Although the brackets that I needed welded could not be welded, John did fabricate new brackets for me that worked for my trailer awning. Richmond Machine saved my family vacation! Thank you John!!!

I can say enough great stuff about Richmond Machine & welding.These guys know there craft, we had an critical failure during a long road trip, we were stuck in PA and didnt have a clue how to get what we needed. We showed up at there shop unannounced and John was able to take in the truck and get to work on it that day, they were able to engineer, manufacture and install the new pieces with excellent service and quality. We came all of the way to Pennsylvania to help bring a friend back to Spokane Washington. When loading the truck onto the trailer, the trailer frame snapped due to what appears to be a manufacturers defect. We called these guys up in the middle of the night on a Saturday. Bart came out the next day to assess the damage and was able to get one of his service guys to come out to us on Monday. The service tech was respectful and worked in a timely manner to get us back on track to be headed home. The prices were reasonable. This outfit are some stand up guys! My experience of Richmond Machine shop was top notch. Most of my interaction was with John, a very personable and trustworthy guy. My request of this shop was not easy by any means, even for an experienced welder and machinist. I had to have a automotive flywheel (made of forged chromoly steel) welded and redrilled from a 6 bolt to a 10 bolt pattern. The final product for me was absolutely flawless. You couldnt even tell it was worked on. It looked as if it were made that way. I will be returning for any and all welding and machining needs that I know I will need in the future. Look no further!
