We went today to purchase a pool. Overall our experience this far has been wonderful. Mike was our service rep and he was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very realistic and upfront. I felt very confident making a purchase with their company today. He was never pushy in anyway and spoke with great confidence with every question we asked. He never acted like he was too busy to deal with us even though the place was very busy. With making such a big purchase for our household it was very nice to have someone take the time to deal with us so that we also felt confident in our decision. Now the fun begins as we patiently wait for our pool to arrive and start the install process.

My family has been using Willow Park for over 30 years. I recently used them for a liner replacement and it was a wonderful experience. Mark was so patient and helpful and always got back to me whenever I had any questions. Without a doubt I would recommend Willow Park Pools to anyone looking for a pool/spa start up or maintenance.

Solid local shop. They provide good service and advice when anytime I stop in for a pool related item or chemical. I used a pool contractor in 2020 to replace my pools liner and were very happy with the result and service from them too. We appreciate the help!

Called them 3 times for them to email me information on radiant pools. Said they were very busy but they would hopefully get it to me by the end of the day. That was Monday. I called back and he said they don’t have time to sit down at the computer to send me the info yet when I went on Facebook to leave a review they answered back on the comment with “we have plenty of pools in stock, sorry we’re busy “. It would take just a few minutes for someone, anyone, to email me the info, other places have. I heard they were good but if their customer service isn’t good I find it hard to believe they would stand by their sales. It’s a shame

They were not much help when I brought in my pool cover that literally melted in the sun. The associates were very rude as well.Follow up: I sent a piece of the cover to the manufacturer and they had a replacement shipped the next day. This was obviously not a tear from the wind as the store associates argued.Follow up 2: the same happened to the replacement cover. The company sent me an upgrade.

I contacted Willow Park Pool 11 days ago and they indicated they would call back in one week to arrange a closing of a pool. It’s now well past that time they should have called so I’m no longer interested in using Willow Park Pools. They don’t seem to be interested in gaining a new customer. This is the second time they have brushed me off. As a new first time pool owner I would have thought they would want to gain a new customer for sales and services but apparently not.

Please do not ever deal with this company. I called to cancel a hot tub cover that we purchased five months ago and have still not received. I spoke with Mark who was a arrogant pos. He told me I could not cancel the order and hung up on me. Complete low class trash. Please take your business somewhere else.

This past Saturday, we picked your local store to purchase a hot tub based on good showroom pics, good reviews, not to far from home, etc...Well, your showroom looks nothing like the picture. And when we arrived not ONE person offered us any help. Plenty of signs for water testing! When we finally had to seek help, I was told no one in the store could help me and I was handed a business card. So I handed the business card right back. Nice trying to do business with you. I might have a suggestion, when hot tub sales are up, have a sales person or two on a Saturday shift.

I ordered a liner for my above ground pool, I used one of there installers to put the liner in and since the liner was on order I ask them if they would pick it up when they come to install the liner. The installers called the night before and forgot to get the liner. 1st problem, I went to pick it up the next morning and they didn’t have it ( was already paid for ) they gave me another style . 2nd problem . The installers installed the liner, didn’t add any sand or raked it smooth . They just put the liner in . They ask me to start to fill it and I mention that there was a big wrinkle on the bottom. They said it will come out. I went in the other day first time to clean some of the leaves off the bottom. There were wrinkles all over the bottom . The liner has a pebble bottom look to it. And it’s like your walking on the pebbles . I am very disappointed with the installers, seems like they were in a rush to get it done. Now I have a very wrinkled bottom on my pool. Very Unhappy !3rd problem.I have changed my view on Willow Park Pools, I told them about my issues with the liner . They quickly called the installer and had him come replace the liner that they installed . The new liner W.P. pools ordered is the one I originally wanted. The liner was replace and no wrinkles and looks great. Thank you Willow Park Pools for straightening this issue out. We all make mistakes . Before this I never had an issue with them . They always had help me out with what ever I needed over the last 25 years.

Called for service 3 weeks ago for a circulation pump. Was told they would be out the following week (2 weeks ago). Called today and was told I was on the schedule but they couldn’t give me an idea of when they will come. Ordered a pump from Amazon, be here in 2 days. UPDATE: Installed pump, was all of a 10 minute job. I’ve been waiting weeks for these clowns!

Expensive and poorly stocked

Staff and service have always been top notch. Theyve never pressured me into buying something I dont need, and have nearly always completed service earlier than promised. I bought my hot tub from them 11 years ago, and theyve been great with continuing support for anything I need for it. Their in store prices on chemicals are also very competitive. Ive been very happy with them overall.

This is an update to an earlier post. I think I caught someone behind the counter at the end of the workday that had a lot going on. Called and spoke to Mark and everything was straightened out. I appreciated that these guys took the time to follow-up and help me out. So long as I have my pool Ill keep shopping at Willow.

As a first time pool owner, I requested assistance closing the pool in October. The pool was covered and the air pillow was put in which was explained to me as useful because it keeps the water circulating which prevents freezing. Within an hour after the guys left, the pillow completely deflated. I called requesting them to come back and fix it as I do not know what I am doing with the pool. I talked to someone on three different days asking for someone to come back out and inflate it as it should have been completed the first time they were out here; each time I was told the people would come out to assist. To this day, no one has come. We are very disappointed and will be looking for new business for our pool needs when it is time to open our pool and service it.

Bought a hot tub from these guys about 7 months ago. Service was excellent, communication excellent. They told me a date and time and they arrived on that date and time. I needed a crane to lift the hot tub over my house on to my deck and they scheduled that as well. Great group of guys. Hassle and stress free. Thank You.

Store was very clean and had exactly what I needed, however, when I asked if my product included a certain piece, I was repeatedly asked why Im not buying the part alone to save money. I shouldnt have to say I want to buy this 3-5 times at checkout.

Willow park pools and spa are very helpful and makes time to answer questions. Ordering products are fast and easy. But they do have a huge selection in the store as well. They recommend outside contractors if you cant do the work yourself it is a full service operation and that is very much appreciated.

Bought a hot tub here three years ago. Last week the circuit breaker kept tripping. I called Willow Park just before their closing time and the problem was quickly identified over the phone. The next day, when I got home from work, they had already replaced the pump (still under Warranty) on my hot tub and all was working great! I wish more companies could provide superb and timely service like that.

Price was up 10% this year. Shopped there for many years. Next time Im going to shop around as I could have done much better had I shopped around this year first.

Great service. When we received an error message I became very worried when I called and discussed the problem the gentlemen at Willow Park were extremely professional and calmed me down. Mark (owner) of Willow Park Pools and Spas (WPPS) did a terrific job with my spa purchase. I purchased my original spa from WPPS 11 years ago and needed to replace it. Mark coordinated the logistics of the project very well with various contractors, and the replacement was seamless. Keep up the good work and thank you.

As the summer of 2010 (2 weeks ago) opening of the pool time of the year, it was time to spend the money on a new motor pump. All my online research, friends and their opinions but the mechanical skills of my brother in law Rick saved me $150.00 and Willow Park Pools saved me $25.00 more. I called to check price and in stock inventory for a Hayward 1.5 Super Pump. Rick looked at the existing pump, took it apart and said this is all you need, the motor and all the pieces not part of just the motor, are unscrewed. So I called back and was quoted $264, got in the car and drove over only to see him ring up $289 and when I said hey, guy on the phone 5 minutes ago quoted me $264 on the phone, they looked at each other, looked at a price sheet on a poll and whichever of those 2 that quoted me, realized they were wrong, hesitated and gave it to me for the $264, in front of numerous other customers. Thats what I call customer service, thank you very much...July 2012 Update:I was having a water leak under the motor and called, spoke to I think, a rookie employee however, I described the issue, he put me on hold, he came back with the pump seal probably needs to be replaced, I asked how much, put me on hold again, came back with $15.00, great, 1 more question, is it in stock? put on hold... Yes, great, see you in a few minutes. I joked with the 2 reps at the front desk, asked which one was the rookie but didnt let them answer, asked for my part and another gentleman reached into a drawer and pulled out the part, the counter rep asked how much, he replied, 12.95, so I saved another 2 bucks, wohoo.Oh and the pump seal was the problem and took me about 30 minutes to install, thanks again Willow Park Pools.--Dennis

Recommend this place to buy an inner tube

I bought my hot tub over 10 years ago from Willow Park Pools and Spas. I have had nothing but excellent experiences when I have called them for advice or they have come to the house to service or fix the hot tub. I have dealt with a lot of inground pool and hot tub places in the past theres no one you can trust like Willow Park. Recently my hot tub sustained major damage in a storm with high winds. My hot tub cover which was locked down was ripped off the hot tub and destroyed. The storm also pulled the metal lifter off the hot tub and bent the poles at 90 degrees. I called Mark at Willow Park asked for help and sent him the pictures. I still remember his response today. He said Greg, dont worry well take care of everything. They did and I couldnt be happier with the final repair and results. I have always recommended them to my friends and neighbors and certainly will continue in the future.

Best in the area for sure. Helpful and polite. They are the the further out than 3 other stores in my area but, Id rather drive to Willow Park Pools.

Lots of people over look this pool store, but for DIY it is the best tp shop at. They have hard to find or have to special order at others.

Purchased a Hot Springs spa from Willow Park pools and spa 11 years ago. This place has the best service and have always been very pleased with the service (when I needed it). Thats the great thing about a Hot Springs spas, the tubs really are quality and therefore needed minimal maintenance in 11 years and could not be happier with the tub and especially the service provided by WPP. Spend the extra and buy quality like a Hot Springs tub and buy from WPP, you will not be disappointed! The service after the sale is top notch.
