We went to the store on Kimberly in Davenport and they sold us a junk phone. So when they messed up we decided to go to the one in Bettendorf . We got a upgrade. And they were very helpful. And nice . I would recommend them to anybody

Would give zero stars if i could. I have had nothing but problems from day one. i was not properly informed about my service plan when i made my purchase. I was first informed that my service plan was going to be $100 for four lines with unlimited mobile hot spot. My plan was not that at all. Also i was told that the phones (nokia c2 tava) were 5g compatible. I called nokia myself and they verified that they are not 5 g compatible. When i talked to the manager in the store about my concerns and things that were wrong with the information that i was given, she blamed it on an employee that no longer worked for the store. I have had nothing but trouble with my billing. as i stated previously my bill was supposed to be $100 for 4 lines of service, my bill was $130 and the hot spot was limited. my most recent bill was for $160, thats $30 more than i was told with no fees. I also bought two lines that were tested in stores the day i purchased them that worked, i put them away as presents for my children for Easter. I let them open them this past sunday and powered them on and one phone has no service. Ive been hung up on several times by customer service on multiple occasions only to find out that i was given a bad sim that isnt even registered to my device. The sim that is activated isnt even in my possession. I was told by customer service that it was strange that i put up my phones as gifts. WHO ARE THEY TO JUDGE WHAT I DO WITH MY PHONES FOR MY CHILDREN!!!!! As far as im concerned the sim that is active on my account but not in my possession is being used by someone at that store for their own gain WHILE IM FOOTING THE BILL!!!!!! Im very upset about all of this and will be looking for another wireless carrier very soon.

Staff is unprofessional. Seems to be very uneducated on product they are selling. And in a rush to get me out of the store. Will not return. Going to metro instead.
