Had a complete kitchen remodel by Aceno. Emily did a great job of designing the layout and responds quickly to communication. Ordered custom made Amish cabinets and are thoroughly pleased. Price was only slightly higher then manufactured cabinets. Kevin did a great job on install of cabinets and very good at communication.. He does quality detailed work. Kevin and Aceno made a layout change during install and had new piece in a week and did not delay install. John did a great job of measuring for the granite countertop. Eric and Joe did great job of installing countertops. Highly recommend Aceno for kitchen remodel. Great people to work with.

Aceno was great for us. We picked out a slab of granite and they knew that it wasnt that good of a product so they let us know before we bought it. Then we picked out another piece and they came out and measured and measured and it turned out perfect. From start to finish above my expectations! Originally told at showroom they may be out 6 to 8 weeks...got my countertops ordered and installed in 3 weeks! The time and care they took from start to finish was outstanding! We had been talking about replacing our laminate counter tops for a few years. This summer I finally decided to measure them. When my husband and I had time to kill in town I suggested that we stop by Aceno. Sooooo happy that we did. We met Bella (so sweet) and Lynn. Lynn was so helpful. We didnt have any idea how to begin the countertop process. Using my measurements she had a quote to us quickly. Our counters were installed sooner than expected and they are beautiful. The whole process was fun and working with Aceno was a great choice!

We love our countertops and sinks. The hardest thing was finding the right color that would go with the cabinets and tile floor. Working with Emily and Lynn made the whole process go smoothly. They did many quotes from quartz to granite for me. We had enough material left from the kitchen to replace a bathroom countertop. John came out and measured and the fit was perfect. My kitchen has 3 odd angles as well as out of square walls. The installers were great. Very professional. Enjoyed talking with them about the install and how to care for the granite.

Joe and Eric did a great job of installing the new granite countertops, when they were done you could hardly tell where the seams were, my wife found a couple of pits that they will have to repair, I would definitely recommend Aceno to anyone that wants to replace countertops!!

This was our first time buying granite. I thought the only way to afford it would be going to a big box store. Our contractor suggested Aceno. Hands down the best idea. The prices were comparable, but the customer service was the win here. Emily helped us mastermind getting around the part of the stone we didn’t like (which I may not have been able to do depending at the big box), then John came out to measure. We live in a 40 year old house with wonky walls. I was convinced it was just going to be imperfect and that’s what it was. John proved me wrong! I can’t get over how close it is to the wall and how even with the tight fit, they got it right in. Do yourself a favor...stay local and go with the guy who lives and breaths his craft. Hands Down, these guys are the best in the Quad Cities for Granite. From the Office Staff to the Installation crew, all were great to work with. They were very Responsive, Timely and had the decency to call each time they came out. The granite looks great, and even though it was a tough cut and tough installation, they made it look easy. On measuring day, John and his assistant came out and spent a great deal of time onsite to ensure they got the measurements correct. John was very detailed and explained each step of the process. On installation day, John and his crew came out and tackled the installation like champs. Even though there were a couple setbacks with the cabinetry and sink, they were having fun with their work and that made a huge impact on the final product. They took the setbacks in stride and did what needed to be done in good spirits to make sure the end result was perfect counter tops and a happy customer.We will definitely continue to use them for any future granite or lighting needs and will refer them as often as possible...

We contracted Aceno Kitchen and Bath to change our countertops and sink to leather finished granite. We used a two color concept with a darker color on our island. The effect is striking. I contacted Aceno Kitchen & Bath at the end of their business day as my husband and I were in the market for new quartz kitchen countertops. Emily answered and was very friendly. The original quartz we had chosen from another place was going to be very expensive. We visited the Aceno showroom with a vague idea of what we wanted to do (replace our kitchen counters, sink and back splash) and walked out about 20 minutes later with a great vision for our kitchen. The installation team was top notch, worked quickly and the counter/sink installation is beautiful. We are still working on the back splash but I expect it too will be beautiful. We were remodeling our whole house and needed a kitchen and 2 baths from scratch. We priced cabinets from box stores to custom built. We were driving down state street and saw Aceno and stopped. Even tho we didnt have an appointment we were greeted by Bella and the smiling face of Emily. We didnt have a clue what we wanted and Emily talked us thru the whole process and worked with us for 3 hours designing our kitchen. I changed my mind a lot and it didnt phase her and cheerfully made suggestions and worked very hard to help. We finally came up with a design we were so happy with.My husband and I were so happy with that process we decided to get vanities for both baths and then granite and quartz counters for all.Now nobody is perfect and there were mistakes made. The whole Aceno crew worked very hard to make things right until we were totally satisfied with the products. The installation crew were awesome to work with too. They clean up after themselves and explained in detail how to care for my stone.I would recommend Aceno to my friends and family. In fact I already have. They back their products and customer service is great.

I needed a small piece of stone cut to match original. Agreed on a price and left. Called 4 days later to check ETA they tell me they need a deposit and raised the price. No call informing me otherwise. If I didnt check in on it my original piece would have just sat there. Go to Robertson manufacturing instead.
