Michelle and Maria are great! Michelle, at Encore coordinated with Maria, at sister-store Allure Pharmacy, to get my medication to me before closing today. They, along with Blanca, could not have been nicer or more professional in a stressful situation. I am very appreciative that they took the time to help remedy the problem.I highly recommend both pharmacies.

I literally cant say enough nice things. They are helpful. They are human. They listen. Theyre accurate, they are professional and they are kind and I literally could go on and on. After being tortured by CVS Pharmacy for decades Im finally being treated like a human being!I also feel better supporting a smaller business. And they have plenty of products that everyone else is out of. Like masks, hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol.Grateful I found them.

Love everything about this pharmacy! Everything from prices to products. Great rates compared to Rite Aid prices. I can’t believe I used to wait 45 mins for a prescription but now with Encore I wait no more than 7-8 minutes. The customer service is outstanding and the aisles have a lot of fun products to purchase.Highly recommend this place!

Such amazing service. Really great advice and really warm. Visiting from England and they even took the time to show us how to get back to our accommodation. Much prefer these family run businesses in LA to the mass chain places. If I need more drugs or directions Ill be back

An amazing pharmacy. The pharmacist spent a great deal of time advising me about my meds. A very different experience than what I have encountered in the past. The entire staff was very helpful. Interestingly, I am paying less for my meds at this upscale boutique pharmacy than at cvs.
