Worst experience Ive had in a long time. I waited 2 years to get the perfect car, and the purchase the perfect rim, it was absolutely trouble. I was told that the rims would come with lugs...they didnt. I was sent 19 of 20 washers, and one rim was extremely bent. It was so embarrassing going to have a brand new rim mounted and the technician laughs and says buddy you have a huge bend in your rim The lady with customer service was the worst. I wrote an e-mail to Texas Wire about how she treated me as a customer to no avail. If I could have gotten my money back, I would have. No one wants to send rims back and forth through the mail taking up even more time. I am a U.S. Marine, so I am us to a lot of things, but this was the worst!.
