If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The service here was awesome from start to finish. I randomly googled places nearby and from the get go, no one was interested in answering any questions. However, from the moment I called to inquire about services, Billy was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful . He made the entire process from start to finish painless and seamless. He helped me throughout the entire process and gave me expert advice regarding my vehicle, AND the work came out beautiful Highly recommend!!

Bill was great. I got a small dent on my car a few months back that subsequently started rusting. I was planning on getting the dent and paint fixed but he informed me that it may not be worth it considering how small it was. Would have cost about $1000 for something that tiny because the entire panel would have to be painted and blended into the passenger door. Obviously not worth it. Loved his honesty. He ended up spot treating the rusted spot and it looks so much better. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Highly recommend and will go back to him for any further issues.

Auto body work was flawless. The best part, however, was that Bill handled all interactions and negotiations with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up after the repairs were completed.

Bill did an amazing job with my RAV 4. It was suppose to be a 10 day job, but he got it done in half the time and the car looked brand new. He was reassuring when I first spoke with him about the car. He called the insurance company with me to help put in a claim. He even called the car rental company so I could be set up with a rental while the car was being fixed. Bill was very easy to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process for the repair. If you need any repairs for your vehicle, you need to come to this place!

Made talking to the insurance company a breeze. Then he called the rental car company for me. They came within 15 minutes with a driver to bring me to the rent a car company. He told me the car would be repaired in 7-10 days after approval from insurance. The car was ready in 7 days. It looks even better than before. He really made a difficult and upsetting situation something better. It would have been so much harder without him. I recommend The Body Shop to anyone needing body work on their car!

I was hit while parked while I was inside working out in my neighborhood gym. No one took responsibility or accountability for this which was very frustrating. But the process was easy and painless. New to the area, I was very nervous about having to get body work done. The Body Shop Sears made it so easy and pain free for me! I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and not only was it washed but they vacuumed and wiped down the interior (I almost feel bad with the amount of dog hair that was there 😳). I stopped by this place today to get an estimate for paintwork on my Audi. Spoke with Bill, the owner. He spent a lot of time explaining what would need to be done to paint a few of the panels on my car. He gave me an immediate price quote per panel. More importantly, I realized quickly that this is a very honest shop as explained that it probably wasnt worth paining parts of my car (even if he would make extra money in doing so). Im still deciding whether to take his advice (Im just really anal and want the paint to be perfect), but would definitely use this shop if I were to get the car painted. Additionally, heaven forbid I ever need body work, this would be the first place I call, based on the honest, no nonsense approach from Bill.Definitely check this place out if you need body or paint work.

We brought our car here to have the tires balanced. The mechanic did 3 tires then went on lunch without finishing the 4th tire. We were there close to 2 hours for a 20 minute job. The manager was not helpful at all and refused to help us. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated with respect. We have taken all of our car business elsewhere.

If youre here for a simple oil change, or even 7 grand in damage...the experience is just the same - professional, efficient, and most of all, fairly priced and honest. All of these elements combined make for an incredible, full-service hub for car repairs and more. Bills willingness to go out of his way was apparent off the bat, made most evident by a proactive, positive attitude. Proactive in his instant motion to coordinate with the insurance company/confirm the availability of a rental, and positive in his (later proven) assurance that everything would be good as new and completed in a timely fashion. Bill even offered to personally drive me to the rental while the car was being held for repair - a true indication of the character and compassion youll seldom find from any business leaders. All things considered, Bill & the Body Shop at Sears were able to turn a seemingly terrible situation into a refreshingly seamless experience. I highly recommend this business - well worth the trip for all things auto.
