I decided to go with Moments to support small local business. HUGE mistake. As you can see in the pics Moments had my dad looking a hot mess at his daughters wedding. The tuxs were wrinkled and didnt fit. I took them back so they could be adjusted and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right; I got an argument and told it was our fault. Moments took his measurements prior to ordering so Im not sure where the mistake came into play. I asked for them to make it right and they said there is nothing they can do. Moments had my dad in a tux that didnt fit, looking crazy on one of the most important days of my life.
Moments tuxedo shop really came through for our family. Our fourth sibling of ten kids got married and moments made the process as easy as possible. They shipped our suits to us β weβre all over the country β followed up with us on sizing and gave us gentle reminders through out the whole process. Long day of tux shopping. We walked out of Mens Warehouse and went to Moments Tux Shop. We were absolutely blown away by the fantastic service. The owner helped us with a fitting and he made my son feel like a Rockstar. Go here 1st, it is by far the best!
Words cant even begin to describe how amazing Moments Tux Shop was for my Brunch Wedding! Not only did they handle all the communication with our guys, but they were incredible with our out of town groomsmen! They helped the guys find a place to get measured near them, and they even shipped their tuxes directly to them so they had it well before the big day! As for the local guys, there was no waiting until Friday to pick up their stuff. They were all texted when their stuff was ready and all my guys had their stuff picked up and ready for the weekend by WEDNESDAY! We took advantage of their VIP Pickup Service and it couldnt have gone any better! They came to The Renwick Mansion where we were staying and picked everything up for us. What a weight off of our shoulders during Wedding planning!!

Couldnt have had a better experience with Moments! Everything was so seamless & their communication was much needed with so many groomsmen from out of town. The tuxes were shipped right to them & they changed out any pieces that needed to be & very easy pickup as well. The colors turned out fantastic & we were so pleased with how vibrant they looked in photos! Thank you for helping both my groom & my dad look their very best for my wedding :)
I was disappointed as well! Paid a lot of money per person to have a lot of unnecessary happen. My groom came home in his suit too big for him. We purposely ordered a suit line that Moments suggested would be more fitted for the Groom. The ties for the Dads and Grandpas were not the color we ordered. The Best Man did not get a bow tie we ordered for him. The ties for the groomsmen were is some random rust color and our color was blush. One of the groomsmen got out the door without his shoes. I also have the text messages confirming our order a few weeks before the wedding. Moments did correct everything by Wedding Day but its frustrating because there were several points when Moments could have double checked/insured that our orders were correct before the guys scheduled their appointments to try on and pick up!
We used Moments Tux Shop for the groomsmen for our daughters wedding over the Christmas holiday. Abby was super friendly and professional. We had several people from out of town that provided measurements via email/phone. We did have a few items that needed to be corrected and the items were sent via FedEx prior to the wedding. Abby did an excellent job of tracking items and making sure we were pleased with the outcome. One of the best features of using Moments Tux Shop is that they picked up the entire wedding partys tux from our hotel the next morning. Thank you!

Very disappointed with how things went. I was told when I was getting tuxes for my wedding that the ones in town would be ready a week before the wedding and for the guys out of town they would be mailed 2 weeks before the wedding so that they had time to try things on a fix things as needed. For my guys in town the tuxes werent ready until 2-3 days before the wedding, and my out of town people and groom didnt receive their tux until 2 days before the wedding. The father of the groom tux arrived the day before the wedding. And the groom tux sleeve was dirty when it arrived I was very excited to use you guys as you had great reviews, but am sadly supper disappointed. I will not be recommending you guys. Luckily the groom (who is out of town) hadnt left for the wedding yet.
I have a wedding out of state and needed to get my measurements taken. I called Moments and explained to them honestly that I wouldnt be renting a tux from them, but would they please take my measurements for me. Not only did they say they would be happy to help me out, they found time to fit me in on a day they had several consultations for local paying customers already scheduled. The guy who took my measurements, Jared, was polite and professional. If thats the kind of service they give just to be helpful, I can only imagine the quality of service they give to full paying customers. If I, or anyone I know, ever has need of tuxes, this will be my first recommendation.
Wonderful shop! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets put together right for your βbig dayβ! What I think is fantastic is the VIP package available where they come pick up the tuxes so you donβt have to do that yourself! An extra you donβt get anywhere else! This place is really special. Being family owned and operated you really feel the warmth. Theres so helpful with suggestions and bend over backwards for you. I really love their technological savvyness doing things by email and by text messaging. They were really careful about our health with the whole COVID thing and used masks, by appointment only to avoid overcrowding, ans curbside pickup. The tuxes for my wedding were fantastic and fit great. This is the place to be in the QC for tuxes and suits.

I found out about moments tux shop when I went to the Jaycees bridal show back in January of 2019. They sold me when they said they will do all the contacting of the wedding party. They were easy to work with and everyone said how easy it was to get fit for the tuxes. Highly recommend Moments Tux Shop!
Moments has the best service and best selection around. This was our second year using them for prom and I couldnt be more happy with how my son looked. Will be back next year with another son for his prom tux as well! Highly recommend!
