One of my favorites. I usually get black coffee and I really enjoy there monster cookie coffee. So flavorful without being bitter. Iced or hot... Ive had some of the other drinks that are definitely delicious but more of a dessert than coffee.

One of my favorite coffee places in the QC, however this location is ALWAYS out of whatever I order. It’s annoying that whatever I seem to order they have always JUST run out of it. I’ll keep coming back for convenience but this is my least favorite location. I feel like if you updated your workers each day or updated your board, people wouldn’t get their hopes on something you don’t have. I understand it’s a small thing to get frustrated about but when it happens EVERY TIME, small things become big things.

Not offering Coffee Hound gift cards is a real drawback. Ok service but mask was incorrectly worn. So I paid and left. Usually much better experience here.

I have been there several times in the last couple months, and always enjoy my coffee! Since it is hot out, I have been getting the frappes, and I havent had a bad one yet! I really like the monster cookie frappe. It has quite a bit of coffee taste, but also plenty of sweet flavors, including M&Ms and a little cookie they put on top of the whipped cream. The service is always friendly and I think the prices are reasonable.

First time visit today, go to get out of car taking drink out of cup holder coffee explodes all over place. Get some better cups or train better on lid science. $4 on floor of car. Only up side car has espresso air freshener now as it is all over the car.

This place is so comfy!! I love to walk it. But I also am very grateful for the drive-thru option. Employees are always super friendly and the coffee of course delicious!!

This is for the Bettendorf library location. Upon arriving the boy working the counter was talking on the phone with his girlfriend so I went to put my bag on a table and the table was extremely sticky and dirty. I understand if youre busy and may not be able to clean the table right away but the boy was talking on the phone and the store was nearly empty. I walked to the counter and he continued to talk for almost a minute before putting the phone down. I ordered my drink and before he started to make my drink he began to text on his phone for another minute and then went to clean a table. Another customer came in and he made her drink immediately, he hadnt even started my drink which I had ordered first. I would understand since her drink may have taken less time than mine but he had been texting on his phone after I had ordered mine. He left the rag and spray on a table from earlier so I ended up cleaning the table myself. Got the frosted coffee, not bad but I dont see myself coming back because from my experience most coffee hound locations dont have good customer service.

Went here in order to study in a nice, relatively quiet atmosphere. Two girls running the front were extremely loud and extremely rude to us, making us ultimately leave early to go somewhere else. Hire people who actually do their jobs next time.

If you go inside the place its decorated with dogs which is pretty cute. The drinks are very very good, and the people are always very nice.

Love going there to do my paperwork! The manager/owner is extremely friendly, and so is the staff. You can tell theyre well trained and attentive.They are one of the few that serve decaf iced coffee, and they have several flavors that are totally unique (SO good!). Great and original decor, comfy surroundings, excellent music choices, reasonably priced. Try them for yourself!

The gentleman that is working this morning was pretty darn rude. Not sure if it was because I am a Latina or whatever reason. From now on I will go to Starbucks.

I love the coffee and the staff is usually pretty nice but the last 4 times I tried to go through the drive thru on my way to work or on my lunch break I had to give up and leave (several other cars did the same) because the service was so slow.

Great coffee, and fantastic location! Right next to our favorite dog park, and easy to grab a coffee and quick treat for the dog! Very much prefer it to Starbucks!

I like their coffee. Its s very cozy place (not in size, since it has plenty of room),a beautiful and a friendly atmosphere.Would like to see more on their menu and food items. But overall, I like to go there and get my coffee, whenever I get the chance to.The crowd there are a mix of college students, and families.

Everyone who works here is exceptionally nice and they are more than happy to help you figure out what youd like to try if you arent familiar with their drinks. The coffee shake is delicious and you can always add extra shots if you need more of a pick me up!

They are very polite, and professional baristas. Their coffee by itself is very, very top quality!! They dont have to mask their coffee with syrups and whip cream. Quality.

The barista was super awesome with my indecision of such a unique menu and helped me discover a peanut butter pup latte which... Gotta say... Never had peanut butter in a hot drink befote but it is great. There is a great atmosphere and excellent lighting for chatting or studying or working. Would recommend!

I had never been here before. A freind of mine got me a bag of coffee for Christmas from here and it was a flavor I dont care for. So my wife went here and ask if it would be possible to exchange for a different flavor . They were so rude to her about it. Questioning her. She said you could tell in there voice they didnt wanna do it. And they said yeah but you can pick from whats on the shelf witch was full beams did not offer to grind it up or anything for her. I was always considering going there but after this Ill never buy coffee there and will never recommend this place. First impression mean everything sometimes in this case it just lost them customers. Very disappointed. If they didnt wanna do it all they had to do was say no exchanges and that would have been fine. Being rude about it does not solve it. Honestly Id rather they said no then treat her like this.

Its my favorite hangout. Love their chai frappe. Can only get there once a week but I always make a good point to visit when I can. Friendly people and clean restrooms.

Loved the décor and seating. Very nice place to hang. My wife loved the cappuccino with almond milk and my caramel latte wasnt bad either. Kids were big fans of the dog theme.

Not only do they serve amazing coffee and tea, they now have a handful of other fun options including smoothies, shakes, energy drinks, etc! They also have food platters for you to enjoy your time there. Beautiful atmosphere, great staff, and amazing drinks.

They gave me a mixed coffee with ?. . apparently they dont make macchiatos.Maybe say you dont do that before taking an order ? $5 for a small macchiato.All the people that work here and none know how to make the simplest of coffees? Lol what?Good place to go if you want a frappe or just plain black coffee i guess.

I wouldnt even give them one star if I had a choice. First they couldnt make any of our drinks the way we wanted them and second the drinks were AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER go back there again!!!!!!!!! So unhappy, that I with my coffee craving still there. But on the plus side we went to Starbucks and had the best service ever!!!!
