Staff is nice most of them at least. Quality of diamonds and other gemstones is not that great and prices are pretty high. I personally will never buy any jewelry from them again.

Nice layout of the stores in building. Kays has a nice area for different styles of jewelry.

Staff are always very friendly, personable, polite, and helpful. Theyll happily assist yoy with any of your jewelery needs whether it be buying, cleaning, or fixing. Everyone has always been so pleasant in this location. They also have great sales throughout the year. You dont get a sharky vibe when you visit here. Great location and staff!

We have been going to the Kays for some time and originally we met Amber at her previous location until she moved to the wind creek outlet stores. Amber is an amazing manager! She runs a great location with helpful professional employees. Amber her self is such a kind, helpful hard working professional. Amber and her team will truly tell you how it is and wont just sell you amazing jewelry to make a sale, they listen to what you want and need and help you find exactly the perfect piece of jewelry. I bought my engagement ring for my then girlfriend from Amber, I wasnt sure what to get but she helped me find the most amazing ring that seemed like it was meant for my fiancé. Worst customer service ever. Older gentlemen with white hair and gray facial hair couldn’t be more uninterested in helping me size my recently purchased engagement ring. He was rude and condescending letting me know I could “upgrade my ring when we have more money”. Sales and customer service is not his strong point. After this experience I would never purchase anything from this store.
