My husband and I had a great experience on our first visit to The Good Feet Store. This was due to our specialist Mary who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It is so hard to find great customer careservice, but Mary exceeded our expectations.It was amazing the difference the inserts made just after a few minutes. I was able to work in the garage without any heel pain. We are very happy with our purchases and we look forward to better foot health in the very near future.

Very expensive and they are doctors. The doctor told me just too use the most comfortable inserts I had whether from Walgreens or The Good Feet Store but I think he was shaking his head that I fell for this. Im now getting Physical Therapy, stretches, dry needling, ionto. And taking and anti-inflammatory.

These people are not doctors. Save your money and get orthotics from a podiatrist or chiropractor. They will mold your foot for supports made especially for you. Good Feet does not offer returns as I attempted to do.Very expensive!

If you have foot conditions, then Good Feet is definitely an option. My personal experience was to seek relief from a foot injury several years ago that was hindering my exercise goals. The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and concerns.I just purchased these inserts today, so this is my very early first impression. There is a break-in period as your feet adjust to the inserts. Still, I could tell the difference in my stride and balance.I may return with a progress report at a later date, but initially I’m both pleased and impressed.

My first time in the Good Feet store was early August. They told me I had high arches and fitted me with supports. My feet have been giving me problems for awhile now. My husband and I are selector to go hiking in the Grand Canyon in late September but I dont know that Ill be able to with the foot pain. I had to do something. There was someone in the store that we knew so I thought hey if they worked for them maybe itll help me. Well. Not yet. Ive gone back once to get new insoles because the first ones were killing me after just a couple hours. And couldnt take our normal walks with just therelaxers in my shoes. They switched them out for some less aggressive supports, but Im experiencing lower back and hip and shoulder and neck pain. With headaches. Im following their instructions and wearing the strengtheners just a couple hours a day but when I put the maintaners or the relaxers in my shoes and take just a walk around a few blocks they get uncomfortable and the next morning I wake up with the pain. It even wakes me up with neck hip foot and head pain. Im going back in today. This was my last hope to be able to walk and hike without pain. We have always been very active people, walking, hiking, biking, kayaking. Anything that gets us outdoors. Im feeling worse now than before I got the insoles. At least before it was just pain in my feet and ankles. now its pain through my hips and entire back neck and head. If switching them out helps Ill post again. but, as of now im not happy at all. I gave them one start for effort so far.

Great friendly service. I have suffered with severe foot pain for almost a year. Every step caused me pain or discomfort in The top of my foot. I recently began experiencing pain in my hip and leg. With the inserts I have no pain at all in my foot, hip or leg. Thank you good feet.

My experience was good. The clerk who waited on me was pleasant and not pushy. I haven’t made a decision on the arches as of yet because I just got them. I was surprised at the cost. It seems high.

Needed to get my orthotics re-evaluated after having then for a year so I went to see Mary. Turns out I needed longer insoles and qualified to get them for free!!! Walked in to look into inserts for my shoes. The associate walked me through three process of using three inserts. Never knew how expensive they were going to be. If they resolve the pain issues I have it will be worth it.

I have recently been suffering from tendonitis in my right foot. I walk daily and it was getting more and more painful. When I saw the TV commercial for The Good Feet Store I thought Id stop by to see what they were all about.....I came out with the full 3-Step System and my feet couldnt be happier. My husband also bought the 3-Step System....no more excuses not to walk!I was also a confirmed barefooter around the house until my podiatrist advised me to wear proper arch support even in the house. I didnt realize what a difference The Good Feet System would do for me. I went to Good Feet to see if I could find some relief from aching feet. I am on my feet for long periods at work with lots of stop/start movements. Being in the health field I knew that if something is “off” in one area of the body it can effect other areas of the body. I knew I was an over pronator and had bought great shoes that helped for a little while but not long. Rob at Good Feet was very helpful. I purchased the three step system. It was a bit pricey but worth it! I suggest following the break in directions. They were uncomfortable at first but were fine after the break in period. I am able to take long walks and work without pain. That is to me priceless!

Brought my 11 yr. granddaughter in, her feet hurt from bunions, couldnt walk well she would turn her foot to walk. We met Mary, she was wonderful, knowledgable, patient and caring! Long story short...my granddaughter is walking normal and even participating in gym! From day one with no pain!!! Cant Thank you enough. Well worth every dime! Rob helped me find the right insert and shoe for me. I was impressed with his knowledge of the product and the human body. I had been struggling with foot, knee and hip pain as my shoes did not have enough structure. Everything has improved since I have been wearing the inserts everyday.

Learned a lot in a short amount of time and got exactly what I needed. They explained everything and were very personable and helpful. They were set on making sure I had just what I needed for me and that I was satisfied with my fit.

My experience at the Goodfeet store in Bettendorf, Iowa, was very good. I had been having knee pain for over a year and was pretty miserable. I thought I might as well try this. The young man that helped me was kind and patient. His name is Jamar- I think I’ve spelled it wrong. Sorry. He was very good. He worked with me for about an hour until I found the arch supports that I needed. The limping was gone and I was walking without as much pain. He explained the difference between the strengtheners and the maintainer arches and when I should use each. I left the store knowledgeable and physically better. I continue to see a difference.
