I just bought a used 2013 BMW from Ron Turcsak. He was the nicest guy and extremely helpful. He really made feel relaxed and there was no pressure. He was honest and friendly. Ive met a lot of salespeople through the years. Hes one of the best! I plan on buying at least one more car from him and Lindquist Ford soon. I like all the people I met there. An honest and hardworking staff. No tricks. Manager was easy to work with. The finance manager won my business by offering me an unbelievable rate (especially since I bought a 2013!) He beat my CU by quite a bit. I am completely happy with my entire experience there. Great place to buy a car!

5 STARS TO MY SALES REP. DANIELLE!!! I am from out of town and had to drive over two hours to get there. She offered to take extra pictures and test drive the vehicle herself just to make sure it was worth my drive! She was great at making the sale process move forward. The vehicle had an issues with the back up camera and she told me that Lindquist ford would pay for the repair.There was a slight miscommunication between my local shop and Lindquist, on the agreed payment amount. That ended up leaving my car in the shop for an extra day, luckily I bought the extended warranty to cover the rental 😅 Overall I am happy with my car and truly grateful to have worked with an amazing sales representative like Danielle!

After having truck for 10 months it is difficult to rate the dealer. Service department has been excellent. Absolute joy to work with. Sales experience was a solid one star. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about trucks or the product line. He was only concerned about making a sale and didn’t listen to what I needed in a truck. Now that I’m familiar with Ford product line I learned a lesson. Determine exactly what you want then get online bids from multiple dealers. Go for the price then pick the service department you best like.

We purchased a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler from Lindquist Ford. We live 6 hours from Lindquist and purchased the vehicle without ever seeing it in person or taking it for a test drive. This represents a complete departure from our personalities... we felt comfortable doing so because we believed John Cooper and Derek Fox were honest. John and Derek represented the vehicle with great accuracy, communicated effectively and made the purchase process easy. They even arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our house (again, we live 6 hours from the dealership). We had an excellent purchase experience and could not be more happy with our Jeep!

Mixed feelings, bought a used 2018 F150 truck from them a few weeks ago. Sales guy was good enough, price was decent. Asked if the truck had damage before I drove down an hour and a half to take a look and was told no. Truck had existing hail damage on the hood and roof, easily visible, drivers side step was intermittently functioning and slow. Worked out a deal with them having there guy repair the dents and take a look at the step, took longer than expected to get done, but it did get done. Dents were “repaired” pretty subpar can still see spots of damage and whatever tool he used to pop the dents damaged the paint in parts on the roof, will have to get it done correctly by my guy on my dime apparently. Was told the side step was looked at and greased, got underneath the truck and it definitely wasn’t “greased” and I doubt even looked at...same issue still exists. My biggest pet peeve was probably the Carfax. I was shown a clean report at the dealer for the truck, ran my own report today just to double check, shows minor damage in September of this year...not a huge deal, but a little deceptive in my book. All in all I’d probably consider buying something else from them because the prices seemed competitive and they have good inventory but if something needs fixed, work it into the deal and have your own people fix it and do your own research on the cars history report.Edit 11/25/2020 - You have my information on file, contact me if you’re actually going to do something, thanks.

Theyve always taken great care of me and my vehicle and I have not one complaint! Craig Miller, GM, was SUPERB and went above and beyond to make me feel valued! Wish I could give a negative number for the rating. They have lost a customer as customer service and satisfaction mean nothing to their service people. Customer Service is a joke and they do not even understand how Ford vehicles work. Do not go here as you will have nothing but headaches and they will cost you even more money after you leave. Dont fall for the GM email asking you for more info so they can help you and train their staff, you never hear back.

The Saleswoman named Sarah B. helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I had walked in on short notice shortly before they closed on a Wednesday evening. i told her what i wanted, such as make, year, mileage i wanted, as well as my budget. She said she would so some digging for me and i said i would come back the next day. When i arrived she had a list of probably 30 vehicles that fell within what i wanted. she let me test drive the different models of the vehicles on her list. and after about an hour we found a model that i liked the feel of, as well as it fit the specifications i had wanted. She never once tried to sell me something i didnt need or want and she worked with me to find what i wanted. I really appreciate how helpful the staff was as they never tried to sell me the most expensive thing on the lot, but rather helped me find something that fit my needs based on what i wanted. She even gave me a recommendation for an auto insurance agent as i wanted to get a different company, and that even turned out to be an excellent experience as well. I ended up with a both a great experience and a great vehicle as well.

Hi Tim, great service today, however, on the sales side not so much. Let me explain. I received a letter from one of your Ford competitors on Saturday offering to buy my 2012 Explorer with incentives of $6,000 off list and 5 year no interest. While waiting for my service to be completed, I walked over to sales, approached one of your salesman and showed him the letter. His response was oh yah, thats pretty normal. I then asked him what my 2012 Explorer might be worth on trade in and he replied that he didnt know. I said that the vehicle was in the service department and could he find out. He mumbled something and thats the last I heard from him. Now Im not saying Im ready to trade in, but knowledge is power and I thought it strange at his lack of follow up. I really like your dealership. I had one minor incident in the last four plus years and you handled it correctly. Somewhat surprising that on a day where I was the only one in the sales dept and no sense of urgency. no need to apologize, just wanted you to know since Im sure you do care.

Do not take your vehicle here for service unless you are able to reproduce the issue your having easily. They refused to spend time diagnosing the issue on my truck that was under its 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty because Ford doesnt like to pay for that. My confidence in owning a ford is at an all time low. The videos i had taken of the terrible sounds i was hearing was not enough for them to try and fix my truck.

During the process, Tony, a new young salesman, helped me find a truck that met my needs without trying to upsell me. (I hate it when salesmen try to do that!) He was kind and not pushy or weird. Then Javier, one of the sales managers, sat down and professionally helped guide Tony through the whole purchasing process. Together, they made the experience the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had at a Ford dealership. Most car dealerships don’t give a rip about you, but Tony and Javier do. Id bought from Zach back in 2014. It was a new Focus that I loved for some time due to the bells and whistles and especially great gas mileage. The last couple winters here in Iowa had been pretty tough and I had dreams of one day buying a vehicle with four wheel drive. Just out of the blue, Zach texted me a couple of weekends ago, asking if I had any interest in trading in my Focus for a new vehicle. I hadnt even thought of doing a trade in so soon, but this seemed like a golden opportunity that I couldnt miss. We finally met up on the following Saturday and after discussing a couple of vehicles, came to a decision to buy a brand new 2018 Ford Escape with four wheel drive. I absolutely love it. Before I drove it off the lot, Zach made sure to show and explain to me some of the new innovations that this Escape had and I was very impressed.So Ive now bought two vehicles from Zach here at Lindquist and both times have been great. And with a decent snow storm coming in less than 24 hours, I no longer have a sense of dread when I eventually have to drive in it and I will always be grateful to them for that!

Not only did they contact me to arrange for this repair, they picked up my car at my place of employment, and then also dropped it back off, washed and shining like a brand new car! Have visited this dealership several times in attempt to purchase or trade a vehicle. The sales staff including finance manager attempt to intimidate you and will do anything to sell you a vehicle. They do not care if the vehicle will suit you and will lie directly to you. False promises are made. Went to Dahl ford where we were treated very respectfully.

Lindquist Ford has always seemed to be a professional operation. My repair experience this time was just what I expected once I got the car in. My only issue was arranging an appointment time. The lady who answered the service phone had a little difficulty getting me a time (minor emergency) at first, but after speaking to an adviser she got me a time that worked out fine.The repair (punctured tire) was done quickly and just as the service tech promised. I will be back for service again soon on my Ford leased Escape.

Brought auto in on a Saturday. Had just had The Works the previous Tuesday and now the engine was working strangely, including at least 2 warning lights and a surging acceleration. It was found to have a defective throttle body and that was replaced under an extended warranty in a half-hour. Cannot get much better than that! Lets see if that is a long term repair.

There was no one available to check me in when I arrived and after two hours of waiting for my car to come out, I was treated very rudely when I asked for an updated status of my vehicle to see how much longer it would be.
