I like what they pick for me and it is really easy to return what you dont want. Nothing is charged until you send back the rejects. So, no waiting on refunds for returned items because you dont pay first. but after you pick what you want to keep. Very thoughtful and convenient. I think the items are a little overpriced but it is worth it because you dont have to find these items yourself. Every order gets better because they pay attention to what I keep and return. I would increase the rating if they could figure out how to lower the prices a little.

Im hanging on by a thread with this company hoping they get better. Ive subscribed since the pandemic hit, when trying on clothes in boutiques was no longer a thing. They give you a style quiz to fill out, plus all your sizes. Ive gotten some great pieces, including super cool boots, over the months. But each month theres only ONE piece I like enough to keep. Month after month I am disappointed. I tell them over and over, I have magenta hair, Im a stand-out edgy, bohemian rock-star looking person. (People often stop me in the street to compliment my style). Yet they send me Little Suzy Homemaker stuff. I KNOW they have good stuff because it comes in my Is This Your Style quiz. I truly think their stylists are not doing their job. Perhaps they are on their phones texting friends while they are working? Im not ready to give up yet, but I cant keep getting disappointed month after month. I envy those who keep everything and get the 25 percent discount. Keep wishing it would be me.

I have always loved stitchfix and used it for several years. I recently voiced a complaint about their treatment of their stylists, including their goal to eliminate stylists and use an algorithm instead. When I did so, stitchfix canceled my account. This company does not care about their employees nor their customers. I could not believe how blatantly they said they do not care.

Terrible communications. They simply disregard my specifications. My stylist seems to not care about my preferences. Some pieces I received are nice, but the hassle is absurd. Before they ship, they send a preview. Almost all of it is wrong and the opposite of what I want, and ignoring my preferences (which apparently nobody reads.) I have one more order on the way and if this again does not include what I asked for, I am done with them. I cant recommend them. Here is an actual communication from them, cut and paste, and I swear that I did not change a single word: I want to reach you out about your requestand I am sorry for the confusion, what reason are you looking on the your request of item in your email. That about summons it up.

I was a security guard over there and it was the WORST! I was barely capable of even drinking a sip of water because we were not allowed to eat or drink when breaks were going on! And when breaks were not happening we were supposed to be patrolling the building for which Department we were securing. So please tell me how as a human being im not allowed to eat or drink anything practically all day? Then got into trouble and client removed off site for something the Supervisor told me to do and the Manager DOUG did NOT like what i was told to do by THURSTON the SITE SUPERVISOR FOR SECURITY OFFIVERS! Also i am almost certain that as a supervisor ypu are supposed to be unbiased right? Well you would be VERY WRONG if you work here with security!!!

The style profile not really detailed enough to get my best sizes, so sizes in first box were off. Also, I was specific in what I was looking for and I felt the clothing items were way off. Maybe it is all they had but nothing in the box was me. Loss of $20.. would not try again.

I have enjoyed using Stitch Fix. The selection has really perked up my wardrobe and Ive purchased items that I wouldnt have chosen for myself at a store. I also like looking at (and purchasing some of) the items that are available a la carte on my account page. You can give a budget you would like to work within and what kind of pieces you do and dont want (e.g. I dont want purses, shoes, or jackets in my fixes, and do want dresses, sweaters, blouses). You can return anything you dont like and only charged for what you select. Customer service has been helpful. I really like this service.

Watch your charges like a hawk!!!! Went to checkout and was eligible for After pay, clicked on the after pay which would allow you to pay in increments. They processed the whole amount!!! Contacted customer service and said they couldnt do anything about it, contact After pay. After contacting After pay they notified me you have to make an account and any credit card information on stitch fix would be charged. Then first fix was utterly awfyl!!!! They offered another fix asap to rectify, thinking it was in good faith to rectify situation they immediately charged me another $20. Not crazy happy about the service, very expensive prices. Fun to get a package but you could find better deals and know things are gonna fit you if you shop yourself...stick to old navy or target

Veteran unfriendly place. They said I didn’t match what they were looking for (picker) like who can’t do that? So your telling me that I can learn firefighting skills and launch and recover aircraft on a carrier but I can’t find a shirt on a rack and throw it in a box? This place should be embarrassed. Terrible service! Nonexistent Customer Service! Overpriced items that don’t match my style! I could go on.... I tried to give feedback under my profile through the App, but my comments go unresolved and seemingly unnoticed. I chose the option in the App to only send a box when I request one, however, I am getting one every 2 weeks! Stitch Fix lists no phone number, which is very frustrating because I am not getting heard through email correspondence nor through their App. Stay away!!! Also I can’t find out how to cancel my subscription! Whatever happened to good customer service?

Ive been a loyal and vocal fan of Stitch Fix for a long time. Ive been waiting to be offered Style Pass, since I asked for it and was told I have to be invited. I love the service so much I recently added an account for my husband. After 3 months, they INVITED HIM to Style Pass! I contacted them because, surely, if one member of our household is invited, we both should, especially since I manage both accounts. BUT NO! I was told only he is invited but I am not. We have spent thousands at this company. I just cancelled BOTH accounts due to this insane and stupid policy. Even a supervisor was not empowered to extend the invitation to me. Offensive and disappointing. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Im surprised at the amount of negative reviews here. Ive received several fixes from them over the years, and I have always found several pieces that I have loved! Most of my favorite pieces in my closet come from stitch fix. I love it because I think youll get pieces that you wont find on other online retailers or at the mall. Everything is unique and tailored to your style personality. Now I have had a few repeat pieces sent to me, but based on my online profile, I can see why they would have thought I would have loved those items again. They could have better oversight at looking at your past history. Also you do pay a styling fee, unless you have a coupon code to have it waived, which are available if you can get one. I love this service!

A pair of socks for $28 even though I declined extras like socks! But you cannot return them because they give you a 25% discount since you’d be keeping the entire order. The comments I leave are never answered. Please advise that their “personal stylist” is just a computer bot.

Love this service! Ive been using stitch fix for almost a year now and Ive never been disappointed. The stylist always does her best to send me on trend items based on my profile and notes. Customer service via email is really great as well, they always respond in less than 24 hours (usually in less than 1 hour from my own experience).

Cool concept, horrible execution. Their process, from start to finish, is a mess. My first fix included things that I had specifically put on the do not send list, and things not in my size, so I returned them all via the included shipping package the next day.I decided to give them a second chance - I rated items every day, trying to give them a good data set to inform their choices for me. Then when delivery day came, I suddenly received a message that my fix had been cancelled, with zero explanation or warning. I reached out to customer service via their live chat (which isnt live), and received half informed and conflicting replies. At this point it seemed clear that this is a disorganized company and asked them to deactivate my account.A week later, I get an e-mail from them saying to return items or I will be charged. WHAT ITEMS? I sent back everything in the first fix weeks ago, and never received the second. If I get charged for a) items I returned or b) items I never received I will be extremely unhappy.

Terrible company. Pretty sure it will go under eventually. Quality of products is awful and over priced for what you get. Not worth it and difficult to permanently cancel. I’ve received two orders- the first order I just kept a bracelet and the second order one shirt and earrings. I tried the earrings on once and the earring is literally stuck in my ear for 3 days on one ear. I cannot get it out. Three people have tried to help get it off, including with plyers. My ear is now getting infected and going on day four, cannot get this cheap, terrible quality earring off of my ear. Very disgusted with this company and would never recommend it to anyone. 😖

BEWARE! First- the 5 star reviews all appear to be people who are employees- one states great place to work and other reviews by these people are for places that are in the same town as this mail order company is located. (you do the math) NOW FOR REVIEW: They say you will save 25% if you keep all 5 pieces- but will purposely put items in that are odd fitting, or ugly AF to force you to return at least something so that you dont get the discount and have to pay a styling fee. Also for items that dont fit- they will not have the size you need to be able to make an exchange. Their online form requires that you put a size- but if the size you need is not available- you have no other option- not even to have them try something else. BEWARE- this is a business that will profit by disappointing their customers. Dont waste your time or your money!

I was very excited to try Stitch Fix and was pretty satisfied with my first two orders. It seemed a bit monotonous (all horizontal stripes and cardigans) so I requested to mix things up. It was ALL downhill from there.To begin with, I specifically requested I needed machine washable, they sent hand wash and dry clean only. Then they sent another cardigan. I wanted to hide my tummy, they sent clingy sweaters- twice in a row. I told them I have a baby and a toddler, they sent a sweater covered in scratchy rhinestones... have the stylists ever held a baby?!?On this last fix, I requested clothes for our upcoming tropical beach vacation. I asked for tops and bottoms for hot weather and adventure, they sent jeans, urban friendly sandals (I didn’t want shoes...) and a shirt for going out. Reminder, I have two little kids. I needed clothes for the beach. I don’t go out.I also said I wanted to mix things up from my normal solid colored t-shirts, they sent me a black t-shirt. I said I’m not particularly feminine, they sent hot pink short shorts. WTF Stitch Fix.Their customer service folks said they just couldn’t meet my requests with their winter inventory...but I can’t imagine the folks in Southern CA, Florida, or throughout the South are all wearing scarves and sweaters right now. Do they only have inventory for temperate climates? Blaming the poor match of recent fix on winter inventory seems like an odd explanation. Why not just say they can’t do it??Last complaint- my sister and mom started using Stitch Fix around the same time. My sister is 8 years older than me and super feminine. My mom is 30 years older than me and has a completely different body type. As it turns out, we’ve all received VERY similar items in our fixes. This doesn’t make the service seem very customized. If the combination of algorithm and stylists are landing on the same picks for the three of us across 3 decades of age and vastly different personal styles... it seems like a pretty crude differentiation. None of the looks are universal or classic. It just seems like you either land in the animal print crop top world, the jeans and striped cardigan world, the activewear works, or you are a complete mystery to Stitch Fix. If one of these fits your personal style to a T... go for it. They have just what you’re looking for. If not, keep looking.

I just got my box today I went to call customer service and lo and behold tried calling customer service to find out its a Florida phone number thats not working. I live not far from where this company is located at maybe two or three hours. I received shoes that are to small, jeans again to small, two very nice shirts, and a necklace I havent looked at yet. The price for all of it is over 200.00. The jeans alone are 88.00 I dont spend that much on anything but my shoes because I have bad feet and I told them that in my comments not sure why they have us fill out what we wear if they dont listen.

Told him I’m not interested and to please cancel it and three months later they take $20 out of my account and I haven’t gotten anything from them. Conveniently enough it comes out on Saturday and you call them and it says the subscriber is not available. Great guys, give me my money back.

Its always a surprise - never know if the selections are your style or not. I usually receive at least one piece that I like, and at least once they sent me something that looked better on me than I expected - an outfit that I never would have looked at in the store. However, the last 2-3 shipments seem to have no clue about my style much less any sense of the seasons/weather where I live. Items dont coordinate with each other. Some of their suggested pairings are a joke - patterns with patterns/stripes or dressy skirt with a casual shirt that has buttons and pockets? Even my lack of fashion sense knows better than that. Or I get items similar to what Ive already received and either purchased or sent back. Do the stylists even look at past orders to get a sense of what works for you or not, or what you already have from them? The last fix was a good laugh for my teenaged daughter as she shook her head looking at the items and the suggested pairings - so at least there is comic relief. I think they get one more chance with me, and then Im done.

I dont understand how this site is still in business. The idea is fabulous, but StitchFix is a major failure in the execution. Most sites have free returns now so I dont see the point in paying the premium here.I was super frustrated when my first box arrived. My size profile was husky, XLT, 38 waist and specified no hooded shirts. I received slim sized 36 jeans, medium slim fit shirt and a hooded shirt. The price on each item was twice or more what I found the items for online.I figured there must have been a mix up and expressed my frustration and the problem to my stylist. They offered to send another box. Days later I saw I was charged another $20 which was a surprise since they messed up and then offered to fix the problem.The second box arrived with more of the same, wrong sized everything, not even close to what my size profile specified. $40 wasted to find out this company doesnt bother looking at size profiles. I understand if you oversize everything a bit to accommodate washing shrinkage, but mostly everything I had was very undersized and very overpriced.

Writing this review after having received 2 boxes over 4 months. 3 stars because my stylist did a pretty good job matching my style. Surprised, too, that the clothes all fit well.Am a little concerned because I am seeing how these clothes are not great quality. At first they appear good, however, buttons are falling off quickly and in inve shirt, the stitches on the side didnt match, leaving what looked like jokes on the side of my shirt. Sent them photos and they said they would process a return.Going to get one more box in a few months and will update review accordingly.Crossing fingers... I do want this to work.

By far one of the WORST jobs my fiance has ever had! My fiance started working at stitch fix and was there NOT EVEN A FULL 2 WEEKS before he was fired for “no sense of urgency.” First of all, he had ONE day of training that was only an hour long before being thrown on the floor! As a new employee, it takes time before someone can fully learn the job and where everything is. That is NOT enough time for someone to learn everything! 2 weeks?!! Are you kidding me? He was there everyday before 7:30 when his shift didn’t even start until 8a and always made sure he did what he had to do to get through the day! This not only ruined our holidays but also was a big inconvenience for someone trying to pay bills and was fired last minute AFTER their shift for “no sense of urgency?” The worst employer by far!

Horrible Customer service. Sent me two packages instead of one. When I called to straighten out the problem, all I got was emails saying my password had been changed. After a week I have yet to talk to a human. I sent detailed measurements and clothes did not fit. Neither did they fit the style profile I submitted. DO NOT USE STITCH FIX. Strike me as fly by night credit card thieves.

I really enjoyed this the first two or three times. If you are the type of customer who thoroughly reads an entire contract along with the tiny fine print than more power to you. Unfortunately, it took me about 8 fixes to realize they charge you $20.00 even if you return all items with in the 3 day window. I trusted this company more than I should have (my mistake), I believed them each time I checked out probably because amount owed ALWAYS says $0.00 !!? it is a scam all the way just go to tj maxx. plus you do end up paying shipping its their hidden$20. PS if i could give this company 0 stars I would.

I received three shipments from StitchFix. The good news is that all three had vibrant clothers with dynamic colors and styles. The bad news was that the clothes were constantly too small, too tight, even after I gave detailed feedback on the reasons for my rejecting most of the clothes in the first two shipments. And in the third, all the clothes were still poor fitting. Another point is that all of the clothes are EXPENSIVE. A cool shirt is $50. Socks are $20 a pair. There are no deals in prices when you get clothes from StitchFix.My wife gets StitchFix once every four months. These are fun shipments, interesting shirts and sweathers and pants and add some pep to her wardrobe.Me? I wanted some quick pizazz. I got three orders in a short amount of time. The clothes looked good, but they never fit quite right and they were expensive.I was very, very, very disappointed. I should have given them two stars, but after a complete strikeout on the last order, I downgraded them to one.
