Terrific selection! Great location bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Lounge area is very spacious, and there is an additional smaller lounge area off to the left when you first come in. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I often order from the online store, my only issue is that sometimes the merchandise available on the website is not available in the store. But thats not really their fault! Ive been to the other locations in Hamburg and downtown Bethlehem. Hamburg is amazing and a great place to hang out and have a drink. Wish it were possible for them to have a bar at this location. Always a pleasant stop on a Saturday. Highly recommended.

HOLY SMOKES. I never understand why people smoke cigarettes when you can taste true tobacco? Isnt that what its all about? Here at Cigars you can do whatever you like. No dancing in the aisles but think about it this is the only store you can SMOKE as much as you like. Enjoy. You cant smoke at a Shop Rite, a Petco, a restaurant. Only here. Cigarettes are A no NO. Pipes and Cigars only. PLACE IS SUPER FRIENDLY. Customers are cool. Nice Lounge area with big screen TV to relax and Smoke.

Good selection on hand. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars they need to educate their employees on how to treat customers. Upon grabbing 2 cigars I was immediately approached like I was going to steal them and asked if Im going to buy them thus shorting my shopping out and of disgust that I was immediately approached and treated like a thug.Staff needs to be educated!Ill buy on line for now on!

My go to place for cigars. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The lounges are comfortable. The lower lounge can be rented to host private parties and has a BYOB bar. They have cigars for every taste and budget. Easy on and off RT. 22 at RT 191. Definitely worth the stop if youre passing by!

I drove 3 hours to go to Cigar International and spent the whole day. If you are a cigars smoker, you have to check this place out. They have a pool table, two bars, outdoor seating, indoor lounge and a room for Veterans to hang out in. This is the Mecca of Cigars. And dont forget about Cigar Fest

What a great please to be. As soon as we walked in you can smell the wonderful aroma of cigars. We were greeted served by the wonderful staff there. Outside they had seating made for social distancing so you can enjoy a nice cigar as soon as you bought it. The people of the community were wonderful, they were out there enjoying the weather. Looking for the company, especially when I told them I was out of town and really wanted to see this place. They wouldnt let me leave until I pulled up a chair and sit. Giving me that PA hospitality. Thank you for the experience.

Wow. These folks built this business and then forgot who helped them build it. The customer. By a wide margin, they are the worst tobacco selling company. They do not even respond to calls and emails. They ignore them. They think their that big for their britches, maybe they are. Either way, they will never receive another red cent from me.

In the process of fighting a fraudulent charge from these people. After speaking to someone at the storefront theres apparently hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges a year coming from here. Google searching it indicated this issue dates back to 2014. None of the customer service people seem overly interested in helping and just deny and pass you off to the next random phone operator. Looking into reporting these people to the BBB and as far as i can go

What a great selection

I want to make this Crystal clear. I use too love CI however with their new age verification its become nothing but a frustration. Ive uploaded my ID verification several times however it never is done successfully Ive tried it with different browsers and clear pictures but nothing works. Ive even sent it to them directly through an email however it continues to fail I will now go somewhere else for cigars.

Connoisseurs and novices alike will find something they will fall in love with here.The staff is friendly and incredibly willing to help you find a cigar that will agree with your palate. The selection is amazing and organized by brand, very obviously labeled, so if you know what youre looking for, you will find what you desire almost immediately.The customer service when ordering online is amazing. They kept me supplied while I was deployed with the military and always make things right if an error is made with your order. Theyve always looked out for me and impressed me with how customer oriented they are. A lot of other companies could learn quite a bit from Cigars International. I highly recommend doing business with them. If you have the chance, make the journey to visit the shop and stay a while to enjoy the lounge and experience in this wonderful and military friendly place.

Idk what the hell is going on with them right now, but they need to get it together. Placed an order which they sent me the wrong item, then placed another that was only half fulfilled, the place a final order that’s taking forever to process. Sent a message over the website two weeks ago and no response, called there customer service number and no one ever picks up. They’re going to bury themselves soon

My wife and I stumbled upon this place by serendipity several months ago. We saw their cheesy billboard and decided to stop in.Wow. A 5,000 square foot humidor!I was just beginning to learn about cigars, so I asked for help on what to buy. The salesman that helped me couldnt have been nicer. He showed me 6 cigars in my price range (around $6), and took the time to explain about each one. Fantastic customer service.We went back again this past weekend, making a special trip to do it.They were having their annual humidor clearance sale. Sadly, we got there too late in the day, but bought the 2 they had left--50 cigar humidors, normally $40, but on sale for $2.50 a piece! Remarkable.Also they had a Marine Corps sergeant there for the cigars-for-troops program, something CI supports enthusiastically. Naturally, we bought a cigar for the cause.I really cannot say enough good about this place--very good customer service, great prices, huge selection (from the very affordable to the very high-end), a really cool decor, a lounge with free coffee that is also BYOB...it really doesnt get a whole lot better than this.

This is truly a cigar shop. This place is huge, they carry large selection of cigars that you wont find anywhere else. Friendly sales/staff and very knowledgeable in cigars. I drove 2hrs to get here and was not disappointed, worth every minute.There is also a smoking lounge to the left as you enter the place, very clean and relaxing.

In this area this is the best cigar store. Very helpful staff. They have a locker membership program that is well worth it. They have a wide selection of cigars, they stopped selling mine, but Ill just order a box and keep it in my locker eventually.

The employees are extremely friendly and good at what they do. Only 4 stars due to personal taste, its just not a social place (and that is not the fault of the employees, they are very awesome) its just the regulars there are a bit quiet and arent the types to strike up a conversation. Hey, some people prefer that so if your more into a quieter setting this might be a good choice for you.

My usual place for cigars is the J&R cigar warehouse, but in PA this place is a wonderful experience.Tons of expensive, midpriced variety of cigars. I never leave without finding something worth lighting up. Environment is pleasant, help is courteous and knowledgeable. The smaller store in Bethlehem is also loaded with many choices and bargains.For the economist, or someone on a tight budget, their prices may still be steep. But, if you visit often there are always some good, reasonable specials.Far better than the average neighborhood smoke shop that only stocks name, commercial brands. This place has imports that are a cigar smokers paradise.Light cigars with wooden matches, not butane lighters if youre going to spend big bucks on a flavorful stick at this emporium.

I placed my order on 08/26and the next day has been shipped by UPSon Sunday been received and shipped by USPSi received an email from UPS it says delivered by local post officeand same notice from USPS, but when i checked the mailbox and around the house i couldnt found nothing, next day i went to USPS and after making a discussion with the worst service in the world i came out with not results, i emailed CI multiple times and I called them and i was on hold for 35 minute no one answer, and still no one gave me the right answer or how to solve this issue

WOW is the first thing that ran through my head when I walked into Cigars International!If you received their catalog in the mail, you know that they carry almost any cigar that you desire, in person, it is almost overwhelmingly!The store is absolutely beautiful, its set up perfectly so you dont get lost looking for specific cigars, the in store specials are plenty, prices blow away most other cigar stores, there are smoking lounges that are very comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful.

So the selection is unbelievably huge, and amazingly enough the cigars are well kept.This isnt a lounge though, and the workers treat it as such. Its a store you can smoke cigars in. You can BYOB, and sit and talk all day, but dont expect a lounge atmosphere.

Entering this store is a smokers paradise. Immediately you are hit with the scent of a fine cigar store. Literally hundreds of different brands left and right, floor to ceiling. Several knowledgeable associates on site who can help you with selections, and a really nice smoking area in the rear where you can relax in a fine leather chair and read or watch the big flat screen TV why would enjoy your favorite stick. Watch out for the local Husky dog who may just lie on the rug beside you or even on your feet!
