Always have a good experience with the people working. I’ve been shopping here for a long time and I’ve always had a great experience with Dale. He is very good employee and represents the store very well. I’ve had very minimal issues especially with customer service compared to the other auto zones. 10/10

NATE B was probably the best part. I bought the wrong brake pads, but didnt know it. He was helpful and courteous, even though it was all my fault. Cant stress it enough.

Nice ppl, poor returns policy. Was told to return item w/o receipt to store of purchase for direct refund to debit card bc the store housed original record of my lost receipt, otherwise Id be issued a store credit via a debit card. Went back to store of purchase & was refused the courtesy of honoring what other store manager cited regarding policy. I cited policy as told at a closer store & was told call am store manager-who suggested I should have kept the merchandise until I found receipt or to now sell my in store debit card vs. returning my credit to my bank account. I dont prefer to be treated with the runaround & forced measure of Auto Zone keeping my funds even if I locate the receipt.

The autozone in Bettendorf Iowa has horrible customer service! Wilmer gave me the wrong part and Dale was very rude as well.

Dropped in to pick up something (I knew I could get 15% cheaper somewhere else) because its close and should be quick here...Wait in line while two employees help others, then its my turn. Card reader isnt working. Employee tries something, but still not working. He wanders away to help someone else. Have to start transaction over again at the next register. 30 minutes to pick up one can off the shelf. 😡

Dont buy a phone charger here, the technology is old, but the price is up to date $20 for a cord that the Samsung wont recognize.

Just stopped in to get some front blinker lights for my truck. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Looked up the part number I needed and what asile they were located in. Have been to this AutoZone before and always have had a great expierance. Social distancing and masks was also being followed.

Super helpful when I asked for assistance choosing a new car battery. They installed it and made sure my car started after the battery was replaced.They wore masks, socially distanced and made sure everyone in the store socially distanced while in line.I also needed a key fob battery, so they helped me with that.I really appreciated their help!

Elderly employee told me guess we just didn’t charge the battery you dropped off at 8am. 6pm go to pick it up and am greeted by two guys who belong in a nursing home not at a job where you are actually supposed to do something. We have no power and it’s day three after the storm and I’m going out of town, wanted the battery charged to hook up and inverter so my wife would have at least one fan or light while I’m gone...

A female employee in her late fifty working in this store, she is the most rudest and unfriendly worker I met in the past years. Since the minute I stepped into the store, the only thing she showed me was her grumpy face. She was not helpful and quite inpatient. Obviously she got really bad memory. After repeating my phone number a few times, she still remember nothing. She is working for the wages only. I was quite upset with this horrible experience, I would never go back to that store anymore

Ive had good experience in the past, but the last time I visited wasnt good. Prior to coming in last time, a guy at the establishment (whom was very nice, and well mannered) put in a new headlight for me. It was great, until I got home, and the next day realized it still didnt work. Called the store, another very nice man was cool about the situation, and said theyd replace it, no problem. Come in the same day, a lady (who appeared to be the manager, and had saw me the day before) helps me, and informs me mine was green, and theirs are blue. I dont know what she meant by it, it sounded like she was saying I changed headlights on purpose, and it wasnt their doing. Okay, like I dont even know anything about cars, hence why the guy had to put in the headlight for me the first time... so how would I even know how to change it? I didnt. This made me very angry, I just nodded my head, and went on with my day. I do not want to go back to this location, because how the lady was implying I was in the wrong, when they put in the bulb, not me. I mean maybe the manager was having a bad day or something, but still shouldnt bring it into the workplace in my opinion. This is the first bad review Ive ever given any place, and it was just the one time deal. Hopefully this changes, next time. So I can update, and change my review for the better. Hate to post this.

The staff here is very helpful. When I had questions they seemed to be very knowledgeable. They have a good variety of auto parts and supplies.

I was in town visiting my great grandma for Easter and found out that her car had the check engine light on. I drove the car to auto zone and politely requested use of the code reader so I could determine the seriousness of the warning light. The manager refused to do the test or loan it to me due to me being in profession dress. I own a code reader at home and do my own car maintenance. I would have brought my own had I known the car had an issue. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I will be doing the same in my area where I live as well.

Manager female is always very rude. She always upset. Never says thank you or anything she needs a customer service class.

I been to this location several times I keep forgetting about how rude the female manager is. I went a couple days ago, I detail cars so I’m always in getting detail product’s. She was very rude acted like she didn’t want to help me. I like auto zone but I won’t be going to the Bettendorf location anymore this is unacceptable customer service. Horrible service for the SECOND time and last time for the AutoZone in Bettendorf. Walked out, after service like that, they didnt deserve my money. Not knowledgeable and act like your an inconvenience. Extremely rude. If they dont like their job that much, they should get another one. I suggest OReillys or either AutoZone in Davenport where their always helpful and know how to do their jobs.

I was at Bettendort, Iowa store on Middle Road n East of Devils Glen on 5/15/20. I wanted to order a Cold-Air Intake system for my Dodge pickup. The clerk trying to look it up did Not Know how to run computer system.I wear hearing aids but he talked so soft I constantly had to tell him to repeat himself.The other clerk ( Supervisor ? ) got into the middle of it n Rudely asked if I needed Hearing Aids n I stated I have them. She then proceeded to be rude n insulting to me.I asked about my VA discount n I went to truck n got DD214 copy n my VA Insurance card. She then “ Stated” all you needed was the VA Insurance card. At that point I decided to leave the store n go to the Aledo,Illinois store where I purchased the items I needed in amount of $472.00.I am a Proud Veteran of the US Marine Corps. The Aledo Illinois store “Always” treats you with the Utmost Respect. I will never be in the Bettendorf/Middle Rd store Again.

I have really never had a problem with SiliCone. Their staff and counter people are always helpful and seem to know what they are talking about and are very helpful getting me what I need and even call the other locations to have a part brought in or held for me. They will order one for me if needed and it always gets there when they say, normally the next day.

Was in and out in a matter of minutes. Charles installed my new brake light, affordable cost, easy. Will go back.

It was fairly busy when I went in there. I was helped very quickly, and had to go outside to check why my cars engine light was on. Fixed the problem quickly and the guy helping me was very informative and friendly.

Outstanding service today on 1-12-20 My windshield wipers were disintegrated or shreded.Ranail at Autozone sold me top of the line windshield wipers at my request.Ranail installed these for me in a matter of minutes.These windshield wipers perform perfect and will last longer than others.Thank you Autozone for Ranail.He was fast,courteous and professional.

I wish I could give a negative star ratingHad a battery issue. They told me my battery was fine and it was my car draining the battery... so I disconnected the battery and charged it and then I checked it with a charge and then 12 hours later checked it again and it dropped three volts. So I told this to the different AutoZone and they took care of my problem. I just had a problem with this AutoZone in Bettendorf

I dont think weve ever received the right part from this Autozone. Went in tonight for a break caliper for a 07 Ford Escape and I dont know what they gave me - maybe I wouldve had a chance if he wasnt rushing to get out of work on time. Horrible customer service.
