This dealership has the worst, worst, worst service department. I made an appointment to service my vehicle at 8:30AM. I called at 1PM to see what the status of my vehicle was, the receptionist could not get the service department to answer so she said she would have them call back. One hour later, after no call back, I called again only to find out they did not even take my vehicle in yet. I told them I would be right over to get my vehicle. I am now taking my vehicle to Scott Cadillac which has a great service department.
Faulkner Sales Rep, Jeff Yates, was very helpful and understanding in this sale.We were a former customer of Jeffs prior to moving to Florida. My husband conversed with Jeff via the phone and internet to make this great sale. Since we were sadly coming back to PA for a family funeral, we drove our 2011 Equinox from Florida and returned with this beauty. I highly recommend Faulkner Cadillac and Jeff Yates for your next car purchase.
Walked in and was attended immediately. My vehicle was there for repairs and I was kept up to date daily. Sometimes I was updated more than once a day. The staff was prompt and friendly. I love that everything is done in one place. I needed a rental and it was coordinated so well that I dropped my car off to Faulkner and then received my rental minutes later. My repairs were done in the time frame given which was also great! I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Dubois. He was also great. Not only was I getting updated via email, Mark also called to keep me updated! Overall I had a great experience!

My husband and me went to find a new car as the lease he has is running up. We went there with questions but were treated with total disreguard, felt like we were bothering the salesman who offered us NO information or help whatsoever. A few days later my husband saw the car we were looking at with a lease deal online that had all the details of the lease the salesman didnt care to give us. Husband returned to dealership and was greeted by a great salesperson who was very helpful. When he went in to talk out specifics he was informed by the manager that the lease deal wasnt correct. When my husband told him he had a screen shot of the deal he then told him thats a mistake and deleted it off Faulkners site. It is the exact lease deal GM has listed so I doubt it was a mistake. The manager refused to hold good to the deal. Isnt that false advertisement ? The last time I checked if you advertise a price you honor it, if it was a mistake then I guess someone has some explaining to do to there employer. The car is brand new yet someone was using it and had there personal items in it (sunglasses, change, ez pass) and had damage to one of the wheels. He was the only one at the dealership yet the manager refused to honor a deal he had listed on the dealership website. After many years of a GM lease and meeting there requirements above and beyond its time to find a dealership that wants to make sales and knows how to treat its customers. The car was also advertised as having only a few miles on it yet it has over 200.
Had diagnostics run on my vehicle. Diagnostic fee was a bit steep. But repairs and warranty work were completed in one day.
Heads up they have a very unprofessional employee working the service desk on a Saturday afternoon. So very un helpful, if it not been for the cashiers service desk I would have rated the place a zero stars. Thankfully she was kind enough to get the sales manager who then help us retrieve our chevy truck. Unbelievable the amount of money we have spent over the years at the establishment and they end up with such an arrogant service desk worker.

Great service. I had an additional issue and needed a new tire. They were able to accommodate the emergency situation well. I also sawtheir employees show empathy for somebody who recently lost a family member.
The entire staff at Faulkner was kind, courteous, and helpful in every aspect - always going out of their way to make sure you are completely taken care of. Matt Kunsman made sure every question was answered, note was taken, and preference accounted for. Above all else Matt was helpful, patient, and informative every step of the way. As long as Matt is working at Faulkner Cadillac, I wouldn’t want to purchase a car from anywhere or anyone else.
Fantastic deals for new and used cars and trucks! The people there are top notch. Got our truck there Wow have to say it was the most pleasant experience from management to the guys and gals on the floor. Oh and the cleanest dealership I ever saw. Cant say enough.

Drove from close to two hours away to look at a used vehicle. Unfortunately it was not exactly what I wanted but the experience was great. Matt was very helpful and kind as well as his manager. From my experience that day I would not hesitate to drive that far to look at a vehicle in the future.

1st very happy with my 2020 XT5. Cadillac is a premium vehicle. However the sales and follow up, are very disappointing. Once I agreed on my new vehicle purchase, the service dropped. Had an appt for 3pm to close. Received a text msg not quite ready pushed it back to 4:30. Arrive at 4:30 still not ready.Once we’re ready to sign, the finance guy has paperwork for a totally different loan and rate. Not to my benefit. Needed to reprint everything. More time. Agreed to purchase extended warranty and ceramic coating. Sales person was going on vacation and agreed to call me upon his return to schedule. Never got a call. My time is valuable so, 2 weeks later, I emailed the salesman to contact me for scheduling. Crickets! No response. Today I called the dealership. Was told I’d get a return call. Nothing. If you want a great vehicle, Cadillac is 2nd to none. If your looking for follow up and great customer service, you’ll be disappointed as I’ve been with my experience.

Even though we havent bought a car yet, I wanted to share my experience with Jeff Yates at Faulkner Cadillac / Chevrolet. We went in to look at a used GMC Acadia that we found online. Jeff was super thorough in going over everything about the vehicle. When he heard we were also going to look at Toyota Siennas, he arranged to have one that they had on the lot ready for us to test drive when we were done with the Acadia. And when he realized that one of our main concerns was the storage space behind the back seat, he took the time to show us a Honda. Through all of this, there was never any pressure, before during or after the appointment to try and push us into anything nor gather all types of info like some dealers do. We still havent decided what mini van we are going to buy but I feel like I cant go wrong if it turns out to be from them.

Poor customer service and lack of communication once they receive your money they no longer communicate with you and all they want to do is use COVID as an excuse I would not recommend this dealership especially Ed the new car manager and Jim oreveck the car sales man poor customer service.

Faulkner takes care of their loyal customers better than any dealership. Weve purchased 5 cars in 10 years from Faulkner dealerships and have had all of our service performed at Faulkner. I recently needed a new transmission and Faulkner went to bat for me and advocated hard with Cadillac in my favor. They were able to help defray the costs and stand behind their brand and reputation. I am thankful for Sam Borrelli, Joe Busfield, and David Kims assistance.
Not one person approached me when I was on premises. Therr were many salespeople talking to each other and it looked like a few had sent out for food so they were eating . I ended up going to Flemington Cadillac and purchased a 2119 cts
