-Z with all my questions about the model details, etc. He has the ability to create a space in the dealership that was welcoming, professional, efficient communication in a timely manner. Above all, honesty with all that the Cadillac brand is and what they have to offer. My car will be brought back for ongoing customer service needs. Absolutely loved my experience at Beverly Hills Cadillac! My salesperson Mr. Christopher Lewis and his team made my husband and I feel like royalty. We simply reached out online Mr. Lewis got back to us asked us what color and features we wanted and he made it happen! Been going to this dealership for 10 years getting a car every couple years staff amazing, managers amazing no hidden or fine print surprises I am 100% loyal to this dealership. Best Cadillac buying experience ever Despite the fact that I live 10 minutes away from two other Cadillac dealership I rather drive to Los Angeles and be happy then walking to my local Cadillac dealership and dealing with BS.Ray is an amazing person and I do not consider him a salesman since people have the wrong idea about Car salesman. He wasn’t pushy and made my shopping experience for the past four years very easy, smooth and quick for me, my family, and my friends.

My experience was not good at all. I was told a car was available and then when I arrived I was told it was not available. It was out on a loan. I received an email from an Arthur Collins, however the body of the email stated it was from Austin. That was confusing to say the least. The email and text messages said the car was still available. They were not be transparent and did not state where the car was or if and when it would be back. I guess a staff member was using the car or a customer, who knows. Why advertise a car that’s not available, why send a potential customer emails and text messages regarding the car as though it’s still available, when it’s not. Arthur Miller is unprofessional. They sent a woman to share the bad news as though the B.S. would be better received coming from the same gender. I can’t remember her name, but she lacked credibility as well, as she was trying to skirt around the issue. My experience was bad. Beware of the lies and dishonest behavior. In short, find another Cadillac Dealership to patronize.

The service is top of the line. I always go to Morgan when I come here. And of course the new dealership is stunning! All the staff are friendly and helpful. This is definitely the Cadillac location I prefer.
