Very helpful staff. Sal was great. The store could use different size sofa, full, pit group, love seat so customers get dimensions and with different arm styles.

Upscale home furnishings store. Friendly and helpful customer service. Need to remember that each pottery barn store has its own discount policy, so one product is discounted more in a store than in another store, also different from pottery barn website online shopping.

Pottery Barn has great furniture. It can be on the expensive side for what you’re getting. But the customer service is not very good here. Didn’t feel welcomed from the second we walked through the door.

Great experience with Pottery Barn!The front wheel on my Bugaboo started to freeze up and I was dreading having to buy new wheels. After contacting Bugaboo and realizing that it would take the company four weeks to get replacements, I took a shot and headed over to Pottery Barn. After an assessment and a quick adjustment, Jamie had the problem solved! She saved me from dropping a hundred bucks on new wheels and got me back on the road in under ten minutes. I found her so helpful and really lovely to boot. I couldnt be more pleased!

Great set up to the store. I like how the 2 levels make it feel more open. One day Ill be able to afford more things from there, but until then, Ill just keep looking.
