I placed an order Feb 2 and called to follow up since I didn’t receive it in early March. I was told it would be sent out in late March. Early April I went website to check on order and still says processing. After 2 emails and 3 calls with no response I texted. horrible customer service

Great experience with Moments of Class!! The tux rental was the perfect piece to our Halloween costume trio this year!!

“Moments” Cancelled my wedding tux order before the wedding, and had the balls to ask if I was even in the wedding party for my sister’s wedding. They crossed my name out! Emails to prove they confirmed the order a month earlier. Had to remeasure and the Tux came next day with wrong sizes measured from the previous day. Pants stained, vest small. This place is a wedding disaster. Was not the only person in the wedding party with wrong sizes. Please reach out with any questions. Would be happy to tell you in detail.

It was a Amazing experience my sons first prom & tuxs all because momments tuxs the staff was lovin very very helpful thanks for helping my family create memorys much love to the whole team there !

Website quotes 1 price, they quote different price on phone. Said they would charge me additional $14.95 to ship to my house and not the high school.

Moments took over a formal wear order from another shop, and while there were some problems that originated from the original shop, the team went above and beyond to get it fixed for my friends wedding.
