I found out about DNA hair through a friend who has had a great experience with their company. The person is someone I consider a creditable source so I ordered hair from DNA hair and paid $46.00 (in addition to the price of the hair) to have the hair shipped as a next day delivery to my home. After two days and no delivery or tracking number from FED EX I attempted to call the company and inquire about the status of my order. I received their voice mail box stating that if I left a message that they would call me back in 24 hours. It is six days later and they have yet to deliver my hair or call me with the status of the delivery. I have attempted on several different occasions to check on my order and after much frustration due to no reply even attempted to request a refund but have still yet to speak to a representative and every time I call I continuously get their voice mail. I’m now out $447 bucks.  IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY, ORDER FROM THEM. ITS TOO BAD THEY HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE.
