Went in for a scheduled booster vaccination for a 3:00 appointment. Several people in front of me had been waiting for almost an hour for the same type of vaccination with no one in sight to either check in or give the vaccination. Waited at the window for a while. No one came and I left. I will never go back to any Walgreens ever again. Most are poorly run but this one is at the bottom of the food chain.

Terrible place to fill your prescriptions. It always takes hours to get something filled or simply refilled. The pharmacist is rude and nasty. I guess they don’t teach kindness in all their years in school. There is a way to speak to people even if you are “very busy”. Quite possibly starting off with an apology for the delay rather than getting an attitude might keep customers happy.I’ve been in that line of work and I know what’s involved, I get it. But telling someone that you’re prescription is only going to take longer by keeping her on the phone is just plain unprofessional.

The pharmacist Renee was the most caring and compassionate person I have encountered in a long time. I was going through a rough time because my mom died.I needed a refill on a prescription medication and she made sure she moved heaven and earth to get it done. I was undergoing a lot of anxiety because I ran out of my medication and she went above and beyond to help me.Caring people like this are hard to find in todays society. Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciate her so much. I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves.

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to thus far. Always a wait on the phone. Pharmacy is never on point. Even today, a total of 30 minutes on hold for 10 minutes each of my 3 calls to the pharmacy. Maybe not enough staff, management to blame, who knows.

Never met more rude people in my entire life. They love to rush you or give you an attitude. Never coming here again.

AVOID.Looking for a new pharmacy as of now. Have stuck with this one despite numerous issues for a few years. Every time I pick up my own medication I have to ask for my address to be updated, despite the address being over 6 years old. The last few times Ive picked up medication for my husband they said our insurance didnt cover it, only to see that they were looking at the wrong insurance. I know it is not the doctors providing them the incorrect addresses and insurance because they never had the previous ones.I dont know if it is their system that is the problem, or the pharmacy staff. It is unfortunate because this store is right on the way home from work.

I went to many stores, but I have never seen any other stores this much worst. In case you want to be harassed, then you can go.

Drove 20 minutes to this Walgreens desperate to get medication for my 4 year old who is so congested he is vomiting. Forgot ID. They would not sell me the medication nor would they allow another person to buy it for me. The level of both Incompetence and lack of compassion is mind blowing.Pathetic.

I visited Walgreens very early in the morning cuz I dont get off of work until midnight so there was no one else in the store besides the cashier. It was great for what I went for. Had no problem finding items. Store was clean and had hand sanitizer readily available for customers.

Arrived on time to get a Covid-19 vaccine and they said I was too early. Waited half an hour just to realize they had forgotten about me. There was no one on the line at the time I arrived. Horrible experience and staffs were not competent at all.

The pharmacy has gone down hill. The pharmacy assistants are not knowledgeable and some out right inconsiderate. Wait has become horrible and they forget you are waiting.

This is my favorite Walgreens! The staff are always so friendly and attentive of your needs! There is almost never a line since they are quick with checking people out!

As of 3/25. Apparently someone drove through their front door this morning. Theyre repairing the door and letting people in through a side entrance. Only 10 customers in the store at a time. There was a line. The employee outside was helpful in explaining the chaos....

I have insurance they try not to use it and charge as if I dont have it. This happens all the time everytime I go I get different price takes forever to get prescription filled no one in store takes 45 min..

Usually fast enough

Walgreens management is letting people walk in with no masks on at the Bethpage location. This happened on 2 different occasions these people walked right by management and they said nothing to these people or asked them to leave. This isnt a safe place to shop.

I know the effort n respect all ppl working at the pharmacy n the store to provide customer service in spite of the current situation we all are in! Good work 👍

I wish I could give a zero to this place it is absolutely horrible. Every other time that Im here theyre out of stock of the prescription that my physician sends in. my five-year-old daughter needs her medicine what the hell am I supposed to do? They dont even have the courtesy to give me a phone call to let me know that Im out of stock and if another site has it. Is pharmacy is completely unprofessional and useless

Hands down the worst pharmacy; you could call five days in advance during the slowest season and your prescription will still not be ready when you get there. Really can’t figure it out but without fail every single time.

Extremely disappointed with my transaction, the cashier was very rude and disrespectful wont let me use a walgreens store coupon on the exact matching item purchased. She wont even scan it to see if it works or not. Therefore I ended up not buying here. Will never shop here again.

Prices too high even when on sale

All of the newborn Enfamil 22oz sitting on shelf with price tag that says 20.99 but is for the 14oz, still misplaced at first site anyone would see 20.99 and grab it, this is wrong they do not honor their own mistakes.

Picked up prescription at an off peak hour and wound up staying in line way too long.
