I really love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The balloons are beautiful, and the staff treats everyone with courtesy and respect, whether the customer is buying one balloon or ordering hundreds of balloons for a big event such as a wedding. Highly recommended!

I had a birthday party for my grandma and I was really happy that it had turned out to become true. I called in to order delivery to my house and they had delivered a wonderful bouquet outside. I was so happy that she was able to have her birthday even during COVID-19. We saw through the Ring they used masks.

I was happy to be welcome into the store by the two people behind the counter. They helped me find a Valentines day bouquet for my wife and it took her by surprise.They have the cutest teddy bears in there as well and I know my wife likes them and so does our daughter so I bought two. I am even more happy that they both loved it! Thanks! Will come back again! Also I forgot to note, the parking is in the back of the store so be sure to park there to save time.

I had been in a rush to order some balloons for my 2 year olds birthday party and the lady on the phone had been very nice to me and suggested some great ideas when I told her I did not know what to get specifically. The balloons made a great hit for the party and everyone enjoyed them. Definitely coming back soon!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I urge everyone to read through YELP reviews. Almost every review says these people are RUDE, AGRESSIVE and DISMISSIVE!I called and spoke to Mimi regarding a same day order in the area (she confirmed they had other deliveries in the area). I couldnt even describe/explain what I was looking for. Every time I tried to get a word out she was talking over me, literally YELLING. I tried to describe the colors, type of balloon arrangements and style I was looking for. She insisted on telling me that the minimum price for a balloon bouquet is $275 + tax (for anything less, the order would have to be picked up from their location). Even though the price was on the higher end, I agreed.. because I was in a bind (hence my need to order for same day delivery).No matter how many times I tried to explain, how many references I gave from previous orders on their website, Mimi continued to talk over me and focused on the PRICE.... After the 5th time, I had to revert back to customer photos to understand why she consisted on focusing a $275 minimum vs what I was actually looking for (style, colors, etc.). AH ha! if you look close enough... the ribbon, weight, balloons, etc. look cheap! At that point I felt like the arrangements were overpriced (perhaps location?).Regardless, the the staff here are ridiculous and rude. I still feel uncomfortable after being hung up on and spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I wouldnt spend a dime here, and certainly not $300+.

Called to ask a question, she couldnt hear me then she rudely yelled at me “let me take your number and call you back”.. you will never do good business with that attitude.

Definitely the best place to order balloons, for a big party, they were very organized, great imagination, and brought light and joy to our place and in the heart of all guests. It was a last minute decision, and they came through with great imagination to decorate our entire place with unbelievable energy of joy! Their prices were very reasonable compared to the amount of work they spent, highly recommended and thumbs up!

This place has some of the greatest ballon bouquets. Great for wedding or birthdays or even graduations. They deliver and set up everything.

Opening hours need updating on google. Showed up on a Sunday to find it closed. Called to find out their opening hours only to speak to a rude individual who was short and not at all friendly. Happy to take my business elsewhere

Thanks again balloon lagoon!When I was in Los Angeles I had gotten a fabulous and special order done for my daughters 18th birthday. She is the dearest thing to me, and I am so happy I came here and spoke to a polite gentleman who followed me through what I needed. He gave me options and he patiently waited for me to decide and suggested color combinations that were outstanding at the party.Thank you so much Balloon Lagoon.
