Best cookies EVER!!! I ordered one of the baskets for my husbands birthday and they were such a huge hit! Will definitely be ordering for here again! The flavors were amazing and the decorations were on point!!! I will highly recommend them!

From a mop & bucket to a decorated bedspread on a bed, the cookies had exquisite designs and detail! Our employees LOVED them! You went above and beyond to get my mothers day order delivered on time. I had waited until the last minute, so I could no longer select Friday or Saturday as the delivery date for my order before Mothers Day. I selected Monday, the day after Mothers Day. I got a call from my mom later that afternoon thanking me for the wonderful cookie flower bouquet. You had delivered them ahead of time even though I wasnt able to select that. Thank you for getting my order there in time for Mothers Day!

This place has always been a tradition in my family. My mother, who passed away in 2011, used to get my brother and me these cookies as a surprise after school. To carry on that tradition I buy these cookies often. Most importantly, I purchase a hot air balloon cookie on her birthday, mothers day, and the anniversary of her passing. Upon hearing about my quiet tradition, the owner contacted me and made me complimentary hot air balloon cookies. Now to my surprise, whenever I go in on one of these days the entire staff knows my tradition. It is truly moving and so appreciated. Words can not describe how much the gesture has meant to me. I LOVE these cookies for so many reasons and the staff the icing on top.

Here at Cookies & Cupcake by Design, the friendliness is only matched by the tastiness. I do not often eat sweets, but I had the opportunity recently to try some cupcakes from this location. I had a snickerdoodle cupcake and a cookie dough cupcake. I was very pleased by the neat appearance of both cupcakes. They were fairly normal sized, but they packed a greater than normal taste. Wonderful.

The Spring Bouquet I ordered was perfect. The cookies were decorated beautifully and the gift was very well received. I was so excited to come here. I was in the area for work and was craving something sweet and found this place. Ratings were good so I bought a bunch of things to bring back home for my family. The vanilla cupcake was good. The cookies were extremely disappointing. I bought several kinds, but the one that was bad was the pizza slice chocolate chip slices. There was no flavor in them and they were so dry. Was really bummed!

Sent an order in over internet that morning from out of state, and delivered that afternoon, in their area. Made my sons day and looked great! Always taste good too!

I stop in almost weekly for their peanut butter cookies. The cookies are delicious and fresh. I have never had the iced sugar cookies that they use for the cookie bouquets, but the cookies, cupcakes and candy I have had are are all fresh and delicious. I would recommend this location to anyone. They are also supporters of Bettendorf and PV schools which I appreciate.

I am a former employee of Cookies By Design, and worked at the Bettendorf location for about 4 years. The cookies are made from scratch every single day. I have been in the store multiple times when the owners brought in ingredients to be stocked on the shelves, and eggs and, yes, REAL butter. to be stored in the refrigerator.The owners of this franchise are always Over and Above with their approach to customer service. They try to accommodate every single customer, no matter the time involved, or the detail requested. I have personally witnessed them taking the time to garner a large corporate order, and turn around and deal patiently and thoroughly with a child ordering one single cookie on a stick for his dad. Cookies by Design meets incredible volume and time demands, particularly during gift-giving holidays. The owners of the Bettendorf location take great pride in working to see that their customers are completely delighted with their products.Even though I am no longer employed with the company, my family continues to be customers of Cookies By Design, by far, one of the best bakeries in the Quad City Area. These bouquets are amazing, so like sending flowers in that they are very colorful, yet unique in that they are so delicious. Most people who are trying the cookies for the first time are surprised by the quality and taste.20 years in business speaks enough for itself, but I truly hope that Cookies By Design is a permanent fixture in the QCA.
