I called Nazareth Ford where I have been a customer for three years and they didn’t want to accept the X plan.Then I called another Koch dealer who said the car I was interested in was in the loaner program and unavailable for sale. They did offer me a more expensive vehicle.Finally I called Bethlehem Ford. I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. They will get all our business from oil changes to our next car. Not only did they actually have the car as advertised, they did everything they could to save us money and make the process easy.It’s a shame that some dealerships put profit before people in these times. Whatever the other two dealerships may have earned is surely lost now that I am a loyal customer to this dealer.

Worst place ever! Do not go there. Rude marble mouthed mechanic and condescending manager. Total rip off and scam and completely overpriced. Zero stars and will never buy another Ford because of this garage. Can never get through and no one calls back. Can’t say enough bad about this dealership.

Great experience at Koch Bethlehem Ford. Recently got a great deal on a new Explorer. Had it 3 weeks and someone banged their car door into mine. Koch Bethlehem Ford repairs this type of minor repairs for the exterior as well as the interior for the first year you own your new vehicle. Had mine fixed and you cannot even tell anything ever happened. High quality work and no charge under their dent program. Thank you to the whole organization.

Very poor experience with Ricky. He made me feel confident they would buy my lease back from me but I ended up owing money. The dealership itself it’s bad but I would stay about from Ricky as it seems he is too lazy to be bothered to look up details of the lease before making promises.

The service was good showing me a video of my carissues and graphics work.

Purchased a used car from Bethlehem Ford in May of this year. The same day I drove it off the lot, I heard grinding in my brakes and called in to Rick Pagan. He sorted it out and got my rotors and brakes replaced free of charge.

They have great service went in and traded my vehicle and got a new one. They are very helpful including the manger David Walker. One of the salesman who was helping me was excellent and will to help me with everything and answer all my questions is name was Ross Banks. If your in need of a vehicle I definitely recommend going here everyone is very nice and helpful.

If you are looking to buy a vehicle run away from this dealership. I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer back in late 2019. By my first oil change I had a leak in the transmission. The service shop patched it up and told me it was good. The vehicle continues to have transmission problem and has been in for service 5 times in a year. The dealership wants to sell me another vehicle and have me pay more money to do that. The sales rep Courtney Kim from internet sales and David Walters had me come to the dealership to buy it back. When I get there that want more out of pocket money to get me into a new vehicle. Like I said. Please run as far from this dealership as possible. They have no integrity and can care less about their customers.

Our car was towed there from a tire blown on the highway. The service department jumped on it and had it done by the end of the day. Dealing with their team was like dealing with people you always do business with. They treated me like top level customer and I had never done business with them. Great experience and customer service. Thank you!

They were quick getting the new airbag & it was installed in an hour. Neat & clean work!

People and service provided was of top quality and extremely professional. Only gripe is the location of the dealership in relation to access unless you have been there before and already ran over the curbside to get to the service department lot so won’t do it the next time. I was able to get an appointment sooner than other places. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Very nice people and God Bless Them.

I dropped my car off on Thursday, December 3, but didn’t get it back until Saturday, December 5th. Service department called Thursday evening saying there were broken parts inside the door that they couldn’t get until the next day and asked if I could wait to get my car back—I agreed. I also asked, on 12/03/20, if the Rt. front air bag could be checked because the air bag icon had appeared on the dashboard for 4 days. No one from the Service department called me on Friday or Saturday. I finally called them on Saturday morning and was told I could pick up my car. I informed them I needed a ride, so their shuttle driver picked me up at home. The service paperwork made no mention of any service re the air bag and staff on Saturday knew nothing about it. I am still very concerned about possible air bag malfunction. The best part of my service experience was the shuttle drivers. Both were courteous, friendly and good drivers. I would like some feedback about whether or not the air bag was checked, and, if so, what the outcome was.

Dont go here unless you want to be lied to OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I made my down payment and got a receipt only to be told the following day that my money was short. They proceeded to take money from my bank account without permission. Then had the audacity to accuse me of stealing money back after i got my receipt. (Which i never eveb touched the money after i handed it over nor would i steal EVER) Justin in the finance department looking me in my eyes and lied to me at least 3 times. Royce is the only one who seems like a decent person (that i dealt with) working at this company.

Dont be fooled they sell cars with class action lawsuits on them. But very “nice” people.

This is where I got my Ford Explorer 2 years ago and ever since it’s my go to for oil change or inspection. In regards to the service I get when taking my truck in for oil changes and key reprograms...gotta say Steven Barker is the best service advisor ever. Always has a friendly smile and always goes out of his way to make you smile and share a laugh. Never had any problems whatsoever the past few years ami have been taking my trucks there.

I have been going to Bethlehem Ford since 2007 when I purchased my truck new from them. They have been nothing but professional in the care and service of my F-350. I get timely appointments from their service department, and never at anytime, pressured into service I dont need.

The guy with the blue tattoo on his arm through the service glass is fast. Watched him clear out over 4 cars while I was in waiting room. Watching him is like watching the pit crew in racing. Definitely a 5 star rating!

Great in and out service on my 2015 Fusion. Got inspection and emissions, and then took off the inspection part and also $10 off my oil change and tire rotation. I will be going back in the future.
