Gas pumps scream advertisements at you while pumping the gas and none of the buttons will mute it. The noise compounds with the other pumps blaring out advertisements even though nobody is there and the speakers in the roof playing a radio station. Gave me a headache. Food was good though.

Stopped in quick to grab breakfast, BF asked for a sandwich sandwich the egg due to an allergy. He has done this before with no issues, but today lady behind counter who he placed the special order with was visibly irritated. I know Wawa is a grab and go, but I know we are not the only ones who have a request. We both work in customer service ourselves and there is just no excuse for giving bad customer service or making customers feel like they are an inconvenience. My BFs business gets 5 star ratings. How this associate acted was just in poor taste.

Same good ole WaWa aint nothing changed other than dividers and the pandemic this place was very packed.Went to get gas and walked in to use their fee free ATM and bought a bottle of water.Nothing new to report about but WaWa is still up alive and kicking as always and thanks to the employees that do a great job to keep things in motion. Hope all employees working at these locations are given a raise along with a nice huge bonus.

The wait in line wasnt excessively long. The store appeared clean and maintained regularly. The workers all were wearing face masks. The womans bathroom was clean. The shelves were well stocked and organized. All in all a pleasant experience.

I went to buy a italian Hoagie today around lunch time, and i notice and employ or manager getting out of the office with out mask. They ask for rhe costumer to use mask but the employ or manager no use it. In the kitchen were they prepare de sub they talk to much and they take longer to prepare the food.

I have been a customer at this store since it opened. Everyone is friendly, service has its ups and downs. When ordering & you select extra meat or extra whatever, you have to make sure you got it. They must not read carefully extra whatever and youve paid for it, to get home and your sandwich is not what you were expecting. Ive opened it to check now, Ive had to give it back to them several times. Linda in coffee rocks for crazy mornings, she always has things under control. She is now doing the specialty coffees too and keeping an eye on the coffee station. The girl this morning, lacks big time in the coffee area. Did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Was also more concerned with where her phone was. Im glad my order was easy, but took forever, the order before mine was not completed correctly per the customer and she had to start over. I get everything is crazy being an essential work during this time, but I am too and if I let the little things slip, some ones life is in jeopardy. I will continue to be a customer due to the convenience of the location, but will rethink ordering if I see the same girl behind the coffee counter. If we had the option of plain black cold coffee out at the drinks, that would be a help. I have done a cup of ice and the blazing coffee but Ive melted the cut on occasion. I may just try that again, so as not to wait 15 min and not even get sorry for the wait from this girl. She was simply not the right job today, no motivation & hurry like coffee station should have.

The gobbler is terrible this year. This recipe change to remove the cranberry was a huge mistake. I cannot recommend the sandwich this year. I hope they fix it.

Usually crowded. Too many people inside and no place to wait for food. Maybe they need to hire more people instead of only ever having one person on a register.

Love the coffee, gas is reasonable! But there is one thing I can’t stand!! It’s the Loud commercial on the small tv screen then u have the overhead music going!! Makes you death, and I just want to put gas and run, sometimes I go up the street so I don’t hear the loud commercials or loud music, please review and control that craziness! Thx

All of the food Ive gotten here has been great. 👍👍 But I wish they had any sort of seating area, even a picnic table outside would be nice... And I always find the parking lot here slightly confusing, though that may be my own stupidity. 🤪😂🤣

Wawa has amazing hoagies which is what I usually go in for. When it does get packed wait times can be a bit long, but overall good place

I Love WAWA so convenient. There is 3 near me within 5 miles.The inside is so planned out you could call it a Zen store you walk in to the right there is the Lottery machine.. And it goes to the soda machines and lids and straw area thats well organized.The order station for the subs and soups and all the food is very well-thought-out and having multi ordering touch screen I need to order is very good to have. Its not long that they get the food done busy Ive been there when it been busy and they just pump out the food and quite orderly. Having the ATMs at the baculus store is a very secure idea. All sorts of other foods fruits salads And other fruits cookies snacks.A dozen coolers for cold soda and drinks and milk. Cant forget about the slushy Machine. We got fruit bars granola bars.Shelter always full and organize.The building is well Maintained.Gas pumps are in Good working condition. Having a gas pumps always a good thing.Employees are friendly and helpful.

Fast, hot coffee. Lots of parking options. Simple gas pumps. Friendly staff. Ive been to a lot of Wawas, this one is likely to be favorite. Majority of the time, it has the caramel steamer in the cappuccino. I like to mix it with a little cream and black coffee. It is amazing. A lot of other wawas have stopped putting it in the machine, and I have no idea why. I specifically drive further just to get this drink. Beyond the drinks, its typically pretty clean and the fresh food always tastes fresh.

Most Wawas are great and deserve 5 star this one was hard to get Into and out of due to the way it was setup, this could have been due to Local NJ regulations? They cant fight that. But it does affect the business the locals are probably used to it, I was in town on business I was.also born in NJ but after seeing how things were in other states I would never move back to NJ! way to many laws that dont make sense like (no self service fuel, and whats a toy in most states (a BB gun) will get you a Felony Gun charge in NJ) it may seem off topic but I am just touching on why the stupid laws In NJ can affect Businesses there especially for visitors.

Good staff at this location. Restrooms need updating (or at least better up keeping) and changes to the location of handicapped parking spaces last summer are a few areas that should be addressed. As one of the highest grossing business in the Lehigh Valley it would be nice to see some of the egress and cleanliness challenges addressed. Free coffee a few times a year is nice but if I had a choice I would prefer they spend the money on better design both inside and outside the store. The challenge to any business doing the volume Wawa does is how to move cars and people in, around and off of the property while making improvements to the parking lot, grounds and restrooms. Hopefully updating the store design to add guest value is on the owners radar.Update, its been five months since this review and still no new striping for the parking spots. This location does big numbers and while other local locations are making improvements to their lay out and design, its seems like the focus is elsewhere. Its hard to see the outlines or the parking spots since you moved the handicap spaces, please re-stripe so the outlines can be seen at night and in the rain (currently there is no visiblity).

Even though it is always very busy here, the food and coffee orders are always fast and accurate. And the employees are always very courteous and helpful.

I don’t even want to give one star. This wawa is the absolute worst wawa I have ever been to. The past 4 times I ordered food from there my order was messed up. Why offer to customize a sub when you aren’t going to make it to order? The past FOUR times, my order was messed up. Don’t go to this wawa to order food.

Ive been to this location to fill up my gas or several different occasions. Each time, I have had the same experience. I insert my credit card in the gas pump, punch in my info and then select the gas grade. The lowest two grades of gas are unavailable, putting me a spot of having to choose the highest grade gasoline at the highest price point. Since my credit card info is already in the system, Ive opted to go ahead and pump the gas, completely annoyed at the situation. From now on, I bypass WaWa and go to Sheetz or Turkey Hill.

Wawa is great they make great coffee in my family and my opinion ALL Wawas make the BEST coffee alot better than Dunkin donuts and the sandwiches are fresh and very good.

Crowded and busy, but well staffed. High volume of traffic and awkward corner location makes it difficult to pull into and out of during peak hours.

I love this specific wawa its right by my house so i go there alot the employees know me and even from the beginning they have been very accommodating and very nice outgoing and friendly. I know most of them by name now they already know what i want when i go there.. They took the time to know and remember my name.. They have always been the best most friendly out of any wawa ive been to. And that isnt just because of the reasons ive stated its because their customer service is amazing and theyre friendly and just nice people.. I rate it a 5 because of the customer service and the cleanliness of the store and also the fact that they never leave you sitting in line..if your in a rush this is a great wawa to stop at.

Gas and Wawa. There are multiple entrances and exits from the store, but its always hard exit back onto 8th Ave and people refuse to read the no left turn sign. Store is a stock Wawa with everything you need in it. They make hoagies and smoothies which is what I want.
