I recently got a new H.P. laptop from Amazon, but it was about a year old, never used. I could get NO response from H.P. due to this issue. It never worked well right out of the box. A few weeks later it died.So I contacted Super Geek Computers. Jay was very helpful and professional. Great communications, he always follows-up. He was also professional & knowledgeable in getting my laptop fixed. It look a bit longer than expected and Jay went so far as to bring the repaired unit back late on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommended.

My computer broken down due to virus. I dropped it off around 11:00 am on Thursday. I Picked it up Friday 4:00 pm. That is very quick service. Great service! If you need to get your computer fixed, this is the place to go. With fair prices and friendly staff, you cant go wrong here.

I needed a new DC jack on one computer and the sound fixed on another. My research concluded that they were the most reasonably priced tech guys around. Super Geeks, All i can say is you are great. I have to admit i was kinda skeptical, I dont trust everyone with my computer but the guy that i spoke to, I think his name was jay,he was very cool and knowledgeable I brought my computer in to the shop because my hard drive crashed and they had it fixed the same day.I was surprised it got fixed that fast.They got it back up an running better than it did before.I also brought my wifes computer in for a memory upgrade and they only charged me 47$ bucks for the whole job.Well im happy their is someone in town that is honest and does good work. If i ever need any other computer work done i will call you guys first.

FINALLY...someone you can trust. Ive been to plenty shops around as well as big names like staples office max, but they dont compare to the experience i had here w/ Jay..I tested him to see if he would lie or try to rip me off but he proved his trust and professionalism all across the board.. He gave me a free diagnosis for my laptop and offered to repair it at a super fair price. Unlike others who charge you $100 or so just to look at your problem w/no guarantee of solving it. He worked with me when I didnt have quite enough and also fixed an additional problem it was having on top of that. i dont know, maybe it was the holidays and he was being generous.But he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns w no rush. Gave me a decent time to pick up my computer, I was surprised when he called me way earlier then expected. He didnt let me leave until i was positive it was up and running properly. Overall great business. They really put the customer before the dollar here. great service, friendly ppl. awesome pricing

I should have listened to my friend who said to stay away because of a bad experience here. But, I didnt listen and got burned. Its been 2 months and Im still struggling with the laptop that I had repaired. I had a virus that was supposedly removed. It wasnt. As soon as I took the laptop home the same issues were present. I let it go for a few days and called back to ask what my options were only to be told that there was only one option. I re-infected my laptop and would have to pay again to repair it. No, thank you. An unhappy customer.

Another voice of disappointment here. I was treated rudely right from the moment that I walked in. The owner (Im assuming) was on the phone with what sounded to be a really irate customer, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Then I was treated like a nuisance while the person collected himself to help me address my problem. Not happy at all.

I drove 30 minutes to have my computer repaired and there wasnt anyone at the location during business hours. This business was a total waste of my time.

I drove here last weekend and the place wasnt open. I called several times, but it just went to voicemail. If you advertise that youre open then I would expect youre open. Disappointed and had to look elsewhere for my repair.
