I like Unclaimed Freight and their prices are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I just bought a dinning room table set with tax a little over $600. I have a family of five and for the price and the quality of the table set it was very affordable. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to add something nice and affordable to your house to give Unclaimed Freight a try.

I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere!I purchased a sectional & brought a truck & trailer to pick it up the following week. The couch was wrapped in plastic, so I saw the color, but not the material. When I took it home & took off the plastic I found that they gave a pleather couch instead of cloth. I called to see how they wanted to rectify their mistake… they did nothing. They wouldn’t pick it up or deliver the proper one, they wouldn’t give me any money back (even though I never would have that much for a pleather couch). They offered me $40 max, to move the entire sectional back to them & pick up the one I actually purchased. $40 for the gas & 3 hours it would take for me to fix their mistake. Now I’m stuck with a couch I don’t like & I’m out $850. Horrible business model, the only thing they have going for them is they have decent pricing, but they don’t own their mistakes, they expect the customer to pay for it. I will never shop here again, better off spending a little extra money & buying from a reliable company.

So glad to find a furniture store where you can take it home the same day! Has a weird atmosphere and a very large gorilla (if you go youll know) but they save you money by not upstaging their furniture.

Disappointed with the current inventory. This place in past years use to have better quality inventory. No team member to assist in the store. There might be a new operation manager in place post the store fire...because it is reflective in cheap budgeted inventory. This place lost its hype!!

Still the best deal around, they have everything from upper end to on a large budget. The staff was not pushy and did not walk around asking if they could help you with anything. Very large parking lot and easy access off Route 22 you cant miss it. Everything from bedding to mattresses bedrooms dining sets that Nets curio cabinets couch loveseat sectional pillows paintings lamps they have it all my only complaint is that they never ever ever fix the parking lot lights every time we go there its like walking in the Moonlight.

Just bought a couch and loveseat from here and we love it. Unfortunately only half of the workers here were covering their face properly. You’d think a salesman would know to cover their mouth and nose during a pandemic if they want to make sales.

It will be much better when they receive more inventory. Since the fire they have lost a lot of inventory and there was not much there to look at or purchase right now.

They need to have more customer service personels. I see about two or 3 of them running all over the place and youll have to wait your turn, sometimes a long time before you are attended to both by the customer service guy and at the payment point. I love their prices and products though.

Ive purchased before from unclaimed freight because the pricing is wonderful and Ive had better experiences than the one today, however, i wont be returning. First my husband and I walked around the store looking at recliners a solid 20 minutes ; not even so much as a greeting from staff, so we walked up to the service desk where a woman was seated so low you couldnt see her. We told her we were interested in a recliner, and wanted to know if they deliver... she sharply replied no and said that there was an independent contractor that could deliver but I needed to call him and set it up and figure out the cost with him. I stared at her for 30 seconds waiting for her to provide his information and then had to ask, well do you have his phone number for me? Which then she slid his card over to me. We went back to the recliners so my husband could find help (still no one came) and the guy who does deliveries didnt answer his phone either. We left and bought at Bobs instead. Strongly urge everyone else too also, they have better selection, better prices and nicer staff.

Unfortunately there had been a fire at Unclaimed Freight... they were still doing their best to replenish their Inventory & Store displays. The place was looking really good.

They are rebuilding inventory and hed some very nice dining tables and chairs.

If you shop there in the past and liked it its nothing like the past. It has very little selection compared to what it used to. And I went there looking for one dresser which they didnt even have a section for that the way they used to I want a walking around and leaving probably within five to seven minutes of arriving there was just nothing to look at.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager there, Keith is TERRIBLE! I was the first one to want a table set. The manager rushed to write a group of people up that wanted this table set AFTER I said I wanted it. When I complained he said that my rep should of written it up faster. It’s sad when you are the manager and have to be that cut throat and screw over your fellow coworkers and the customers. He was very rude and should not be managing anyone.

Horrible.. We paid for a livingroom severything. Was told it was there fir pick on Dec24, I made plans to pick it up on the 28th, when we arrived, they claimed it was never there an hadnt come in... If you sold it just be honest.. honor is everthing. WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND CLIENTS.

Great sales person forgot his name. My problem is with the lack of management. I purchased a couch. Was told to come pick it up. Website says they close at 9pm the phone number relays a message saying they close at 7pm so I left work early rented a truck to see a sign saying they close at 6pm. After I get my couch never shopping here again. And I needed patio furniture dinning table n chairs as well as a bed room set. Great job guys!

The people who work there are not the most friendly and do not have the best preparation to give good customer service in my opinion, however I give it 3 stars because they held the furniture I bought for more than ten days until I could move cause I had no where to have it. The quality of the sofa I bought is not the best but for the price it is not bad either and they have a lot of variety which is a good thing.

So this was by far the most disgusting furniture store no question, but possibly the most disgusting store period. The inventory of the store was about 10% of the store and the rest was just open space and garbage. My son had to use the restroom and we immediately left and went to sheetz to use theirs. I heard it had declined over the last 10 years or so since I was there, but this was embarrassing for whoever is responsible for this store. I will absolutely never return and I hope that others stay far away for their own good. Horrible!!

I went a paid on sofas a month ago witch they told us it will be in, in two weeks. They called us two weeks after an said the one sofa was in but not the love seat. We have called how many times an now its two weeks later an still have not received the sofa! Im highly upset an we could of looked else where!! I dont think well be going back!!

Not happy. Friends told me I could find good prices. They later admitted they hadnt shopped here in ages. The pics on Google must be from years ago when it was fresh and brand new. Unclaimed Freight use to be a place you could get starter furniture. People on tight budgets need low cost options.My visit here left me concerned. I saw one sales person. Most of the displays were damaged. I wasnt sure if I was buying a display or was it new in a box in the back. It was dirty and run down.Kids were running wild destroying what wasnt already broken. Justin because youre on a budget doesnt mean you disrespect someone else.

Tremendously fantastic place to go for furniture or decor. The prices are far lower than youd anticipate for the great quality. Would recommend it to anyone. :)

I never heard of this place until I heard an ad on the radio. I got to the location and thought it was closed because there was not a lot of cars in the lot. But when I got inside I was happy I went. They helped me get tables and chairs for a great price. And were more then accommodating with getting the material ready and loaded for me

Manager is extremely unprofessional. I returned a shelf that broke after I put it together. Literally right after... while I was moving it to its location. He argued with me and told me I broke it because I didn’t know how to put it together. I followed the directions exactly and used the pictures and positioned everything the way the pictures showed. So I guess the directions are wrong... ? And he was there too...? I put everything together at our house because my husband works 60 plus hours a week, we’ve been together 10 years. I do ALL the handy work at our house.. because I have to too or it doesn’t get done. I also know how to do some work on cars, so a shelf is nothing to me. I have bought 2 different “wooden” pieces from this store over the years. The first being a computer desk.. that broke after using it for only a month. My husband and I wanted to move it upstairs and as we started walking with it, it shifted and broke pretty much the same way the shelf I just returned did. Their products are not made well. You put a screw through and you’ll notice that it splits the wood on the side leaving a long crack... which when you try to move the piece of furniture at a later time.. the crack finally gives and breaks through all the way. My parents warned me not to buy nothing from there and I should’ve listened. I won’t anymore.

It looks pretty rundown from the outside but they have decent prices and some decent quality items. They dont have a great selection of everything but they do have a lot of couches. They also offer delivery...I believe it wouldve been eighty dollars to deliver our sofa (dependent on the fact we only have one flight of stairs).

I’m not quite sure how to feel about this place as I didn’t actually buy anything. Their prices are definitely low and the quality is there as well but it is an eclectic mix of stuff. I went looking for a sectional and there was only one of the type I was looking for. But they had the largest bar selection I’ve personally seen. If you’re looking for a couch, I’d recommend Just Furniture in Easton because their pricing is the same after negotiating and they have a larger selection. For general furniture shopping this is not a bad place to look.

Everything is affordable and nice quality furniture. You will not be disappointed. Just remember they get new things every so often. Always have choices, I like that.

Made the trip out to this store a few weeks ago. What a disappointment. I bought furniture from them years ago, but this time it looked like they were going out of business! Furniture was very cheap and not a big selection at all. What happened? They used to have a ton of selections!

Found what I was looking for and theres a decent selection but it was of a lesser quality than expected. Waited in load out line for over 30 minutes. Staff wasnt helpful until we seeked them out. Wife got hit on by employee while I wasnt there.

I got sucked to much to go into detail but I will say that he will tell you any and everything just for a sale he goes by the name Q (the muscle man) stay away from him save your self the headache

Horrible. If I could give no stars I would. My parents bought a couch on a Saturday, paid for it and scheduled delivery date and time. Got a phone call on Monday that they sold the couch Sunday because their employees cant put the proper information in the computer and dont put purchased products in a different room so customers cant rip the sold sign off. I called to talk to a manager and there was none on duty, so I talked to an associate, he was more apologetic than the actual manager however, he had put in the computer that they would only compensate 100 dollars OVER the price of the couch. My parents went today to look for another couch, the couch they wanted was 150 dollars OVER the original price of the couch they originally purchased (or so they thought but their money was taken) the manager on duty would NOT accommodate them the extra 50 dollars towards the couch for their screw up. Also the sales man they had today found their information in the computer, so how was the couch sold from under them? Now, the manager when I called, told me it was OUR responsibility to pay the extra 50 because they would only accommodate the 100. How is that OUR responsibility? We bought they couch, they sold OUR property and my parents put the couch out t0 the garbage so they could get their new one, Easter is Sunday and we are without a couch. I dont understand how its okay for unclaimed freight to sell our property and then tell us WE are responsible to pay the extra 50. I do NOT recommend this place, at all. Do yourself the favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else. If my family could of afforded the extra 50 or more we would of went somewhere else to begin with. Poor service and customer service and poor manager and employee training.

Went to 3 other furniture stores (overpriced, didnt care for selection) before going to Unclaimed Freight. My sister and I found THE SET within 10 minutes of walking into the store

I have been many times here and I am happy with my purchases. I bought a coffee table and I love it now if I can find the end tables to match.

Found a nice piece of furniture, but staff wasn’t the most helpful and the waiting time to pick up the furniture was horrific. In their defense the manager did come out and help which was nice to see. A better pick up system could be beneficial.
