This used to be my go-to place for tools and parts I needed around the house. However with the redesign they removed a number of products that Ive looked for. I guess because of shortages everyone is going through, there are a number of items that Ive gone to get recently that they just havent had forcing me to go to Lowes or home Depot. And one final comment, they used to have one older heavy set man who worked there who seem to know everything about anything and he would always steer me in the best way to do whatever work I needed to do. I havent seen him there since the pandemic I hope he hasnt retired and he comes back. Before the redesigned and the staff changes this place would have definitely got five stars.Update: I needed Backer Board seam tape, Stopped here first believing this would be a quick & easy pick-up. However no one in the store knew what it was. Had to go to Lowes. Dropping down to 2 stars, just not the store it used to be.

After shopping at Lowes and Green Acres for a Weber Grill we ended up purchasing from Rick. He had a wide selection all attractively displayed with great prices. Plus Rick was super knowledgeable about all Weber products. In the end our experience was fabulous. To top things off they delivered our grill within 30 minutes of purchase and he threw in a cover N/C! Just so very pleased.

Another reviewer mentioned that the employees were not wearing masks. I also found that the case today. Once employee had the mask around his chin, the other woman had no mask on whatsoever.All of the customers I saw in the store had masks on. Clearly the management/employees do not care about the customers health.

This hardware store has just about anything you need to fix something that needs repair. This is my go to place when something is broken. They even had a skeleton key for a mortise lock for my home.

I went there numerous times for small things like one or two screws. They treated me the same as if I was making a hundred dollar purchase. This store has the feel of a home town hardware store.from my childhood. Great selection

Rick is super helpful I wont do business for my Stihl parts anywhere else.

The staff here are clueless. They dont know how to do returns for online orders. First the man tells me that they dont do online return orders, which doesnt make sense to me because I bought it in their store ONLINE. Secondly, he says that if I can give him my number and someone will give me a call back in a few days to see what they can do. Horrible customer service. I will never return here and the manager needs to get staff that actually knows how to view online order because they staff there doesnt seem to know anything about modern technology, such as using the stores website!

I came in and got out very fast super helpful and was able to answer my questions a great location to grab all of the things you need for renovation or doing some simple lawn work.

I wish I had the option of 0 stars. Have bought from other Ace stores in the past and have always had great experiences. This “manager” was completely unprofessional, pompous, arrogant and lazy. Sold an item i purchased and paid for online. Then blamed cyber space. Instead of attempting to rectify his error he abandoned the customer I will never support this particular store.

Only a certain selection of products there, slightly overpriced, but I dont mind to support smaller businesses . The store is however very outdated. I had a great experience overall there though. I dont think theres a wheelchair access there either

Amazing choice of items, prices are a little on the high end but fair. Gentleman at the counter knows every item and location in the store as long as you can show him an old/used one or know the name of the product

Despite the good selection of tools and materials. The biggest issues with this hardware store are the insane prices, completely ridiculous prices for materials (in my case plumbing materials). And also the fact the besides one or two people, the staff are completely clueless. Customer service is lacking too.

Great service just didnt like that the owner, yes the owner insisted i needed to buy double sided tape for my window insulation kit. I bought the kit and the tape only to get home and realize the kit came with the required tape!! 😠 not happy about that! He knew he was upselling me. As a consumer i will be hesitant to trust him again. I preferred going to him instead of going to the bigger name stores. I would rather help out the little guys. I hope that extra $5 was worth it to you. I live within walking distance but dont think i will be supporting you again.

Was basically a good experience because the staff knew just what I needed, right where it was and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. However, the store was filthy, cluttered and it looked like the shelves could tip over at any moment. I wouldnt want to have to go back and look at the shelves on my own for fear of my own safety.☠️

I was looking for a certain screw... I had originally went to lowes but they did not carry and lows recommend it to come here now whos store did have the screw I was looking for and the gentleman who help find the screw was very helpful and professional I am giving a low rating because of the woman behind the counter she has no customer service she was not professional or personable I found that she had an attitude and as if I was bothering her I will not be back in a store because of this
