Went in to order a smoothie and the girl told us “Come back tomorrow.” We ask why and she only said “we don’t have pineapple.” My girlfriend then explained she only wanted the strawberry kiwi so the girl then huffed and puffed and very reluctantly made the smoothie as slow as possible. Maybe she should find a job she enjoys working at? The store also wasn’t kept up very well.

Ordered an arrangement that included flowers. Flowers were not delivered with the fruits. I contacted the store the same day. The curt girl on the phone said theyd either do another run out to deliver the flowers or refund my money. Neither of these have happened. I contacted the store by phone and no one answers now. I also contacted corporate and they said the store closed my complaint. Corporate contacted the store again and still no response. I paid for flowers and again they werent delivered nor was my money spent for the flowers reimbursed. I never had a store just keep my money. Pitiful customer service and kept my money. Obviously I want my money returned for the flowers and still waiting several weeks later.

I ordered from them yesterday for my wife’s birthday and they delivered it and didn’t even call or nothing just left it in front of my door like garbage. Like who lives chocolate covered strawberries outside. Besides that everything look really nice could have gave it a 5 star if they were more professional with the delivery.

I ordered 12ct of strawberry for my sis birthday which was delivered sept4 but only 6ct and I’ve been trying to reach the store since yesterday all day and today and still yet no answer. I want them to re deliver the other 6ct or refund my money back.

I order an arrangement cookies and cupcakes for Father’s Day. My order was placed on June 8th for June 20th delivery. I checked the status of my order all day. Finally around 12:30pm it finally said out for delivery. I called the store at 3:45pm and was told all the orders were out for delivery and we should get it before end of day. At 4:45 the delivery was finally made. The arrangement was hot like it had been sitting in the sun. The chocolate on the fruit was melted and the fruit looked like it was left out all day. For the amount of money they charge I would expect better service. Will never recommend this location.

My delivery to my mother in law for her 95th birthday was great! Brandon the driver who contacted me regarding my order was so courteous and so friendly and went out of his way to make the delivery went great. Thank you to Brandon!!

I called on Friday to pre order for Saturday, the woman was rude and told me to just go to the store Saturday and they will make it then. I went to the store and yet another rude person told me it would take an hour to make. It was a simple fruit platter.Never going backThe fruit tray was terrible

Unfortunately my order was delivered without ringing the recipients doorbell and was then ruined by the rain. However when I called Edible Arrangements, their customer service was fantastic, sending out a brand new arrangement that day. I appreciate the good customer service and willingness to fix a mistake.

I got my wife a basket for mothers day. The fruit and order was all good in presentation and taste. Chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. The only problem was the guy dropped them off and basket stank like cigarettes. I know that mothers day is a busy day for them probably have people delivering that usually do not but that is unacceptable. I wrote two emails and not even an apology. Will think twice before ordering again.

(Nope) honeydew cantaloupe (Nope) I never had a juicey one even in the summer and u wanna give me that. Hairy pineapples. Brown at that now that was my first time and it will be my last. Anybody who tells u differently. Is lying. Not to mentioned my bundle of balloons never arrived And my daughter was grossed out. I sincerely Carla Bad idea. Bad price to boot

Had to put a star to write a review I Placed an order for my wife to receive it the day after Mother’s Day and she never received it and I got an email saying it was received. My wife was asking around to see if they even came by they looked at the security camera they never even showed up, and the business is literally down the block from them which I don’t understand why they didn’t deliver it. I’m trying to get my money back as we speak!! Let’s see if it’ll happen. They need to get there shhh together or hire another delivery driver, it ain’t that hard to deliver some fruits.

I ordered 2 orders of the Mother’s Day strawberries and 1 of them was never delivered! The other looked nothing like what I had paid for. There was no Mother’s Day sentiment on them. I called Monday and they were willing to deliver the order the next day and offer me 10% off. I don’t think that was sufficient enough, but I took it not trying to give them a hard time and I wanted my mother in law to receive the strawberries we ordered for her. Well, the following day they were never delivered. Since then, I have been trying to get ahold of someone from the store no one answers! I called the customer care and they submitted requests for a refund and the manger will contact me within 48hrs. It’s been a week. I have ordered from this company and never had an issue. This is such a huge disappointment. I don’t think I would ever order again. The excuse I received was bc of COVID. I’m sensitive to the time we’re living in now and understand. However I’m also a sales manager, and communication is important. I also expected what I purchased. $80 for these dozen strawberries and they looked horrible. No one asked me if I wanted to substitute velvet strawberries, I wasn’t even given an option. I would have cancelled or selected something else. I have never taken a time to write a review, but this is by far the worst service I have ever received. I truly feel scammed.

I placed an order on Thursday for chocolate covered strawberries. The delivery driver didn’t bring it till after store hours, and then left it on the porch. I got the notification that it was delivered and never received it. I called the driver and he said he left it on the front porch of my apartment building. And said he drove away... then I call the next day and they refuse a refund or even to send a new order. This place has terrible customer service and I do not recommend this location.

Two weeks ago I received an arrangement of cut fruit along with 3 birthday balloons. It was beautiful AND delicious!

Very let down by their service or lack there of. In short we rearranged a missed delivery for the next day, they did not deliver my order and did not call. When I contacted them the next day they hadnt even scheduled it to go out again and asked if I wanted it to go out what became the 5th day since the original scheduled day. I will not order from this place again.

I am pissed I ordered a simply daisy for my husband I called I updated all info because I have ordered from them before but have chanced my number. My husband falls ill the next day I call the store change the delivery day and time. She act as if she was writing everything down and told me she remembered me and it was no problem. I had it scheduled for delivery after 3pm when he arrives they delivered it at 11am gave it to someone in the building and that person set it on the dock. The note was wrong and his name was spelled wrong and the fruit looked old ... all my effort went to waste

One star because the cashier was nice, bad service, I placed an order paid in full one week prior to Valentines Day for a pick up.My order was late & I was given the wrong order & then told that my order could not be corrected. Bad costumer service.

I had sent a gift for my dad, he never received it, I called and the lady was very helpful and got it out on Christmas Eve, I am very happy with the help I received, just wish it would of got there on the day I ordered it, but overall I am pleased.

I used to go like 3 times a week for the fruit filled cups (I was obsessed) Haven’t gone in a while but they changed the dome cups to little baggies which drastically changed the amount of fruit for the same exact price . Also kind of stingy with toppings . Idk what’s going on with edible arrangements ..

Valentines day arrangement ordered 1/31...recieved a day late, and a mess! Cellophane was ripped, boxes falling over! Called corporate and manager never called me. Just horrible!!!😡

The online website is great although the delivery serivce is horrible. I ordered a gift that was suppose to get there on mothers day and i did not receive a call or anything confirming if it was delivered. Now I had to call my mother and ask if anything was delivered to her and for a whole day since 7am that i orderd the delivery to 9pm nothing. I have called to verify to see if it was in route which since it was mothers day, I knew it would take longer and I understood. But to never get delivered and i spent almost 100 dollars. Now I have had a few problems before with an arrangement being given to the wrong person in the past. When I called to verify the person that pick up was rude and not helpful at all. I turly will never again order from any of the edible arrangements branch very disappointed in that whole situation my mother was home all day waiting. I am very upset about this whole thing.
