Was craving an Italian sandwich so I checked this place out. As soon as I walked in, someone asked if they could help me. I opted for a hero sandwich and it tastes just as good as the sandwiches I got in Brooklyn. Besides their food, they have a mini grocery which is great if you wanna do some quick shopping while waiting for your sandwich.

This is primarily a meat shop. They have varied collection of meats cut into different shapes. They keep steak, beef, ham, chicken etc.If you are planning to cook meat and do not have the necessary ingredients, just visit this shop. They also keep every ingredients required for meat cooking.Apart from meat, you will find delicioius salads, pasta, cold drinks, mineral water, tomato puree, peeled garlic, onion, eggs and anything related to meat cooking.The shoopkekpers are very gentle and helpful. Price are reasonable.

Just about a year ago when Covid mania was reaching ridiculous heights when supermarkets had barren shelves i found this gem of a store. It was an oasis of meat for as far as the eye could see. I waited in line and then the man said next in line....Thinking that maybe they would be limiting how much each customer could order i asked is there a limit??....the guy says..The limits the sky...lol You get what you pay for here...beautiful cuts of meat exactly prepared how you want them

We had a family picnic yesterday and had Tony cater it, he made us a delicious round Italian hero along with all of the salads and condiments. As usual everything was the freshest you can expect. We have had him cater other events in the past and the taste and quality is the best. Purchased four filet mignons for my wifes birthday dinner. Cannot say enough about the high quality meat that I purchased. Felt like I cooked a restaurant quality steak. Staff was very professional and courteous. Will be back.

Outstanding italian market with a nice selection of fresh cut meats and prepared foods. Their sausage is made in house and is out of this world. Very friendly staff, eager to help, and it seems they know half of their customers by name. Truly a gem on Long Island. Im so glad I found this place.

I cant say enough great things about this butcher! Their meats are always super fresh. They cut everything to your liking, ground beef is made in small batches, always fresh. They are a great deli too. Their prepared foods are amazing as well. They make their own salads, stuffed chickens, and dont get me started on their marinated skirt steak! Its a little slice of heaven. The shop is clean, and the guys behind the counter are always friendly. Not too many places that know your name when you walk in, around anymore. Just the best!

My family loves swan meats! They always have exactly what I need for a special dinner, holiday or just a Tuesday night. Everyone that works here is top notch, incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Growing up, my Grandfather owned a butcher shop and I grew up understanding what the difference between going to a butcher shop and a supermarket for meat was. Quality and consistency can not be compared. I recommend we all support our local business and butchers. Being a butcher is not only a trade its an art, and the crew and family at Swan Meats are amazing! Thank you Swan Meats, keep up the good work!!!

Swan Prime Meat is an excellent butcher shop. Top shelf all the way!

Classic butcher. All meat is prime. Sausage with/without fennel. Hot sausage has heat, but not overpowering. Have pork & veal sausage as well. Bell & Evans chicken cutlets sliced paper thin to order. Breaded cutlets have sliced garlic allow you to have restaurant-quality (actually better in most cases) chicken parmesan at home. Lastly, been going there for at least 20 years.

Incredible selection of fresh meats and seasoned cutlets. The chicken cutlet seasoned tastes incredible. The store also serves an assortment of freshly prepared pastas and salads. They will also make you a Sandwhich(Board head). Fantastic italian eats

I bought and eye round from swan meat..it was tough, supermarket quality .... ShopRite meat probably would have been better and a lot less expensive...lesson learned will never purchase from there again...
