Excellent selection of rods, reels, tackle, bows, arrows, hunting blinds, and live bait.They have an indoor archery range, a well stocked gun counter, just a surprising amount of gear. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and just a great place to find just what you (or someone else) may need.

Love this place! The guy that helped me out was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He helped me drop down my draw weight and helped me find draw length. He made sure I was comfortable with my bow before I walked out the door. I highly recommend these guys!

The only place I go for my fishing and hunting needs.

Dropped my bow of 7 days ago here. All I needed was the draw length shortened and the weight adjusted. I called 3 times and they just kept saying should be by tomorrow. Well here we are 7 days later walked in and no one has touched my bow....”our bow tech has been off for a week”. Well that would have been nice to know since we are in the middle of Turkey season in Iowa. Won’t be taking my business back here for a while.

Dropped a trolling motor off with a smashed head at closing time on Friday....Had a call Sunday that it was done for pickup on Monday. Quick Turnaround with great service.

Our first time here! Great place, great people and awesome service. Indoor 3D range was great. They bent over backwards to make sure my teenage daughter’s bow was ready to go for archery season. I apologize I can’t remember his name but the bow technician hat helped us was great. We live 5 minutes from another different shop but the 40 minute drive was beyond worth it! Thanks R & R Sports! I stopped in today, it’s a nice place with all kinds of stuff for me and lots of bows. Looks like a decent setup to work on compounds and crossbows also. Store was clean with plenty of parking. Customer service wasn’t the best, not one of professional staff took any time to come over and ask what I wanted, I’m just about to drop what it costs on a new Hoyt with the stuff I need. But, If I stand in the bow section for more than a few mins you’d think someone would have came over. So I’m sure it’s just another minnow store like most bow shops. I’ll buy it bare bones somewhere that at least talks to me, set it myself. And no staff had masks, 2 stars for some selections, not much from there.Thanks.

In the sportsman world you want to support your local enterprises and fellow landowners, even if it means driving 30-40 minutes to do so.Our household is a longtime supporter of R&R and were excited when they took shop a bit closer to our home.While my husband spends more time there than I do, I was responsible for bringing his bow in for readying in September.I was advised due to the pandemic that there had been some shipping issues, nothing that would take more than a couple weeks, and it was alright because I had brought in our inserts and fletchings so they could at least get half done.I want you to note, nobody greeted me this day, nobody ever has.So that discussion/transaction is finished.It so happened the reason I offered to bring our stuff in that day was because I wanted to purchase my husband an rx4.I looked and looked but not a single person offered to help me.Back to the arrows, weeks pass, more weeks pass and we hear nothing.We reached out a couple times because season is right around the corner but just got the run around. The arrows were ready with only two days prior to season open, so no practice time of course.I was ready to call it quits with these people.No communication in store or out, no customer service, no follow through, and no concern for their customers.I did purchase an rx4 for my mister from elsewhere as a Christmas gift, but the limbs were ordered through RR despite my pleads for him to go else where.Several weeks of radio silence from RR after the order was placed, after a few phone calls and a couple excuses, we were notified that someone had messed up and the order had finally been placed and shipping had been expedited so no longer than a week... this was nearly a month ago and still nothing.No response from them, no notification that the limbs have arrived, just nothing.Clearly these people do not need your money because its obvious they do not have any reason to care about their customers.Will the limbs ever arrive? Will we ever be notified? Will his bow be finished before Christmas? Thanks to RR, absolutely not.I see lots of good reviews here and we too have went out of our way to support them, but the last few months has flipped our notion that they were worthy of support upside down. Its truly been one disappointing experience after another. We understand things are tough, but your phone still works. Pick it up and communicate honestly with your customers. Dont sputter out a lie just to cover your hide for a bit.

Wonderful sporting goods place. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. We are getting into archery and they have the best selection and the best prices of any place in town. They are so patient to work with you and help you buy just what you need for bow and arrows. If they dont have what you want in stock, they can order it but they have a nice selection on hand.

I wanted to start archery hunting next year and they got me measured and set with a new bow and some practice time on their indoor range. overall it was a great experience and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Im not a hunter so I cant comment on that part of the store but the fishing selection and staff are excellent. Ive also had my trolling motor serviced since if I recall they are an authorized minn kota repair center. Ive even seen and spoken with the owners while out fishing at various spots around the QC. These guys actually get out and fish!

They know what they are doing. I had another shop work on my bow for a few years since I started hunting really and thought everything was fine from my draw length to the vanes on my arrows. Decided to take my bow to R&R and found out that my draw length was too long and amy vanes were too tall for my bow. The fixed me up with the proper length and tips that made me a better archer. I always recomend R&R to anyone that need work on their bows. These guys are amazing.

Guns, bows, fishing poles... this store is awesome! Most stores like this in the Midwest I have been to are small, cramped, dark and kind of dirty, not this this store. This place is really new, clean, bright, and merchandised very nicely. The bow range is really cool, 3D targets and a 2nd story platform to shoot from.
