The repair took a little longer than expected, but they were quick to respond to my concerns and remedy any issues. I appreciate their attentive customer service.
Alignment on my car was off due to aftermarket parts and lowering springs, these guys did an awesome job!! Couldnt be happier with the work done on my car.A+
Beyond impressed with the professionalism of everyone that I came in contact with at this establishment! Their prices were competitive. and they went out of their way to make my day easier! Thanks duck Creek tire you have my business from this point on!
Awesome service. Shredded tire on camper. Service guy drove to us and put on spare. We then went and had 4 new tires put on. Thank you for all your help.
My husband and I exclusively service our vehicles at Duck Creek Tire. Supporting this locally owned and operated business is incredibly important to us. Thank you for all that you do!
Excellent customer service. Rusty is the best.
Bought tires on MondayOil change on SaturdayVery friendly and definitely customer service oriented.Excellent prices and I will be going back.
Good experience — service staff is friendly upfront about options and the price was good. Would recommend!
Very honest and accommodating
Ron, Rusty and the entire team were incredible. Another shop damaged my vehicle and tried to blame DCT. Ron took the time to educate me on the issue, and even though they didn’t cause the damage Ron fixed it at no cost!!!! Count me as a Duck Creek Tire customer for life.
Keenan and crew did a fantastic job with the wire wheels from my 1975 MGB. The only shop in town that would touch them. They look great too!
I brought my truck in for an oil change and I am so impressed by the customer service I got at Duck Creek Tire. Even though Luke wasn’t the one personally working on my truck he made the time to come out and let me know the progress and estimated time it would be finished. The next day I brought in my wife’s vehicle for routine maintenance and this time Luke was my technician and again the same stellar service. Not only did he tell me about the service he performed but he remembered me as a customer well enough to just chat for a few minutes. I can get my vehicle maintenanced anywhere, but individuals like Luke are what make me a loyal Duck Creek Tire customer. Thank you for all that you do and every time you go above and beyond.
Want to give a shout out to this company they have great service and the personal are very pleasent an very helpful. If you need work done on your vehicle this is the place to take it. Very honest an do great work.
Hands down the best automotive service I have received yet! The service reps listened to my concerns, updated me throughout their inspections, and were able to fix my vehicle in a timely manner. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Duck Creek Tire & Service.
Michelle Anne (sorry if spelled wrong) and staff gave me a great price on tire with install and got tire same day, where others couldnt, plus did speedy great service. Thank you so much!
They got me in the same day for a new battery and were very kind and professional! Was able to make it back to work within an hour! Highly recommended, and more reasonable than other businesses, when I checked pricing!
Awesome repair on my Jeep a month or so ago. I needed a flush and some hoses replaced. Guy at the counter explained everything and quoted exactly what I needed. The jeep was back up and running on schedule and on budget. Thanks Duck Creek!
Ron has a GREAT TEAM! Rusty and Michellien Always take care of my needs when my vehicle is in their shop! Keep up the good work Duck Creek Tire!
Great service, great staff and great prices!
Amazing service! All of the staff members are friendly, kind and helpful, especially Aspen. I not only service my vehicle there but I purchased it as well. Ron and Keenan are always eager to help. When I found a big screw in my tire right before leaving on vacation, Ron helped from his vacation in Colorado. Keenen sent someone mid-afternoon to Tipton to grab a new tire. We were on the road the next morning. Now, that’s service!
Duck Creek Tire services all of our rides and do a fantastic job!!
Rusty was awesome, I love that he wasnt pushy like most sales reps. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Duck Creek Tire!
I needed a transmission a couple months back and Keenan found one pretty close to me and John installed it and did a fantastic job. I havent had any problems with it since. I also go here for oil changes for mine and fiancées cars and the guys always do a good job. Defiantly recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about Keenan and his team. I recently got my car serviced there and they were AWESOME!! I’ll be back for sure.
Everyone was so helpful! Michellien and Rusty really put me at ease! Thank you!
Duck Creek Tire & Service is the best! I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. From my initial phone call through payment of service I received excellent customer service. Very affordable as well.
Made an appointment yesterday afternoon to have all four tires replaced on my Ford F150. Told them I would wait for it and was told no problem. Figured it be about an hour based upon previous experiences at other tire places. Waited over three hours for my vehicle to be done while other customers came after and left before me. I periodically checked to see the progress on vehicle as it sat in the hoist for well over two hours with no wheels on it. When I inquired about the progress I was given only excuses by the manager. Finally after three hours it was finished. The person working at the counter agreed that it should not have taken so long and was apologetic. After paying for the work I asked to speak to manager. He came up front to the counter and only provided excuses. Never once did he apologized nor directly answered any my questions and was somewhat defiant. A simple apology would have been adequate. This is the second set of tires I purchased here and will most likely be the last.
I have been going to Duck Creek Tire for close to 15 years and I have had them service all my vehicles. They have done my normal maintenance work along with acute problems as well. I have also always used them exclusively for my tires. I have found all the employees there and owner to be very honest and trustworthy individuals and the work they have performed for me has been nothing short of stellar. I refer all my friends there and will continue to do so in the future assuming the great service and quality work continues. Keep up the good work!!
Bought tires 3 weeks ago. Had a flat. Bought a new tire from them for 30% more money....not really sure why the price went up that much....then when they removed the spare and put it back in storage they did not tighten it in the storage position. Safety issue....poor attention to detail.I tightened when I got home.
Everyone I spoke with from the owner to the service techs were all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to work with Duck Creek Tire & Service!
Fast, Clean, Efficient and a great kids room! Having 3 boys with me while I get my vehicle worked on, all of those things matter! Glad to have found this place!
I am a college student, so I was very concerned about using this shop for my car due to the reputation for being more expensive. I am so happy I did! The prices were a little bit higher than other places; however, they more than earn the price. I learned that I was being grossly overcharged in oil changes at other places. Here, the workers do not try to pressure you into more repairs than needed. They are honest with you about what you need and how to prioritize. That added value of honesty makes the price look cheap! Anthony Holland worked with me to determine my cars needs and was very patient with me. He was absolutely amazing! I highly this place for any car needs.
Since the first time I contacted the shop to set up a simple oil change Duck Creek has been my #1 go to for all my vehicle needs: new tires, maintenance service, major mechanical repair...name something in their large scope of vehicle service and Ill always go to them first. Even having left the Quad Cities, temporarily, for about the last 2 years I still drive from Iowa City to Bettendorf see them for my vehicle needs. They primarily won me over by their personal attitudes and excellent work and service, which no shop or dealer comes close to in comparison, but its tough to beat their prices as well. from my girlfriends little Escape to my F-350 Diesel 4x4 to my Nissan Titan to my brand new F F-150 4x4, they take care of it all...
This is not the cheapest place to get tires, my tires cost $510, but my bill was for $737 with all of the extras. The good news is that they are friendly and helpful, plus they can get tires shipped in over night. I thought the overall service was worth the cost.
Ive been waiting over a year for them to get back to me with a price. Apparently if you are an average customer, they dont have time for you.Management doesnt seem to care about customer service.AVOID
Called to have some tire pressure sensors swapped to some aftermarket wheels. The customer service and work was top notch. I couldnt be happier. I will definitely be returning. Thank you fellas.
Simply great honest people. Very good to work with and very affordable.
I asked for an inexpensive, softer riding quiet tire to replace the worn tires on my Mazda 3. They quoted and installed the Kelly Edge All-Seasons. These tires are much quieter, I am listening to the music in my car 30% lower. I have a 6 speed manual transmission in the car and the old tires use to slip pulling away from lights. These have really good road grip allowing me to put more power to the ground. Overall I am really pleased. My Mazda as 17 low profile tires so they had to order the tires in but they had them on my 9 AM the next morning. These guys arent the cheapest but I feel they are average priced for the market.
I recently had brake work done on my car at Duck Creek Tire. During the process there was a misunderstanding related to the price quote and charges. I made Ron Crist, owner, aware of the situation and he responded almost immediately and went above and beyond in finding a solution to the problem. The quality of the work was good and the handling of the misunderstanding was exemplary! Rons handling of this situation demonstrated that he truly does put the customer 1st!!
Had a slight vibration with tires, made an appt. they diagnosed the problem, made recommendations all at no charge. Rusty and Company are always friendly and accommodating. Will return when its time for new tires...R
What a friendly ... And service friendly place! Chris and Luke, Michelle, Ron and Aspen went above and beyond. We just love this place!
Super helpful, even gave me a ride to work after I dropped off my vehicle rather than my waiting an hour for a ride. These guys seem honest and reliable in my experiences with them.
Great service and friendly staff! Definitely recommend
Did a fantastic job replacing my front wheel bearing! Car is soooo much smoother and quieter! Would never take my car anywhere else. :)
Took my truck in and it was serviced quickly, but it did cost a bit as it would anywhere else and I did get a warranty so thats a little relief just hope I dont need it...over all a good place as the workers very nice and tend to you when you walk in the front door & they have great coffee too so thats a plus..
I have been going to Duck Creek Tire for years and always had great experiences! They are always quick, fair, and friendly. My whole family uses them for all their automotive needs and we wouldnt go anywhere else!
The service and front office teams are so friendly and informative!
Excellent service and a well maintained shop. My family has been taking their cars here for decades. A little bit of upsell but thats the price of staying in business these days, and they dont pressure you on the additional services.
1st time Ever at Duck Creek Tire. What a great experience, great staff, great service,One of a kind master mechanic that I would trust with any make and any price of vehicle. Thanks guys I will be recommending you to everyone
After completely forgetting that I needed to get my oil changed, I rushed in yesterday to see if they could fit me in for an oil change. Not only did they easily fit me in, they also gave me a great deal on it. They always manage to make my car troubles go smoothly for all of our vehicles. Will return again!
Good folks. I even overheard them tell another customer that he didnt need any service. You have to like a shop that will do that without trying to upsell.
These guys did not torque the lug nuts on one of my wheels correctly and my wheel fell off! We were incredibly lucky we were not in a bad accident! I gave them a chance to make it up to me but would not admit fault or make it up to me in any other way. Stay far, far away!
Whether servicing my truck or wifes Range Rover, Duck Creek Tire has always provided excellent service for all my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Good affordable quick service. However, they broke the plastic cap that conceals the lug nuts and continued to deny the fact that they broke it. When I took my car in for a simple tire service, the cap was not broken, when the vehicle was returned back to me, it was broken.I was pleased with the service price and speed but I will not return here because they would not admit fault to breaking the plastic cap. In my opinion this is unprofessional and disrespectful. In conclusion, I would not recommend Duck Creek Tire.
Great customer service! And the guys out back do a fantastic job working on my car and are very careful with what they do!
Fast friendly service as always 10/10.
Service was very quick and very informative. Fairly good price as well. They will help you find a price range on anything you ask.
I would not send my worst enemy here. Their service could not be more disappointing. My husband brought his car in for a noise it was making when would brake... The technicians couldnt even correctly identify it. When he went to pick it up, there was a conversation between some of the employees that went something like this, Hey did you look at that? Uh, yeah. But I didnt know what it was. Here let me check-- Oh, your traction button was on. I turned it off. They charged him over $100 to fix that. (Guess what. That didnt fix it.) He bought tires with them once and kept going back. Every time it was a hassle. Never, not once, was his car ever finished on time. He would call the next day (this happened multiple times) and they would tell him, Oh, sorry. We forgot about it.We will never be coming back here.
Couldnt ask for a better shop to go! If only all shops worked the way these guys do! They always get me back on the road affordably! I feel that I can trust them with anything!
Really friendly staff, gave me all the details necessary to make the right decision.
On Sunday our Babysitter hit a curb and blew a tire...(Yikes!) Everyone was ok, but now I had to get a new pair of tires for my wifes van (Safety First!). How do I do that AND get to work, etc. Duck Creek Tire worked me in first thing on Monday and had a new Set of tires on by Lunch! They didnt have what I wanted in Stock so they ordered something from another store and STILL got it done by Lunch so I could pick it up on my lunch break and get it back to my wife! It was an amazing Experience! Duck Creek Tire has earned my business time and time again. Now, I wont bother going anywhere else! Friendly service, quick response, priced right, AND going above and beyond to work around my schedule....Its the best combination! Thank you Duck Creek Tire!
Duck Creek Tire is my go-to place for tire repair, replacement, rotations and oil changes. I have tried many other shops and dealers in town. Duck Creek is one of the few Ive tried that does a quality job without the unnecessary upsell. I love the online coupons. In the past, I have had to wait more than an hour (despite having an appointment). I have solved this potential problem by dropping the car off and picking up later.
This company has serviced many of our families vehicles and we are thrilled with the results. VW, Nissan, BMW, Lexus, Audi; all our vehicles have been in their shop. Theyve replaced tires, done brake work and various other services. They do a great job, dont over diagnose and provide professional advice and counsel. This is the place to go in the Quad Cities.
Efficient service and great communication.
The tire service & customer service was awesome! This was my 1st visit & I will be back! Thank you!
Great customer service and they were extremely helpful when I got a nail in my tire. Highly recommend them!
Great service very friendly Do thing right first time
Keenan Hutcheson and the guys at Duck Creek Tire are really, really good at their jobs.
I previously wrote a negative review out of dismay and confusion of the service of my car. Keenan, from Duck Creek saw my review and wanted to discuss what happened. He apologized for any confusion and explained the steps that were taken to service my car. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and his willingness to talk to me about the situation.
Great service and the staff is friendly and helpful. I trust these guys with my cars and highly recommend them!
Great place, honest.
Ron and the crew have a great service shop. Id rather take my vehicles here than the dealership. A+
I have had nothing but very good service at Duck Creek tire. I started using their services in 1987 and have fo;;owed them through their move. I am very comfortable having my kids and wife bring our cars in when a sudden break down occurs and I am out of town because I know both they and I will be treated right!Mike McGee
Always had great service and done right on time have gone there for many years
Great experience all the way around. Work was done in a timely manner and staff was awesome
I always have received the best service experience when I have them work on my vehicle
Theyve done great work, and were very careful with my lowered car!
Leave your wallet at the door. Bring your 1st born in. Youll need it akl to pay.
Excellent service at a fair price
These guys will take care of you
Excellent customer service, great quality workmanship. 5 stars all around!
They do a variety of automotive services here. Oil changes, tire sales, brakes, batteries, alignments, etcThey have a waiting room with a tv, keurig machine,& wifi. They also have a kids area in the waiting room with a tv & toys.Id recommend an appointment and drop your car off. If you stay while they work on your car be prepared to stay awhile. They do good work but at sssslow speed.
Great customer service with a personal touch. They make you feel like part of their family.
If you drive a German Cars, dont even think about to go there. First time brought my car Audi A4 for engine diagnose and asked them if they work on Audi. They told me that they work on all make cars. After keeping car for 2 and half days at the shope they called me to pick it up. As soon I reached home, engine lite came back on after paying them $1989. Took car back next day and spend 4 hours at the shope, missed Christmas shopping. Here is more that was not expecting. As soon as I pulled out of the lot, noticed cranked noic iin the rear tyre. By the time I returned, shope was closed because of Saturday. Sunday and Monday couldnt drive because shope stayed closed for Christmas.😈😈😈😈.Finally went back as soon shope was open on Tuesday. Manager told me that, they dont have any macanic available at the moment. I had no choice but come back next day because I couldnt miss the work.Next day took half day off at work to make sure that I get it fixed.I had to wait 4 hours before service advisor came to me and told me that I need new tyres. I was surprised to hear that. I had changed tyres 5 months ago. I start getting upset and asked him, if I need new tyres, still why the car is making noice. He tried to explain me how bad tyres makes car making noice. I was not convinced. I asked to take technician for ride and try to him explain the noice. We went down on middle road and explained him how the car is making noice in the rear tyre. As soon as we came back, he found out that rear Shoker was not titened properly. It took him time fix it 10 minutes.Engine light came back in 2 days after again. Will not suggest take anyone their cars there. Specially German car.
Fast, friendly, and quality service! Will be going back soon!
Edited 7/15/2017Rip-off artists? “Stereotypical” mechanics? Untrustworthy? Decide for yourself. My rear tires were “cupping”, indicating my rear struts were bad. I took my car to Wallick’s Auto Service in Davenport and asked them to replace the struts. They said the rest of the suspension looked fine.I intended to move the good front tires to the rear, and buy two new tires at Duck Creek Tire & Service in Bettendorf.Salesman Rusty introduced himself. I explained what I wanted. Ignoring me, Rusty went out to look at my tires. Sales Pitch. He said my tires were old, based on the DOT stamp indicating they were manufactured in 2013. (The age limit for tires is 10 years, but mine were made 4 years ago?) He pointed to insignificant weathering cracks on the sidewall as support of how old the tires were. He said the tread was low enough he would recommend replacing the front tires too. The tires were half worn. Big deal. The front tires were in great shape, wearing perfectly, and would have served me well on the rear.Rusty talked me into a full set. If I applied for the GoodYear credit card, I get a $140 mail in rebate on 4 tires. With balancing, roadside hazard, and disposal fees, it came to $764.00. This also included a complimentary alignment check. (prelude to rip-off)I left my car with them. Rusty calls me at 9am the next morning and says my front struts are shot and wanted to know if they should do the alignment check or have them replace the struts first. I expressed doubt they were bad. Rusty insisted he shook them and they were loose and needed replaced. Salesmen involved with diagnostics? I asked Rusty to just do the tires.I picked up the car after work and drove it to Wallick’s. The next day they went through the suspension and confirmed everything was tight. Wheel bearings, ball joints, tie-rod ends, and struts were all fine.I picked up the car after work and took it home. On the highway for the first time with the new tires, the entire car shook and the steering wheel vibrated. It was so late in the day I only had time to make an appointment with GoodYear Auto Sales in Moline for Saturday the 15th.The GoodYear Technician spun each wheel on their balancer before removing wheel weights. Duck Creek didn’t install any wheel weights on the inboard side of any wheel. Each wheel was out of balance by more than 3/4 ounce, and two were out by more than a full ounce. They said it appeared someone just randomly hammered on weights to make it look like they were balanced. They also checked the suspension and agreed 100% with Wallick’s. It is solid. NOTHING wrong with my struts. Brad at GoodYear sent me on my way at no charge and filed it under warrantee work. They are frustrated with Duck Creek tarnishing the GoodYear name.Remember Rusty staying my original tires were old, having been manufactured in 2013? The new tires they installed are DOT marked as made in mid-2015. (more than 2 years old). Are my new tires already half past Duck Creek’s age limit?I assume if I had them do the free alignment check, I would have been told I needed an alignment, plus a bunch of unnecessary repairs. You can assume whatever you want.I asked Duck Creek to quote the rear strut work Wallick’s did for me. Duck Creek’s quote and Wallick’s invoice show the same NAPA part number. Duck Creek charges 21% more for the parts, and 21% more for the labor.Installing critical components like a wheel bearing, ball joint, tie-rod end, etc. wrong can lead to a deadly car wreck. Duck Creek can’t even be trusted to balance a tire. How can I let my wife/daughter ride in a car serviced by this level of ineptitude? Would you let someone untrustworthy work on your car?Duck Creek’s General Manager tried calling after reading my review, but I was at work and unable to take the call. An honest manager would know what needs to be done to fix this. Other reviews on here make me think management supports unethical behavior.
Ive had trouble on two different occasions at Duck Creek Tire. Once was last year with an oil change on my Audi A6. It was supposed to be done quickly while I waited and it took a couple of hours because they didnt have the air filter... then they could not reset the interval counter, then when I got home I noticed oil leaking on my garage floor, and noticed that they put too much oil in my car. It took me a couple of trips back to get everything fixed (they found that they did a sloppy job when removing the filter so they leaked oil all over the frame of my car... which then leaked on my garage floor). So... I thought about not going back but eventually did. Last weekend on an oil change on our Honda Odyssey the same thing happened... got home an noticed oil dripping on my floor. Took it back and got the same story... they did a sloppy job and leaked oil all over when removing the filter. One other thing... when I got into my car after the work was done I found an oily rag they left in my cup holder. Clearly they are very careless with their work. They were trying to talk me into $750 worth of brake work. I told them if they can not change oil properly I certainly would not trust them working on my brakes. They offered me a free oil change (like they did after the first incident) but I told them I would not come back.
Friendly staff. Great service
Good, friendly, fast service. Deliver what they say, no suprises. A bit pricy, but you get what you pay for and they stand behind it.
Went to DCT for 3 things and they didnt get a single thing right. I made an appt for an oil change, tire balance, and alignment. First thing they told me that my rightside inner tie rod was loose and they couldnt align my truck until that was fixed. ($300 + dollars for the fix) I decided to pass since my truck had under 40k miles. Second the very same day I had to pull over for a loud grinding sound. My rightside wheel weight had come off and was sitting on top of my caliper grinding into my rotor. Third issue was the next time I got an oil change next door at Lindquist Ford they told me that my oil drain plug was completely stripped. I asked them about a loose inner tie rod and the tech said he went through the whole front end and found no issues.Im pretty disappointed in all of this. I have several friends that are friends with Ron and said he runs a good shop. I went there because they recommended his shop. I will have to say that they will never get any of my business again. The wheel weight is not a big issue. Things happen. The dishonesty about the tie rod and the fact that they put a stripped oil drain plug back on my truck is inexcusable. I would have happily paid for a new drain plug if it was an issue. The tie rod....well thats just shady all together.
Made an appointment and everything, was told an hour waited 3 sitting there! No apology or a sorry. Then on the way home they didnt screw my tires back on properly and they about fell off on my way home. Almost had a totaled car because of a stupid mistake.i was already upset leaving the drive home was just the icing on the cake.
Great friendly and knowledgeable service. Thanks for the tires.
Great locally owned business with awesome service!
Great service good price
They made a mistake and tried to make me pay extra money for labor.
Very professional and clean
Great people and service!
Great place and great service!
The worst experience I ever had they have a dog in there they cant control nipping at the customers they wont do anything about it they charged me double the price for everything I do not recommend that place for my worst enemy
Always put the customer first!
