I havent been to a Giant food in years.. the upgrades are nice. The olive bar is fresh, hot food wasnt so hot. Deli has boars head. Fresh seafood selection was on point.. and if you so happen to see a robot roll up on you, dont freak out, well at least not out loud.. lol. Its about 6 ft tall on wheels..Its cleaning the floors.

Only place I know that has cranberry_orange muffins. You also make the best egg salad!

This is a LITTLE KNOWN FACT regarding Giant. They have Bakery Delights that are Off The Chain....Right now, Giant has 6 Donuts for $2.99. Not only is the pricing great, however they taste phenomenal!!! It beats Dunkin hands down....They have Lemon, Boston Cream, Glazed, Jelly, various Icing w/ Sprinkles and so many other varieties. In addition, they ALWAYS have $3.00 & $5.00 Specials. YUM!!Please LIKE & FOLLOW ME.......

Sometimes pricey but they also have good deals if you look them up first before shopping

I love shopping at giant. Service is very good. Most employees are really helpful. The deli and bakery are the best. The meats are red not brown or rainbow colored. Would recommend this store if someone from out of town needed a grocery store.

Too many things out of stock for example this afternoon I tried to buy diet coke(12oz cans) Oscar Mayer turkey bacon, kraft shredded cheese fat free milk(1 gallon)There are not enough small carts, and the big carts are poorly designed. The cup holder and other thing prevents you from gripping the handle were you supposed to.

I like the fried chicken but everytime the dark meat one is on sale for $5 they never have it & they wont substitute the other one for the sale price so I never can get it.

The bakery department as well as store managers have been instrumental in the continued success of my Class of 2020 senior. She held other PT jobs during her high school years, but GIANT worked around both her high school and college dual enrollment classes. Her co workers encouraged her and provided a stress free PT job atmosphere. She was trusted to try new tasks and hold responsibilities beyond her “position”. It is truly a TEAM in the bakery department! The “icing on the cake” was that through all this- my daughter applied and was selected for a scholarship from B1FCU. So thank you to the bakery department and scheduling managers for all the support given to my daughter. It truly takes a village!

The doubling down on the face masks signs is offensive and Giant should FAIRLY AND EQUALLY post signs that masks are not required of you have a medical condition. Too many people wear them out of fear. This fear of being asked to leave the grocery store.

I was shopping at this giant because the giant at the Lehigh shopping center didnt have a lot of what I wanted it happens a lot I am waiting for Weiss to open at Westgate it will be bigger and better.

Prices on organic fruit are decent during seasons. Prices on gluten, free, dairy free are hit or miss. I shop here for convenience of my sons food intolerances egg, gluten, dairy, yet some of those items are priced about a dollar or more then other stores. Over all I like their selection of produce and their store organic brands are great. They make it easy to shop with their labeling of gluten free and organic. If their prices would come down a bit it be great.

I like Giant. It has what we need. But there are too many negatives. Today my milk jug was leaking slowly all the way to checkout. Someone helped me get another one but food containers shouldnt leak. This is the 2nd time in a month. Over at the deli, I got a number 47 tag. I waited through 44, 45 and 46, all had 5+ items to buy. Then, just as my turn was up, a loud lady said excuse me to the deli person. She had input a kiosk order but it wasnt ready. So I was pushed aside. Since when is right to bump someone with a number, you should give kiosk people mumbers too. Fairness is important. Then there are the shelf stockers in the aisles. I could not get my cart down that aisle. I had the same problem at the tastykake display. No room to manuver and a young man yelled at me to get out of the way. I left the store frustrated and headed to Wegmans.

Did pick up order with their shopping service Direct shopping. Has been great especially thru covid.

During this covid-19, customer service told me I could exchange an incorrect allergy med I purchased. The young pharmacist told me; however, I could not exchange it and thus would have to pay full price for a new box. And no financial refund was offered. (Very dissatisfied)FYI: Only a pharmacy can safely recycle a sealed box of a medicine. Throwing it in regular trash is morally irresponsible. Also it is a sealed box with seal still intact.

Nothing open but the self checkout. Not one cashier was at a register, every light was out, had to do it myself. I will absolutely go out of my way to find a grocery store that employs a cashier, wont be back to this one.

I will continue to shop at Giant. It is convenient and prices are competitive. Recently though I have had errors at the register and the deli has not been up to their standards.

This store has consistent stock and is well kept and clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful.The robot is terrifying though. I dont fully understand his purpose and hate when you turn the corner and see his smiling face just gliding across the aisle. I understand he probably has a purpose but he is terrifying.

Managed to get a great deal of fresh fruits and vegetables for fantastic prices. This always means a lot to me because I eat a lot of fresh produce. Giant is my usual spot to get my produce due to the quality of the items. The rest of the store can be pricey if you dont take advantage of their sales, but all in all, my store of choice.

I love shopping here great deals in the bunkers. And I tend to bother the wallie machine always in produce area. Never to crowded never had any issues and the self check out helps alot.

Giant on linden Blvd and on Easton ave are both great for shopping food household goods beer and wine everything you need and they have a lot of sales every week. Also they have 2 reduced price sections for products they want to sell fast whether they are getting old or a discontinued item. Be sure you get a giant bonus card from customer service before you shop. You will save a lot of $$$$

Good food, good prices, they actually sell boarshead here which is welcome, many places seem not to unfortunate. Also had a manager be extremely accommodating when I was working night shift and would come in when the deli was closed. She let me call early and order and then pick it up when I got there at 2am. Its no longer open all night but it was a very nice gesture and was greatly appreciated. Good store and good employees.

So i go to giant often and have never had a problem but recently I had bought a batch of chocolate chips cookies from the bakery and and just bit into two and both cookies had strands of hair in each of them.. not too appetizing

They have a store policy of requireing government ID for wine and beer purchases. The state store doesnt require that ID. The state of Pennsylvania does not require ID to make those purchases when the person making the purchase is obviously well over the age of 21. The store manager acknowledge that I could not be confused with someone under the age of 21. Yet would not or could not override to allow the purchase. Its unclear if this a store policy or a state licensing requirement that they must get a valid ID. Since State law doesnt require valid ID to make the purchase, it should not be imposed on a person who is obviously over the age of 21. Since it is a known fact that the state of Pennsylvania doesnt require and ID if youre obviously over the age of 21 in order to make wine and beer purchases this restriction should not be imposed at the grocery stores.Regardless of why this restriction was imposed, the store should be working on changing that policy to one that could be reasonably allow someone over the age of 21 to make a purchase without an ID.

Rick the pharmacist is absolutely the bestand most helpful I have ever encountered. Actually everyone at the pharma and through out the store are great
