Great selection of artificial flowers at this location. Their Nicoles Kitchen individual cake boxes are better quality than the ones, Celebration, sold in Michaels. They have a good inventory on promotional cake decoration items. My children love their toys and crafts selection. Clean store, great selections and variety in general for crafters, and a friendly, helpful staff.

Love this store! So much to choose from for all crafting needs. From scrap booking to crocheting. Jewelry making, baking, picture frames and games/crafts for kids. I buy most of my holiday decor there as well. They have the best sales on scented jar candles I usually leave with 6 or more candles at a time..

Sad to see the store close. Everyone is really helpful and nice. Especially the people in the framing department. Going to miss how convenient is was to shop here

For an amateur crocheter, I enjoy the great sale they have on different types, colors, sizes, and qualities of yarn that make crocheting a very affordable and pleasurable hobby!...Wednesday 50-60% coupons ( paper and online), 55% post survey coupon, 15-55% post purchase coupon are generous deals that you can use to purchase anything ( not only yarn). I do love their wide selection of craft supplies at a great price point . I can spend a whole day walking around the store and not get bored.Staff is friendly and helpful.. I always walked out with a good deal and a good experience!

My wife and I love this place! Excellent customer service in this store. Everyone we spoke with was so nice. If lines started to form at checkout, they opened up more registers. So much product to choose from for any craft or holiday. Overall an excellent store.

As far as craft stores go, this one in particular seems to be lagging behind others in terms of keeping the store up-to-date. However, prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. They have a nice selection of yarn (which is what I was shopping for at my last visit) including an incredibly decent store-brand line in a variety of colors, which I would gladly recommend. However, I likely wouldnt go out of my way to visit this store.

Great, friendly and very helpful cashier. Very nice customers also.....a customer behind me actually paid for another customers purchase, almost made her cry. It was remarkable and super nice and very sweet.

It seems like they have a little something of everything here. They have a great selection of craft products and they have very good prices for most everything. Plus the staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Great experience at AC Moore yesterday. Their friendly service had me in and out in about 15 min.. That was including getting someone to unlock the items I was interesting in.

My cashiers name was Patti and she needs to be acknowledged because she made my day I was having a rough day and she was personable, kind, happy and thoughtful and Megan was ready to put my shopping basket back away when I was done with it at check out to help me everyone there was just there to make your shopping say a more pleasant.

Its a very good art store but it doesnt have many gift cards. If your a local you know that they only have there card.

Lastnight I went to AC Moore Store with my dad who is a veteran. We asked if they give military discounts and they told me that on door buster items and Items that are discounted already u cant get a military discount.its discrimination. Honor the military. Anyone who is a veteran or a solidger shouldnt shop there.

Not as stocked as they once were. Long lines at registers...even when they opened a new one it still was so slow. Shelves had empty spots. They used to be great, not sure what happened!

I have to say first and foremost that I only took off one star because of the parking at this location. Unless you get here early morning like when they open or later at night about an hour before closing its really not the best as far as either getting a spot or as in my case a handicapped spot. But when you enter this store to me it beats Michaels. I love that they usually have everything I need for crafting, painting, sewing, photo album and scrapbooking. I also love looking over the other items that maybe others just pass by but to me are unique such as the candles and other little things offered. During the summer they have sunglasses, umbrellas, sandals and things of that nature. I love the little crafts for this kids also that I have not only purchased for my grandkids but as little gifts to have on hand In case one of my grand nieces or grand nephews, neighbors kids or friends grandkids come by. The store is always well stocked and has always been a pleasure to go to. Its not as big as Michaels which to me is a plus since I have such issues with walking and use a rollater. I find that most times if need be there is someone with a vest that really identifies the workers and I can ask if I can’t find something. I have saved quite a bit over the years with coupons. One thing I am still trying to figure out though is the checkout situation. Sometimes its at the registers sometimes at CS sometimes both and its like who goes next, no one is too sure. Other than that little bit of a downer my experience has always been a positive one. I recommend this AC MOORE to anyone who loves to craft and spend time in a nice well maintained and clean store with friendly workers.

Great store, great variety and the staff are courteous. However on my last visit, there was a long line for customer service which only had one person manning the station while there were three regular cashiers with no customers just watching the customer service line get longer.

The people at AC Moore on Hempstead turnpike are very helpful and friendly. I was trying to bring up the coupons on my phone and the cashier stopped what she was doing and helped me.

Slightly Superior to Michaels because A C Moore has the same products for lower prices. They also start carrying Halloween stuff before Michaels.

There are 3 things I love about AC Moore, Bethpage. 1) the fact that they have EVERYTHING you need for any craft you could ever imagine making... their inventory is always fully stocked! I have never gotten that, well, we could check online and order that for ya! bs (lol) 2-is a two parter) the cleanliness of the store (self-explanatory, I should hope :) always pristine aisles and shelves, its just a delightful shopping experience EVERY TIME, and the employees are Super Friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile, is not just a myth or a slogan at this store, IT IS AN ACTUAL THING CARRIED OUT... every single time I need help finding something, or want to start a new project and dont know what I need, there is someone always available with a smile down the aisle ready to assist me, its actually quite humorous, its like theyre waiting there for your questions. 3) THIS ONE IS MY MOST FAVORITE REASON FOR THE STORE AND ITS EXISTENCE... CINDY!!! Cindy is the Crocheting/Knitting Guru! My mother and my 11 year daughter are pretty much natural born experts, me however I am a #epicfailofaknitter (or what have you :) but i have taken cindys classes and she handles all levels from me .. (see there is beginner, then two levels UNDER beginner THEN THERE IS ME :D) to the ladies that can crochet beautiful multicolored ponchos in under an hour... but whatever the level in that one class, Cindy knows how to maneuver through and teach each individual with the perfect amount of time and skill and still get the entire class involved as a group... honestly when my mother signed us up, I thought ughhhh, god, fine whatever!?!?!? but when I took the first class, I didnt want it to end! I had so much fun... two hours was not enough!! Once a month was not enough times with cindy... Now, I find myself in AC moore, looking for more yarn, pretty projects to do, the huggs and laughs from Cindy, the smiles of the employees walking around... I honestly just love it there, I can let my creative me just go.... I would highly recommend Cindys classes to ANYBODY who ever had a lil curiosity to how a blanket or scarf or hat was ever knit or crocheted and ever though once... hey I would like to maybe do that.... guess what, you can, honestly Cindy will teach you, I promise, she will.... shes that awesome!!! Come to AC Moore, Ill see yall in Mrs. Cs class :D Next one is March 15th and March 22nd... Can be disorganized at times and very slow registers with only one or two lines open at a time. Not the biggest fan of this location and if I go back I would really hope to have that change due to the convenience of its location and assortment of products for crafting.

I see people saying helpful staff a little gratuitously in these reviews. Perhaps the general staff, but not the framing department. There is some kid there every time I need help, and he could literally care less. Same person: gives two craps about actually helping people. He is just there to blandly carry out his daily function of standing there and occasionally (and reluctantly) typing something Into the computer. I guess I shouldnt be so quick to judge however; perhaps he just has emotional issues. Still.... Not my problem as a paying customer lol. You can sulk and carry on your pointless existence on your own time!!!
