I went to send documents internationally, and they did not know how to handle the shipment. First, they asked me to go to USPS because it is cheaper. Then, they told me that international shipments take a long time, get lost and get held in customs. Finally, they offered me a box instead of an envelope, because the envelopes are just for domestic shipments. I had to leave and go to Moline, in Ave. of the Cities. They handle these all the time.

I called the store and gave them them my package dimensions and the exact weight. They gave me a price of $69.14 When I got to the store they had the exact same weight but smaller dimensions and it cost me $105. The store is a rip off go somewhere else

The guy I saw today I’ve seen at other ups stores, why? Not sure. Owner? Manager of these stores? Who knows. I came to pick up a package and was told it wasn’t their and I even showed them the UPS app, tracking number etc, I was then told sorry it’s not here maybe it hasn’t arrived yet. That doesn’t make any sense The app says other wise. I was told come back the next day because the boss would be in. I didn’t ask for the boss I don’t care who the boss is, but ok thanks I guess. And I was then told to contact UPS. I thought they were UPS. I really don’t understand. I then called the Kimberly store and the lady was rude for no reason I told her who I was why I was calling and asked if maybe my package was their. She didn’t ask for a tracking number she didn’t ask for my last name she immediately told me no it’s not here. How do you know it’s not their if you don’t have any of my information other than my first name.

The woman working was very rude. I was standing in the door to maintain the 6 foot distance and she very rudely told me to come further into the store because the door ring kept going off. She was complaining to another customer about her sinus infection and her coworkers. I dont expect that much from individuals working in customer service because I know what a frustrating and demanding job it can be. However, they werent busy and her sharing about her sinus infection made me feel uncomfortable. Very rude fr start to finish. Then gentleman that helped me was a lot nicer.

In the future I will go out of my way for a different location. I had a drop off package completely ready to go and was given the WORST customer service in the 2 minutes I was in the store. I was treated as though I had the incorrect things and my package wasn’t ready when it indeed was.

I was a little hesitant to ship thru them after reading the reviews. I have always used this location for drop offs which has never been an issue. Today with a shipment the experience was pleasant. Workers were patient and not rude. My experience was what I would expect from any reputable company.

I use this store to drop off my Amazon returns. The customer service is absolutely the worst. Last week will be the last time I enter this store (today I am returning to Kohls). I was treated so rudely in front of two other customers over a problem with my return label, which turned out to be the UPS employees mistake. No apology was offered. Not only is USPS down the street whos staff is kind and thoughtful but Bettendorf Office Products is right around the corner and they offer many free services that UPS charges the customer.

The customer service is awful. The guy helping us was wearing his mask on his chin. They were closed when we returned to pick up our package due to lack of staff. This location is the worst.

I give this store 0 stars, they were all extremely rude, hostile, unhelpful, and just honestly should not work in customer service. I have never been to a store that was run and the employees were this rude and hostile. I hope no one ever goes to this store and I know i will never go back and will make sure none ofmy friends or family ever go to this location

Worst customer experience ever! Used the usps drop off as listed as a service. Lost my pkg for pick up then complained that they offered this service. Stop doing it as a service if you are not equipped or it is inconvenient for you!The drop off box for the post office was full and it was a weekend. Take responsibility and be nice!

The Staff and Old Lady are very nice. If you are dropping stuff off you should have no problem. The old lady (Pam) or store owner didnt charge me a dime for putting extra tape on three packages. Just make sure youre friendly and always smile! You cant complain, tape at Walgreens is $9 a roll!

Wrong operation hours posted. It says closes at 7 PM Thursday and when I visited the store at 6:15, it was closed. Visited this store earlier and I had a not-so-good experience with the way the staff treats its customers. Please close this store if you are that reluctant in running it.

I went there today to ship a package. The older lady working was EXTREMELY rude. She asked what was in the package, I told her everything....was just simply a care package. She acted as if I was lying and said she needed to open it and inspect everything. Needless to say I went to USPS!! Wont go back here ever!

Avoid this location if you can. I’m always amazed at the lack of customer service here. They couldn’t care less if you’re there to give them business or not - this goes for both the owners and the employees. The worst part is, Amazon now utilizes UPS for Prime returns so I have no choice but to go there. Who knew I would dread going somewhere as silly as UPS? The only reason they’re still in business is because there isn’t another UPS Store close by.

I experienced the most unprofessional rudeness customer service I have ever received today at this location. The older lady was so rude when all I was trying to do is send a package to a friend. The whole negative encounter was unnecessary and if she is, in fact the owner corporate needs to do some looking into her store. By far the worst experience. I saw all the agreeable reviews after my experience and wish I would’ve seen them sooner to prevent my encounter. I went to this store because it was close to work, but next time I’ll drive however far I need to just to receive better service.

This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Go to Fed-Ex or USPS and dont even waste your time here!! UPS wrongly delivered a package to our house, that was not intended for us. Being a good Samaritan, I took time out of my busy schedule to drive the package to the nearest UPS store to have them ship to sender or to the correct address. The woman who was working (this was Thursday evening at 6pm) was extremely unhelpful. She said there was nothing they could do and I could call a 1-800 number to have the package picked up. So, she, being a UPS employee, was too lazy to work out the package logistics herself; she actually expected me to do that after I had already taken the time to bring it to her store when they wrongly shipped it! I told her I would not be doing that because I did not have time with international travels coming up, and she pointed to the garbage and told me I could throw the package out if I wanted. THAT IS APPALLING TO ME!! She is the face of a shipping company! And couldnt care less about getting brand new merchandise to the correct person. She actually would let brand new product be thrown out, instead of getting it to the intended recipient. DO NOT GO HERE! Save your time and go somewhere that actually cares about your packages and getting them to where they need to go.

No customer service! Their computer wasn’t printing my shipping label so I was told to go home and print it myself. Did that and came back where they told me that I had to buy a bag to ship my item even though it was amazon free returns because I printed my label at home!!! What??? And they just looked at me like I was crazy. Don’t go there. Huge pain.

I packed my items in bubble wrap, separated each item with foam or cardboard, and re-used UPSs own packing materials of peanuts and boxes (one box inside a larger box) which were in great condition. However, this wasnt good enough for Pat, the store owner, and she refused to guarantee my items would arrive in one piece. She calculated the cost for the packing materials that were up to HER satisfaction and it came to over $100 with shipping. What I want to know is why another UPS thought it was safe packing material for the fragile item that had been mailed to me? It seems like there is a discrepancy in what UPS stores will guarantee and this woman just enjoys being difficult.

If you are using this location simply to drop off, you should have no problems. However if you need to actually use the employees services...good luck. Was there the busiest shipping day before Christmas and they had 1 clerk working. Just one! It was busy, there was a line and the phone was ringing. This lady was very unpleasant to deal with. She had a rude tone with every customer and talked to most of us like we were dumb. Not to mention charging a dollar to tape a box. Willnot ise this location again if I can!I had one package that had to be sent UPS. The remainder of my mailings I took to FedEx, it was worth paying a little more.

So the store closed early due to weather but when I called no more than two hours before 6pm they neglected to mention that they would be closing an hour early. Just spent 20 min in awful driving weather because of lack of any customer service at this location. Embarrassing and almost negligent in their operations. Why does this store fail me so often? Any injuries I sustain driving back to the office is on Bettendorf UPS management.

Ive read the negative reviews, but I just came in here on a Saturday, with a large package to send back to Amazon and there were other people being waited on, but my experience was great.The lady behind the counter was polite and everything went smoothly, I was done and out in under five minutes from when I pulled up.

Meh. Ive experienced much better customer service. I have used this location on a number of occasions, and yes, you can get your boxes shipped here. But, dont expect anyone to be very pleasant in the process. The last straw for me in writing this review came when I took a picture to be boxed and shipped. It was dropped off and paid for on a Tuesday and not boxed and shipped until Friday - wow really? Train your staff to box everything or turn away the business. For what I paid, it should have been completed within a day. No excuses. Enter the store with this in mind. The store owner, Pat, was frustrated as soon as I came in. From moment one, she was rude. I handed her my package and stated I need to return it. I told her that I was unsure where it needs to go, but that I was able to return it to the store for free. She looked over the package and handed me a form to fill out. She wanted nothing doing with me possibly having the wrong information. I said it came from you, she piped up stated she was NOT UPS, but a store. I asked her if she ships other than UPS, she said no. The entire time she was rude in her questions. Finally, after I filled out the form she said I did not have a proper UPS return label and I would need to pay for it. Now, wouldnt she have known that as soon as I showed her all my items and paperwork. There was a customer who came in after me who needed a notary of public. The scared employee asked the 80 year old woman if she had an appointment. The owner, Pat, did not say one word and could have helped her while I was filing out this form. The rudeness displayed was unethical and uncalled for. I am in contact with UPS now. No one has the right to talk to UPS customers that way, not even a store owner.

If you ever get a sealed container of fluid through ups and want to ship it back. Dont go to this store to return it. I find it kinda funny that I can receive fluids through ups but cannot ship fluids with the same company. I really think these employees here lack training, and one of the people working when I came in was the store owner.
